ANNOUNCEMENTS Special Collections
No Easter Egg Hunt
• The Pontifical Good Friday Collection will be taken up March 30, at our Good Friday Service. Pope Francis has asked our support of this collection which will benefit Christians in the Holy Land. Last year’s collection supported 29 parishes, 4 orphanages, 3 academic institutions, 120 men preparing for religious vocations, provided senior care facilities in Bethlehem and Nazareth, created 1,500 jobs in the Holy Land for Christians, kept schools open for over 10,000 pre-K through grade 12 students and helped preserve 54 shrines connected with the life of Jesus and the prophets. Your generosity does make a difference! In giving, you join world-wide Catholics in solidarity with the Church in the Holy Land.
• Due to overflow traffic and parking concerns between Masses on Easter Sunday, we have decided to cancel the Easter Egg Hunt. We urge you to enjoy family and community egg hunts that weekend!
THE KING’S TAVERN “Finding my Faith through Catholic Social Teaching” Sara Ramirez, Executive Director at Catholic Charities March 19th at Casa Chapala Patio opens at 6:30p.m. Talk begins at 7:30 p.m. Special Happy Hour pricing!
