Probiotic Edamame Salad

I N G R E D I E N T S:
24oz Frozen Edamame
2 Cups Radishes, Sliced
2 Jars Small Town Cultures Fermented Carrots
1/4oz Basil, Chiffonade-cut
3 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
01 Cook the edamame in the microwave or on the stove according to the package instructions. Let cool..
02 Meanwhile, whisk the oil, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
03 When the edamame is cool, toss all the ingredients in a large bowl until evenly coated with the dressing.
