REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Trip registration will be taken only when accompanied by payment. All trips are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Trip itineraries are subject to change without prior notice. Register By: Mail, Phone, Online or In-Office Acceptable Payments: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover Registrations are non-transferable. Should a cancellation occur, those on the trip’s waiting list will be contacted first to fill the opening.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Day Trips Day trips/BINGOS that cost $50 or less: Full balance due at time of registration. Deposits: $10 non-refundable deposit must be received at registration. Cancellation: Cancelling less than 14 days prior to the trip will not receive a refund. Participants cancelling more than 14 days prior to the trip will receive a refund minus a $10 administration fee. Extended Trips: Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit must be received at registration. Cancellation: Cancellation policy will vary with each extended trip depending on the vendors and timelines involved with that particular trip. Check each individual extended trip for the cancellation policy. Final Payments: Individuals are responsible for paying each trip’s remaining balance on time. Reminders are not sent out. Remaining balance for Day Trips are due one month before the scheduled date. “Balance due by” dates are listed under each trip’s description in this brochure. Payment timelines for Extended Trips will be included in their itinerary and posted online once registration opens. 2 | TRIPS

Pick up point for all day trips and extended trips will be at the Memorial Hall parking lot in Blanchette Park unless otherwise stated in the trip’s description. There is plenty of parking available should you wish to leave your vehicle there during the trip.

Gateway Arch Fireworks Dinner Cruise
Experience St. Louis’ always-spectacular fireworks show from a whole new vantage point. Celebrate America’s independence on a replica 19th century riverboat. American Archeology Museum and Dig Site
Travel back in time with us as we visit the Center for American Archeology Museum and dig site in Calhoun County, IL. This independent non-profit organization has been researching past people of the lower Illinois River Valley. Our first stop will be to their dig site where we will learn about the procedures and how the dig site is operated. We will then make our way to explore their museum that features exhibits highlighting their research of people who once lived in Calhoun from its earliest settlers to present time. Lunch will follow at the Illinois Riverdock Restaurant while enjoying riverfront views! Cost includes transportation, tour, museum and lunch.

Peach Pickin’ at Eckert’s Farm
We’re going peach pickin’ at Eckert’s Farm in Belleville, IL. You won’t want to miss out on this outdoor adventure. This beautiful family owned farm has been growing fresh produce for over 100 years and has become a popular destination for visitors from all around. We will begin our day with a delicious down-home style lunch at Eckert’s Country Restaurant before taking a wagon ride out to their fields for peach picking. Produce bags will be provided to each person to collect peaches. Cost includes transportation to orchard, wagon ride, and lunch.

“Footloose the Musical” & Hendel’s Market Cafe
Cut loose with us as we make our way to Florissant Civic Center Theatre for Footloose the Musical. We will begin our evening at Hendel’s Market Cafe for a scrumptious dinner before making our way to this toe-tapping hit musical production that is based on the movie full of Top 40 hits and dynamic new songs! It’s time to go apple picking and we’ve got just the place for it! Join us for some outdoor fun as we visit Braeutigam Orchards in Fairview Heights, IL. This beautiful orchard has been raising fruit since 1935. It has been in the Braeutigam family since 1831 and remains a family owned orchard that is now operated by their sixth and seventh generations. Pick some delicious apples for some homemade apple pie or cider this fall. You can also pick other fruits and or vegetables that they have available. Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield, IL
Travel back in history with us as we take a self-guided tour of the Abraham Lincoln Museum in Springfield, IL. This museum is dedicated to telling the life story of our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln. After our visit we will take a short walk to Maldaner’s Restaurant for lunch. Established in 1884, Maldaner’s offers contemporary American food in a historic setting. Following lunch we will walk over to the Lincoln Home National Historic site to visit the Lincoln Family home. FITNESS PROGRAMS TAI CHI FITNESS
This program is designed to be a safe and effective exercise for a wide range of ages and conditions including arthritis. It uses the Sun Style of Tai Chi with its Qigong exercise to benefit balance, flexibility, mobility, coordination, management of arthritis and health in general.
Tai Chi Level 1: Designed for beginners or those in the early stages of practicing Tai Chi. No previous experience necessary. Tai Chi Level 2: For intermediate Tai Chi participants who have taken at least two session of Tai Chi Level 1.

ACTIVE AGING (AGES 50+)
This program is designed for adults, ages 50 and older, to increase muscle strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion for daily activities. There will be some resistance equipment used as well as chairs for seated exercises and standing support.

CARDIO BOOT CAMP
This class is designed to target the entire body! With a combination of cardio exercises and strength training, you will strengthen your muscles and enhance agility. Everyone involved will work at their own pace towards the same goal, and that’s to burn more calories!

YOGA
This traditional yoga class will help you relieve stress, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility and balance. SPECIAL EVENTS
FALL HAYRIDES fun for the entire family! Gather your family and friends and join us for an evening hayride this fall! Each ride will last approximately 2 hours and begin at DuSable Park’s Blanchette Landing and continue through the Eco Park Trail. Hayrides may be booked by group registration only with a maximum of 25 people per wagon. FRIDAYS: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25 SATURDAYS: 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26 Fee: $300 per wagon - group registration only | Start Times: 5:30P OR 6:30P Location: Blanchette Landing Boat Ramp (100 Olive Street, 63301) Tickets for your group will be mailed out once reservation/payment is made.
