2 cups flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 eggs

1/2 cup buttermilk or milk

4 bananas, mashed

1 cup smooth peanut butter
•
1 tsp vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. 2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat in melted butter until mixture
resembles coarse sand. 3. Combine eggs, buttermilk, bananas, peanut butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl. 4. Beat wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well combined. Beat for about two minutes
or until batter is fluffy and smooth. 5. Pour into pan and bake 30-40 minutes or until a tester in the center comes out slightly
moist.
Chocolate Sour Cream Ganache •
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup sour cream, room temperature
1. In a medium bowl, microwave choc chips in 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between until
chips are melted and smooth. 2. Add sour cream to melted chocolate and stir until completely smooth and combined. 3. Spread chocolate ganache on the cake. Decorate:) Frosting will harden completely when
chilled.
