an X-Series 49 cu. ft. Reach-In Double Door Commercial Upright Freezer in Stainless Steel. It will feature 6 shelves, selfclosing doors, with a cost of $3,201.53. made 3 home visits during the week ending on March 7. We helped 2 families with rent and 1 family with utilities. One recent case was that of a young man who had just completed rehabilitation and had now moved into a group home to begin getting his life back on track. He is currently looking for work and was asking for help with his first month’s rent. Because of your support, we were able to provide $200 towards his rent and provided a list of other agencies that might be able to also help with his rent. We also provided a $20 HEB gift card, a 31-day bus pass to facilitate his job search, advice on where some jobs were available, and a clothing voucher to help him make a good impression at job interviews. Our volunteers concluded their visit by praying with him. On behalf of the most needy in our community, the Society of St Vincent de Paul would like to thank those of you who have been purchasing grocery cards at the Script table and donating them.
