State Associations

As the year progresses and our schedules continue to get filled, don’t forget to send in events happening within your State Association. These will get updated on the ASA’s website calendar, www.shorthorn.org/events, for members within your State Association and surrounding State Association to stay up to date on with what is going on. Just a reminder that these must be association events, not individual breeder events.

I am currently reaching out to State Association Officers to get an updated list of officers to publish on the website and include updated rosters in the July issue of the Shorthorn Country. If you are a State Officer or a new State Association, please reach out to me. I plan to continue to improve the communication between the American Shorthorn Association and State Associations moving forward into the future. You can find a list of these State Association’s on the ASA website at shorthorn.org/state-shorthorn-association.

It is always great to reach out and connect with those current and new state association directors, and I look forward continuing to get to know more breeders in State Associations from coast to coast. =
