Welcome back to the School of Theatre at Florida State! Thank you for joining us once again and for your ongoing commitment to the Patrons Association. Through your generosity, you provide valuable assistance to support performances and programs that enrich the lives of all students and community members. The Patrons Association provides over $40,000 towards student scholarships and recruitment annually. In addition, the Patrons Association holds two fundraisers to support the Senior Showcases in NYC and LA, where newly graduated students perform for industry professionals. You are also sharing theatre with young students from the Tallahassee community. Every year, the Patrons Association funds 75 students to experience theatre, often for the first time, as part of our Little Feet Project. Your support makes a difference in our students’ and communities’ education and future.

The Patrons Association co-sponsors the opening night receptions for all School of Theatre performances. Opening night receptions allow Patrons Association members to interact with the Patrons scholarship recipients, cast, crew, faculty, and staff.

Patrons Association members have access to the Patrons Concierge Line, (850) 644-1377, a special number devoted to handling any Patrons ticketing needs, questions, or concerns. It is the ultimate in convenience. Now, it is easy to avoid lines or being on hold!

From September through April, tickets can be purchased in person or over the phone during the Fine Arts Ticket Office’s new hours Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM & Friday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
PLEASE NOTE: The Fine Arts Ticket Office is closed for all University holidays (including winter and spring) and in the summer from May to August.
Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.theatre.fsu.edu. Online sales end two hours before an event is scheduled to begin.
All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase. The Fine Arts Ticket Office accepts check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and the FSU Suntrust Debit Card as forms of payment. Checks must be made payable to FSU or the Fine Arts Ticket Office.
Tickets purchased via mail, phone, or online can be mailed, if requested. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Tickets purchased less than 10 business days prior to an event will automatically be held at Will Call. We will begin mailing tickets in mid-September. Will Call tickets can be picked up in person at the Fine Arts Ticket Office during normal hours of operation or at the door beginning one hour prior to the event. Guests should be prepared to present a drivers license or other valid photo ID when picking up Will Call tickets. Email/Mobile/Print-at-home tickets are available. Tickets will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address on your account. The FATO uses a “Delayed” email ticket delivery process. If ordering tickets prior to the week of the show, when the “Delayed Email” delivery method is selcted, tickets will be emailed 7 days prior to each idnviidual performance in the order.
Accessible seating is available for purchase online, by phone, or inperson through the Fine Arts Ticket Office. When ordering by phone or in-person, please advise the Ticket Office staff of accessible seating needs prior to finalizing your purchase (wheelchair, few stairs, etc.). As a member of the Patrons Association, there are no fees to exchange your tickets. Here are some tips to facilitate the exchange process:
• In addition to exchanges by phone and in person, tickets can also be exchanged through your online account.
• Before contacting the Patrons Concierge Line at (850) 644-1377 or the Fine Arts Ticket Office at (850) 644-6500, please choose alternate dates.
• We request all exchanges be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
• To alleviate seating conflicts, please destroy or write VOID on your original tickets once your exchange is confirmed through the Ticket Office. Original tickets become invalid at the time of exchange and will not scan for entry at events.

Visit the Fine Arts Ticket Office in the lobby of the Fine Arts Building Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM to discuss your options with one of our friendly ticket agents.
BY TELEPHONECall the Patrons Concierge Line, (850) 644-1377, for direct access to a Patrons Representative who can help exchange your tickets. You can also call the Fine Arts Ticket Office at (850) 644-6500.
BY EMAILYou may email exchange requests to tickets@fsu.edu. Emailed requests are processed during normal Fine Arts Ticket Office hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the exchange is processed.
When exchanging your tickets, we will make every attempt to seat you as close as possible to your original seat location.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and seating are subject to availability.
Exchanged tickets can be mailed, emailed, or set for Will Call based on our regular delivery schedule.
Lost tickets can be replaced by calling the Patrons Concierge Line or the Fine Arts Ticket Office.
We hate to see empty seats! If you cannot attend a production, please consider donating your tickets back to the School of Theatre for resale. Simply notify the Fine Arts Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance in order to receive an acknowledgment for a taxdeductible donation equal to the value of the current tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: Acknowledgements will be issued to and in the name of the Patron on record and will come from the FSU Foundation.
Each year, the Senior Music Theatre and Acting students are given the opportunity to showcase their talents for industry professionals. The Patrons Association is a vital part in making this possible by hosting the annual Senior Showcase Fundraiser. The fundraiser tickets include dinner, drinks, and a special showcase of these talented students.

Members of the Patrons Association get a special invitation to opening night performances which include a reception after the show. Patrons get to join the cast & crew for a night of great food and drinks in celebration of the opening night performance of each mainstage show.
Additional Patrons events are announced and held throughout the year, including our Season Announcement Party and the ASOLO Repertory Touring Performance. Subscribe to the Patrons Press Newsletter to receive the most current and up-to-date information regarding additional Patrons Association events.
Restrooms, drinking fountains, snacks, and refreshments are available in the lobbies of all theatres for your convenience. However, concessions are not allowed inside the theatres.
Most seating begins 30 minutes prior to the posted start time of the performance. If you arrive after the performance has begun, you will be seated in available seats at an appropriate break in the performance. You may move to your assigned seats at the first intermission. All latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
In consideration of your fellow theatre goers and performers, please remember to silence all electronic devices including cell phones. Also, please refrain from text messaging during performances.
The use of cameras and recording devices in the theatre is strictly prohibited.
Accessible seating is available in all theatres. Please call the Patrons Concierge Line, the Fine Arts Ticket Office, or visit the Fine Arts Ticket Office, if additional assistance is needed for purchasing accessible seating.
The Fallon Theatre is equipped with a limited number of headsets that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Headsets may be picked up at the Fine Arts Ticket Office window in the Fine Arts Building. You will be asked to provide an ID or other form of collateral in exchange for a headset.
Children are not permitted in the theatre without adult supervision. Lap seating is not allowed. All customers, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry.
FSU is a smoke-free campus, and smoking is not permitted inside, or directly outside, any of the theatre spaces.
As a Patrons Association member, you can purchase additional tickets for all School of Theatre productions at a special price, so bring a friend along! These discounted tickets are great for visiting friends or family and make perfect gifts.
• Patrons never pay service or handling fees for School of Theatre tickets purchased at the Fine Arts Ticket Office.
• All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations, but the exchange policy still applies.
• The Fine Arts Ticket Office is closed from May to August for Summer Break.
Depending on your membership level, you may be entitled to receive an allotted number of complimentary tickets for our Mainstage shows to use throughout the season. Call the Patrons Concierge Line at (850) 644-1377 to redeem. These tickets can also be redeemed through your online account.
