Sauerkraut Smoothie

I like to pack this KID-FRIENDLY probiotic-rich smoothie in my son's school lunchbox

Ingredients:

1/4 C Small Town Cultures Sauerkraut

1 C Strawberries

1 C Watermelon

2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2-4Tbsp Milk of Choice

Directions:

Blend on high for 20-30 seconds, until smooth

Tips: Try using frozen strawberries and watermelon. Also, you can substitute yogurt for milk and/or honey for maple syrup (no need to go buy new supplies if you already have something similar in the fridge).
