In honor of what he has done for the City of Hallandale Beach, with his many generous donations and other step forward ideas, Mayor Joy Cooper proclaimed the entire week as "Davin Joseph Events for Cause Foundation Week." Mayor Cooper was a huge part of the week as she attended the Friday night dinner along with Vice Mayor Anthony Sanders and others who recognized excellence in the classroom.
