Isabelle tells us her inspiration about writing Team Work with Sherri Hill Misao's Corner Manifestion

The right people on your team is very important. No Matter what your trying to achieve you will need other people to help you succeed. Learn to use your intution to help you with decernment.

Entrepreneur Sherri Hill, has learned what it takes to build a dynamic team. I have had many bad experiences building the right team. However one of the things I have learned to do is use my intuition, to help me to make better decisions about the people I allow in my inner circles. A relationship can either make or break you. Choosing the right partners in business and life. Living a fully developed spiritual life has responsibilities, we have to learn to get permission from our ancestors and spirit guides. I love meditating and connecting with my spirit family. That relationship allows me to live more freely and confidently. I encourage you to pay attention to the signs in your life. .Â

KARMIC DUES ARE NO JOKE

SHERRI HILL

What is Karma exactly? well the dictionary defines it as the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences. I say its your intentions savings volt. Karma is like a magnetic connection between us and our actions and intentions. Its not about what you say or do, but your intentions behind it. If you had malicious intent behind and action, chances are you will be receiving karmic dues for this action as well. Karma does not only come to those who act in a deceptive behavior but also for the kind hearted as well. You reap what you sew no matter what. It is Karma season, so we are all reaping what we've sewn, so take a look around and ask yourself, if your harvest is matching the seeds you planted.

THE MOST POPULAR TEAM THIS FALL

By Dr. Bela Sood, MD, child and adolescent psychiatrist and senior mental health policy professor at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU.

This pandemic is unlike anything we've ever experienced, so how can we help our children cope, especially when we're also feeling anxious? The key lies in acknowledging our own fears and concerns, while understanding how each individual child handles emotional challenges. Parenting is hard. Parenting during a pandemic can feel especially challenging as you balance changes in work, home and school. Here's how you can provide support and reassurance, whatever your child's stage of development. Start with yourself Even infants pick up on their parents' moods, so your emotional state will affect how your children cope. As instructed on airplanes, during turbulence you should put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. The same is true of turbulent times: Take care of yourself first.

HOW TO HELP YOUR CHILDREN THROUGH THE PANDAMIC

Limit media exposure It's easy to become overwhelmed by negative news. Stay with your children during news reports and encourage them to ask questions. Limit your own exposure too, as it can affect your mood. Consider your child's stage of development Babies and toddlers won't understand what's happening, but they respond to emotional cues. Though it's not always easy, if you can stay calm and positive, they're more likely to relax. Maintain routines, as all children thrive on predictable schedules. Knowing when to expect meals, playtime and bedtime helps them feel more safe and secure. Preschoolers have many questions about everything, but keep your explanations simple. Discuss the virus as being like a very bad cold or flu when explaining why everyone is wearing masks or why they can't go on play dates. Validate your child's feelings by saying, "I understand you're upset right now," or "It's okay to miss grandma. I miss her too." Let your children connect with others safely. Make video calls to relatives or socialize with a small group of neighbors outdoors while practicing social distancing. Help your child write letters to friends. School-aged children are more peer-oriented, but they still appreciate spending time with parents. It's a great opportunity to start new hobbies together, while also letting them pursue their own interests.

If your children appear anxious, angry or sad, encourage them to talk about it. Share how you're feeling, too. Establish a weekly "check-in" dinner where everyone has a turn to express their feelings.

FRIENDS END

If you love yourself, do it for you. At the end of the day, it's a matter of self-respect.

It's natural for friendships to come and go as you change and learn more about yourself. If it's time to move on, let your friendship drift apart gradually, rather than fighting. Remember, Levine says, “A best friend today can easily become a frenemy tomorrow.” “You can downgrade the friendship by being less available and spending less time with the person,” Levine says. “This can be difficult if the decision is one-sided, but it's important not to hurt or blame the other person. You have to think about how it will affect other mutual friendships. When you dump someone, there's no going back.”

TRAVELLING TO PALM SPRINGS: CALIFORNIA BY ADRIAN CALLOWAY The origin of the word "travel" is most likely lost to history. The term "travel" may originate from the Old French word travail. According to the Merriam Webster dictionary, the first known use of the word travel was in the 14th century. It also states that the word comes from Middle English travailen, travelen which means to torment, labor, strive, journey and earlier from Old French travailler which means to work strenuously, toil words travel and travail both share an even more ancient root: a Roman instrument of word

NEURO-BIOLOGY AND MANIFESTATION MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER MISAO MICHIKAMI

My 13-year-old son asked, “Do you think I can be the best dancer in the world?” I responded, “You can be anything you put your mind to because humans are magic and have the ability to pull a rabbit from an empty hat; everything around you was an idea before it was made tangible.” Whether we realize it or not, we're manifesting all the time. We’re not always deliberate about what we manifest but we manifest lack and abundance, on a regular basis, without having to be consciously aware. As humans, our bodies play an important role in manifesting. What differentiates humans from spirit is our bodies; which serve as conduits to produce in the physical realm. There has been a lot of research conducted on the brain in our heads but, truth be told, our brain runs throughout our entire body by means of the nervous system. The body is the part of the brain that is below our conscious awareness, our subconscious mind, and approximately 90% of what we produce in the physical realm stems from this place.

