Large crowd comes to hear State of the City address in Hallandale Beach
Hallandale Beach is a vibrant, progressive and growing community Mayor Joy Cooper told members of the Hallandale Beach Area Chamber of Commerce last Thursday at the annual State of the City address at the Cultural Community Center. About 100 business leaders and residents were on hand as Mayor Cooper offered her look at 2015 and reviewed achievements from 2014.
