PATRONS BENEFITS PRIORITY SEATING Your seats are the best in the house! All Patrons subscriptions are processed before tickets go on sale to the general public. POST-SHOW RECEPTIONS The Patrons Association cosponsors the Opening Night receptions for all School of Theatre performances. Opening Night receptions allow Patrons Association members to interact with the Patrons scholarship recipients, cast, crew, faculty, and staff. SPECIAL EVENTS Receive invitations to trips, receptions, and special meetand-greet events exclusively for the Patrons Association members throughout the year.

FINE ARTS TICKET OFFICE HOURS From September through April, tickets can be purchased in person or over the phone Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE: The Fine Arts Ticket Office is closed for all University holidays including Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks. ONLINE PURCHASES Tickets can be purchased online at www.tickets.fsu.edu. Online sales end two hours before an event is scheduled to begin. PAYMENTS All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase. The Fine Arts Ticket Office accepts cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and the FSU Card as forms of payment. Checks must be made payable to FSU or the Fine Arts Ticket Office.
DELIVERY Tickets purchased via mail, phone, or online can be mailed, if requested. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Tickets purchased less than 10 business days prior to an event will automatically be held at Will Call. Will Call tickets can be picked up in person at the Fine Arts Ticket Office during normal hours of operation or at the door beginning one hour prior to the event. Guests should be prepared to present a drivers license or other valid photo ID when picking up Will Call tickets. ACCESSIBLE SEATING Accessible seating is available for purchase online. Please advise the Fine Arts Tickets Office staff prior to purchasing tickets when accessible seating is required (wheelchair, few stairs, etc.). You can contact the ticket office at (850) 644-6500 or via email at tickets@fsu.edu.

TICKET EXCHANGES As a member of the Patrons Association, there are no fees to exchange your tickets. Here are some tips to facilitate the exchange process: •
Before contacting the Patrons Concierge Line at (850) 6441377 or the Fine Arts Ticket Office at (850) 644-6500, please choose alternate dates.
•
We request all exchanges be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
•
To alleviate seating conflicts, mail in the tickets to be exchanged to the Ticket Office or write VOID on the tickets and email a picture or scanned image of the tickets to tickets@fsu.edu. Original tickets become invalid at the time of exchange.
3 NO-HASSLE TICKET EXCHANGE OPTIONS IN-PERSON Visit the Fine Arts Ticket Office in the lobby of the Fine Arts Building Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM to discuss your options with one of our friendly ticket agents. BY TELEPHONE Call the Patrons Concierge Line, (850) 644-1377, for direct access to a Patrons Representative who can help exchange your tickets. You can also call the Fine Arts Ticket Office at (850) 644-6500. BY EMAIL You may also email exchange requests to tickets@fsu.edu. Emailed requests are processed during normal ticket office hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the exchange is processed.

SEATING When exchanging your tickets, we will make every attempt to seat you as close as possible to your original seat location. PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and seating are subject to availability. NEW TICKET DELIVERY Your new tickets will be mailed to you (if the new performance date is more than 10 business days away) or held at Will Call for pick-up anytime before the new performance’s start time. LOST TICKETS Lost tickets can be replaced by calling the Patrons Concierge Line or the Fine Arts Ticket Office. DONATE YOUR TICKETS FOR A TAX DEDUCTION We hate to see empty seats! If you cannot attend a production, please consider donating your tickets back to the School of Theatre for resale. Simply notify the Fine Arts Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance in order to receive an acknowledgment for a tax-deductible donation equal to the value of the current tickets. PLEASE NOTE: Acknowledgments will be issued to and in the name of the Patron on record. ANNUAL BENEFIT CONCERT The School of Theatre presents a special concert and reception to raise money for student scholarships and the senior student showcases. These concerts highlight the talent of our current students and unite them with our accomplished alumni. Past Benefit Concerts have included The Music Man, The Fantasticks, and Carousel. Patrons have the opportunity to buy tickets to this event before they go on-sale to the general public. SENIOR SHOWCASE FUNDRAISER Each year, the Senior Music Theatre and Acting students are given the opportunity to showcase their talents for industry professionals. The Patrons Association is a vital part in making this possible by hosting the annual Senior Showcase Fundraiser. ACT II For over 40 years, the School of Theatre has offered a vibrant and successful main stage season for the general public which serves as a laboratory for our students. Our Act II season pushes our students beyond the rigors of traditional canon to explore the experimental, cutting edge, and truly difficult. The choice of material will be more challenging either in its content, structure, or perhaps in its staging. NEW HORIZONS: ORIGINAL WORKS FESTIVAL The New Horizons: Original Works Festival is a mustsee event each season. The festival connects directors, actors, and audience members in a unique experience through every performance. Each night contains plays of creation and discovery. THEATRE INFO AMENITIES Restrooms, drinking fountains, snacks, and refreshments are available in the lobbies of all theatres for your convenience. However, concessions are not allowed inside the theatres. LATE SEATING Most seating begins 30 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the performance has begun, you will be seated in available seats at an appropriate break in the performance. You may move to your assigned seats at the first intermission. All latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. CELL PHONES In consideration of your fellow theatre goers and performers, please remember to silence all electronic devices including cell phones. Also, please refrain from text messaging during performances. CAMERAS The use of cameras and recording devices in the theatre is strictly prohibited.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING Accessible seating is available in all theatres. Please call the Patrons Concierge Line or the Fine Arts Ticket Office to request accessible seating. HEARING ENHANCEMENT The Fallon Theatre is equipped with a limited number of headsets that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Headsets may be picked up at the Fine Arts Ticket Office window in the Fine Arts Building. You will be asked to provide an ID in exchange for a headset. CHILDREN Children are not permitted in the theatre without adult supervision. Lap seating is not allowed. All customers, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry. NO SMOKING FSU is a smoke-free campus, and smoking is not permitted inside, or directly outside, any of the theatre spaces.

All individual ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations, but the exchange policy still applies.
