Weekend Wheels May 27: Classic Car Show, Our Place, Tauranga The Bay of Plenty Vintage Car Club will be having a Classic Car Show on Sunday, May 27 at Our Place, 9 Willow St, Tauranga from 10am-2pm as part of the Tauranga Vintage Festival. Gold coin entry. The Tauranga Vintage Festival is a two-day celebration of a bygone era and along with classic cars will include vintage plane yovers, donkey rides, classic fairground rides, pop-up performances and classic cinema screenings guaranteed to put a smile on the faces of grown-ups and the not-so-grown-ups.

May 27: Oropi Road Hillclimb, Tauranga Motorsport Bay of Plenty is holding a ClubSport Advanced Hillclimb on Oropi Road on Sunday, May 27 from am. The event is a 1.2km tarmac sprint with a practice and three timed runs. Entries must be received by May 25. Cost $85 for MBOP members and $95 for non-members. irst things first, this car has an impressive amount of stars for everything. 5-star A AP safety rating, 5-star A TAR award for most satisfied customers third year in a row, no less and a 5-star smile on the driver’s dial. There’s no doubt, owning the new uzuki wift R will turn lunch dates with your chums into a coffee and a sorry, gotta go’, ust so you can get back in the driving seat. The previous model wifts were certainly a sporty-looking car, but the R takes sporty, deep fries it and eats it as a snack. couldn’t believe this was a uzuki wift. tepping inside the wift R, you’re greeted with superbly comfortable seats and a clear, crisp interior layout. The leather-bound steering wheel has a touch of class – smooth, grippy and gives a feeling of quality.
