PE

The focus for this week has been on Year 2 and Year 3 in order to prepare for inter house hockey next week!

The emphasis in our games lessons has been trying to move the ball into space, passing and moving to create more successful shots at goal. Our inter house tournaments are a fantastic opportunity to put our skills into practice. The children are very excited for the competition next week and we look forward to welcoming you on the respective days.

The hockey competition will take place on St Peter’s 8-13 site, located on the astro turf. Please see the following date and times below:

Year 2 - Tuesday the 28th of March 9:30am-10:40am

Year 3 - Thursday the 30th of March 9:30am-10:40am

Please could the children come into school on that day wearing FULL kit, including striped games socks (Year 3), and carry their mouth guards in a zipped tracksuit bottom pocket (Year 3).

Please could all children in Year 2 and Year 3 wear shin pads. For Year 2, could all children bring some football/hockey socks in order to keep the shin pads in place.

Refreshments will also be available to you throughout the morning.
