SPR’s Business Partners Meet for Q1 of 2019 ends on a successful note with 300+ attendees With the firm belief that forging meaningful business relationships is a vital part of sustaining our success and accelerating our growth momentum, on 10th January 2019, SPR Highliving conducted the Business Partners Meet for Q1 of 2019. The meet was held at Taj Coromandel, Chennai and witnessed attendance from a selective list of 300+ attendees comprising real estate agents, realty firms, among other prospective business partners, both from within and outside Tamil Nadu. The agenda of the meet was to deliberate on last year’s events, share information on upcoming launches, insights on our projects, and the projection for Q1 of 2019. The event kicked off with an introduction of SPR Highliving, followed by a presentation on the residential segment by Mr. Manish Goenka, Head of Residential Sales, SPR Highliving. The detailed presentation gave an overview of SPR’s residential projects, providing details of the available configurations, project USPs, and other intriguing aspects. The highlight of the presentation was a brief video on the massive scale of the construction work being conducted at the SPR City site, which showed SPR’s construction teams at work and the infrastructure used at the site. Mr. Ganesalingam then took over the mantle, and engaged the meeting attendees by presenting insightful information on Market of India, India’s largest wholesale market. Post this, Mr. Hitesh Kawad, Managing Director, SPR Highliving took to the stage to share SPR’s vision for the next quarter, wherein he highlighted the company’s goals, what the company has achieved in the past year, and how SPR always puts customers first in its operations. The attendees lent a keen ear throughout and actively interacted with the speaker for more insights. Following the presentations, an award ceremony was held to recognize the contribution made by SPR’s Channel Partners, during which certificates of recognition were distributed to the recipients. The event came to a close with a stand-up comedy session by comic Vikash Paul who left the audience in splits with his satirical take on everyday issues, post which a grand dinner was arranged for the attendees. The Business Partners Meet 2019 thus ended on a successful note, marking the end of one among the many events planned for the year. SPR aimed to spread its vision far and wide, not just within Tamil Nadu, but across the nation as well – and the meet proved to be a step in the right direction for the company in spearheading the future of real estate. Here’s hoping for more successful events in the days to come!

HIGHLIVING UPDATES
LAUNCH CAMPAIGN OF CHENNAI’S TALLEST TOWERS MET WITH OVERWHELMING RESPONSE In December 2018, Tower-A construction completed its 36th floor, proving to be a landmark event in the history of SPR. The hallmark figure was reached within just a year, a record-breaking feat that was achieved through the relentless efforts of the construction teams and the state-ofthe-art infrastructure that was being deployed at the site. With just around 12 months to go for handover for fit-outs and furnishing in Chennai’s Tallest Towers, a mega 350-degree launch campaign was announced in January-February that proved to be highly successful. The overwhelming response that followed the announcement was evident, given the scale and uniqueness of the project. Interested visitors flocked from all quarters to the construction site to witness this iconic moment in history. The engineering marvel, the highest in Chennai, indeed takes the definition of ‘Highliving’ to a whole new level, giving Chennaiites a chance to discover the incredible benefits of living in high rises. While just another chapter in the list of accomplishments SPR has achieved in recent times, the event managed to reinforce the company’s ideals of delivering the best to its customers and staying committed to its promises. With a positive start to the new year, we hope to achieve more such milestones in the coming days.

SPR PARTICIPATES IN CREDAI FAIRPRO 2019, COMMANDS A STRONG PRESENCE RECEIVING 700+ FOOTFALLS
CREDAI Chennai’s FairPro 2019, kicked off to a great start on 15th February, 2019. The 3-day annual flagship real estate exhibition was held at Chennai Trade Centre. Being one of the most successful and longest running real estate exhibitions, the event drew in massive crowds. The event was inaugurated by Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, O Paneerselvam. More than 75 developers participated in the event showcasing a total of over 300 projects at the fair. SPR Highliving participated in the event showcasing its entire range of residential and commercial projects. Commanding a dominating position at the expo, our stall attracted a whopping 700+ footfalls – a remarkable feat in itself. One of the major highlights of our presence this year was the stall in itself. The entire exterior of the stall was covered in glass and put on a stunning display that was the cynosure of all eyes at the event. Our strong presence at the CREDAI FairPro provided us with a valuable opportunity, wherein we were able to interact with customers on a personal level, and clarify any queries or questions they had about purchasing properties. Overall, the huge turnout and positive response received ensured enormous success for SPR Highliving. We would like to thank everyone involved in making this event a success and hope to participate in many more expos to come.
