Terrace crown work is in progress. External painting texture on the outer side has been completed, and is in progress in podium and intermediate sides. Waterproofing, MEP 1st fix, fire safety measures, main door frame fixing and lobby false ceiling have been completed upto 36th floor. Lobby flooring has been done until 33rd floor. Flat finishing work, staircase flooring and balcony railing work is also in progress.

Construction work across the Tower-H site is being carried out in full swing. At present, work in the 35th floor is in progress and 34th floor roof has been completed. Waterproofing work up to 13th floor and MEP 1st fix up to 12th floor have been completed.

THE SHRI RAM UNIVERSAL SCHOOL Construction work is being carried out at the school site in a rapid pace. Above terrace floor work is in progress across Block A and B. External plastering is in progress in Block A, B, C, D and E/F. Flooring work and gypsum plastering work is in progress in 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Internal painting is ongoing in 1st and 2nd floor. MEP 1st fix and waterproofing works have been completed in Block A ground floor and is in progress in other blocks. Internal painting work is in progress.

ORIGINE BUNGALOW DEVELOPMENT:

Construction work is proceeding at a quick rate across the Origine bungalow site. Currently, in Zone 1 and 2, RCC work has been completed. In Zone 3, third and terrace floor work is in progress in some areas. In Zone 3, 2nd floor work is in progress. In Zone 4 and 5, podium and 1st floor work has been completed. Block work has been completed in zone 1 and is in progress in other zones. Model villa work is also taking place at a rapid pace with external block and plastering completed. Internal block, cladding, window fixing, fins and door work is currently in progress.

Work is in progress in full swing at the Market of India site. Basement 1 slab, lower ground cellar, lower ground floor, and raft work in basement 2 floor has been completed by upto 60% in both zone A and E. In Central Plaza, excavation has been completed and raft work is in progress in basement 2 floor. A new tower crane for central plaza zone is all set to be installed soon.

SPR PARTICIPATES IN CHENNAI RETAIL SUMMIT 2019 HOSTED BY RETAILERS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA The future undoubtedly belongs to businesses that are able to achieve sustainable growth, which involves achieving a fine balance between short-term and long-term growth. It requires retailers to be able to expertly juggle multiple facets such as customer centricity, good people practices, viable business model, technology adoption, societal and environmental impact and financial discipline. Chennai Retail Summit 2019 On 8th August, 2019, at ITC Grand Chola, the Chennai Retail Summit (CSR) hosted by Retailers Association of India (RAI) brought together 300+ personalities and 30+ speakers from prominent industries. It brought together retail stalwarts on a common platform to deliberate on the new ways, devise new tricks that retailers could use to master the art of jugglery that is sustainable growth in retail. There were also prominent faces amongst the crowd, including the likes of Kamal Hassan.

By bringing together decision makers from across Indian retail industry, it offered an opportunity to meet with experts and solution providers who can help them achieve their goals. The event provided a great networking opportunity and allowed interaction with the top retail experts and leaders to take away knowledge and enhance your understanding of the retail industry. Mr. Navin Ranka, Director, SPR Group was one among the speakers at the event. The retailers were also given a showcase of SPR’s project. IN FULL SWING: SPR PARTICIPATES IN A STRING OF EXPOS AND EXHIBITIONS ACROSS THE REGION META ELECTRICA A 3-day exhibition on electrical products, Electrica was held by Madras Electric Trades Association (META) in Chennai to showcase the latest products and developments in electrical and electronic industries. Attracting over 20,000 visitors, the event generated huge business during the 3 days. SPR set up a massive stall dedicated to showcasing Market of India, India’s largest wholesale and retail market. Thiru P. Thangamani, Honourable Minister of Electricity, also dropped by our stall. With a zone designated for electric goods, the market has the potential of elevating businesses to the next level and promotes global trade. MOI’s showcase drew in positive response from the attendees.

CREDAI FAIRPRO COIMBATORE Shifting the focus from Chennai, SPR took its projects to the Coimbatore city by participating in the CREDAI FairPro event held between 13th to 15th September, 2019. SPR showcased its string of projects, including Chennai’s tallest towers, bungalows, school, Market of India, among others. Our stall alone received over 300 visitors, who were quite impressed with the range of projects on offer. Most of the visitors were keen on making an investment in a property in Chennai, and found SPR’s properties a suitable fit. Overall, it was a successful presence for SPR at the event, and we hope to conduct more such events beyond Chennai in the coming days.

The novel blitz activity involved the entire staff, right from the top management, to the sales personnel, who reached out to the traders’ community on a one-to-one interaction to discuss more about the project.
