We all deserve to own the home of our dreams – and we wanted Chennai to have just that! When Chennaiyil Sondha Veedu Property Expo was announced, we knew we had to be a part of it. The event witnessed participation from several prominent residential real estate developers in the city and drew in a large number of interested home buyers. At the expo, SPR showcased its range of entire residential projects and was well-received by the attendees. Our stall alone commanded a 200+ footfall with customers keen on owning an apartment in Chennai’s tallest towers. There were also quite a number of individuals interested in our greenery-oriented ready-to-move-in project Osian Chlorophyll. Overall, the huge turnout and positive response received ensured a successful presence for SPR at the Expo. We would like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you, who visited our stall at the Expo and made our presence there, a successful one.

MARKET OF INDIA ON WHEELS – TAKING MOI TO EVERY TRADER IN THE CITY

In order to expand the reach of Market of India and take it to the traders in Chennai, a roadshow kicked off in the month of May 2019. The van travelled to all the trade hotspots in the city and featured a complete AV set up and discussion space. The activity was further supported by kiosks in the vicinity and on-the-move promoters on two wheelers. The endeavour allowed Market of India to expand its reach across every nook and corner of the city and presented an opportunity for us to interact with the trading community at the ground level.

SPR SETS UP A NEW MARKET OF INDIA EXPERIENCE CENTRE IN MAY 2019 Somethings are better experienced, than explained. No matter the extent of your imagination, seeing is believing and to accomplish that, we decided to set up a dedicated MOI experience centre wherein one could step in to get a glimpse of the various markets and shops that will come up in the wholesale market. The experience centre was set up as part of the ongoing promotional campaign for Market of India and to provide visitors a chance to gather first-hand insight into the project. There were dedicated stalls set up for each market division, a large AV room for screening of project explainer videos, a massive model designed for easy visualization and other aids to gain an in-depth overview of the market This temporary set up will soon give way to a life-size experience centre that will offer a more realistic view of the market. Currently, this is under construction and will open its doors soon.
