FESTIVE FEVER: WEEK-LONG CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS BRING THE SPR FAMILY TOGETHER In the week leading up to Christmas, the festive spirit was on a fever pitch. Right from sparkly interior decors, to employees donning themed outfits, the atmosphere was vibrant and electrifying. The celebrations were a first for SPR, which made it all the more special. A game of Secret Santa was organized and witnessed enthusiastic participation from a
large number of employees. The following week was spent passing secret notes, doing quirky tasks, and handing out gifts to each other. On the D-Day, a mega-celebration was organized were there were fun games and quizzes for everyone. It was also the day when all the Secret Santas gifted a huge surprise to their child. The celebrations besides spreading cheer managed to capture the essence of the season of giving and proved highly successful in bringing the SPR family together. We strongly believe that there’s strength in unity, and unity in diversity and look forward to celebrating more such events that strengthen bond and foster friendship.
TEMPLE INAUGURATION: SPR’S CORPORATE OFFICE GETS A NEW SACRED SPACE They say, work is worship and workplace is a temple. But beyond work, it’s necessary to spare time for our spirituality. In a bid to facilitate the same, a new Amman temple was inaugurated in the Corporate Office recently. The temple was shifted from older premises into a bigger space and was welcomed by the staff members. The Kumbabishekam was held on December 17, 2018 and witnessed attendance from the staff members.

SPR HIGHLIVING GOES INTERNATIONAL AND PARTICIPATES IN A 3-DAY MEGA PROPERTY FEST AT DUBAI Indian Property Show, a 3-day mega show, was organized by Sumansa exhibitions on 13th, 14th, and 15th December 2018 at the Dubai World Trade Center. The internationally-acclaimed property show aims at helping NRIs own a home back in India and is the largest Indian property expo held in the UAE. Featuring over 500 realtors, developers and financiers, the event was held on a massive scale and attracted a huge number of footfalls. The event also featured seminars by influential real estate gurus, consultants and advisors which revolved around the new RERA regulations, taxes, infrastructural developments, upcoming residential and commercial projects, among others. SPR Highliving participated in the Expo, showcasing its entire range of residential and commercial projects. The muchtalked-about event drew in a massive crowd of property buyers from in and around UAE, giving us heightened visibility and a chance to showcase our projects to potential customers. Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director-General, Dubai Land Department and Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan presided over and dropped by our stall during the course of the event. Commanding a dominating position at the expo, our stall attracted over 300 visitors. A large number of visitors were mostly interested in the investment benefits offered by booking a SPR property. I believe it was through an advertisement I saw on Market of India that prompted me to make an enquiry over the phone. The prospect of being a part of India’s largest wholesale market and the fact that something of this scale has never been developed before piqued my interest and made me explore more. 2) What factors led towards choosing a shop in Market of India? The primary reason was from an investment perspective. It was located in a prime spot in Chennai, and was quite close to the port, Central Station metro and essentially all prominent locations. Personally, I felt that it had great potential in terms of returns and was a good investment choice. However, I have also realized that this could be more than that and could be an ideal place to do business in, which I am planning on. 3) Tell us more about the business you are planning on running in Market of India? Currently, I don’t run a business and am employed in an organization, but I am definitely planning on running a business in the future.