The primary function of the nervous system is to provide information to guide us and the language the body speaks is vibrational (or felt sensation). When I say felt/sense, I am not talking about emotional feeling but the physiological sensations in the body (e.g. tingling, heaviness, warmth, tension, etc). It’s not enough to engage the conscious mind to manifest but we must also utilize the subconscious mind. One way to bring the subconscious mind online is by tapping into what it feels like to have what we desire. If you want love, what does love feel like on a felt/sense level? If you want wealth, what is the bodybased feeling that arises when you think of being wealthy? The felt sensation that arises is a vibrational representation for what you would like to manifest. It is important to note that somatic attunement takes practice and these feelings might be extremely subtle in the beginning but try not to become discouraged. On a frequency level, you attract what you are so continue to embody the frequency you would like to realize and watch the life you want emerge. Follow me on Insta: misao_sao

FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH HOW SAMANTHA ANDREWS STAYS YOUNG AT 40

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of Yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha yoga and Rāja yoga. The origins of yoga have been speculated to date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions, it is mentioned in the Rigveda, but most likely developed around the sixth and fifth centuries BCE, in ancient India's ascetic and śramaṇa movements. Yoga gurus from India later introduced yoga to the west, [16] following the success of Swami Vivekananda in the late 19th and early 20th century. In the 1980s, yoga became popular as a system of physical exercise across the Western world. Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise, it has a meditative and spiritual core. One of the six major

I DO YOGA, I'M VEGAN, AND I TRY TO STAY HAPPY ALL THE TIME. orthodox schools of Hinduism is also called Yoga, which has its own epistemology and metaphysics, and is closely related to Hindu Samkhya philosophy. Distinctions are sometimes made between several categories of veganism. Dietary vegans refrain from ingesting animal products. This means avoiding not only meat but also egg and dairy products and other animal-derived foodstuffs. Some dietary vegans choose to wear clothing that includes animal products (for example, leather or wool).

The term ethical vegan is often applied to those who extend the philosophy beyond diet into other areas of their lives. Vegan diets tend to be higher in dietary fiber, magnesium, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, and phytochemicals, and lower in dietary energy, saturated fat, cholesterol, long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, calcium, zinc, and vitamin B12. Wellplanned vegan diets can reduce the risk of some types of chronic disease including heart disease. Vegan diets are regarded as appropriate for all stages of the life-cycle by the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council, and Dietitians of Canada. Because uncontaminated plant foods do not provide vitamin B12 (which is produced by microorganisms such as bacteria), researchers agree that vegans should eat B12fortified foods.

Travel is the movement of people between relatively distant geographical locations, and can involve travel by foot, bicycle, automobile, train, boat, airplane, or other means, with or without luggage, and can be one way or round trip. Travel can also include relatively short stays between successive movements.

THROWING AN ENGAGEMENT PARTY Whilst engagement parties are characterised by their sense of humming excitement and guaranteed fun, they are a little more involved than throwing some cocktail weiners on toothpicks and calling it a day. WORDS BY SARAH SANCHEZ

We've broken down all elements of how the party should proceed, as well as the pros and cons of throwing this potential event. So don't dial your party planner until you've read through our basics! Before proceeding any further, it's worth taking a step back and asking yourself whether it really is worth the time, money and effort to set up an engagement party. An engagement party is by no means mandatory, so this is a case of dancing to the beat of your own drums. This depends mainly on two things; the date of the wedding and the seasonal opportunity. Some people have their party literally on the same day as the engagement, but more commonly, it's held within one to three months of the announcement. Those who are having a more formal engagement party may leave it for later on, as the general rule.

Although traditionally the enagement party is hosted either by the bride's parents or a close friend of hers, these rigid customs are becoming very relaxed. Today, the part can be held by either the bride or groom's parents, a close friend of the couple, or the couple themselves. If no one volunteers to host the event, you should host it yourself. Again, this is considered to be within the parameters of modern etiquette and a very common practice. You shouldn't impose on anybody by asking them to hold an event for your benefit if they don't express the natural and unpressured desire to do so themselves. There are no rules or norms for engagement parties- this will depend solely on your personal style and budget. It can be as formal or informal as you choose, and at any time of the day.

The engagement party is a great opportunity for members of the bride and groom’s respective families to meet and get to know each other. Invite the same people you're intending to invite to the wedding. If you forget to invite anyone to the engagement party, you can still invite them to the wedding without coming off as rude, but do not invite anyone to your enagagement party whom you know you will not be inviting to the wedding- that is considered a clear etiquette no-no. Apart from family, often there are work and sport colleagues that you may want to invite. Obviously the guests will need to be invited one way or another. If you are organised enough, you could include engagement party invitations with your stationery order, save a few dollars and be consistent with the other wedding events.

BMW'S SECRET BIG COUPE With rumours swirling about a return, here's why the E31 is cool

By Alexander L. Evans Photo courtesy of BMW

It was at the 1989 Frankfurt Motor Show that BMW presented a car that would become one of its modern classics: the 8Series Coupe. Built for ten years between ‘89 and ‘99, the car dubbed ‘E31’ was a ‘clean-sheet’ design that could trace its lineage way back to BMW’s rather lovely coupes from the 1930s. And over its lifetime, BMW sold 30,621 8-Series Coupes, with exactly 24 of those hand-built at the Rosslyn plant in South Africa (for tax reasons, assembling the cars there was cheaper than importing them). More than two-thirds - over 20,000, then - were fitted with the V12, and just one in six came with a six-speed manual.

BLACK COUPE: THE REVIEW The Audi A5 Black Edition Plus is undoubtedly the model to go for if you like a flashy, well equipped car. It's based on the already-impressive A5 S line, but adds a range of styling tweaks to make it stand out from the crowd. The most obvious change is the addition of black 19-inch alloy wheels. They look great, but watch out for kerbs, as any damage will be very easy to spot. Other features include sportier bumpers and side skirts, while all of the A5's chrome trim has been swapped for glossblack parts. Plus, there's a new rear spoiler, which Audi describes as "enhanced". That's in addition to all the equipment provided by the S line, so you will no longer need to add many options.
