DR. DRY CLEANING 1st Priority Restoration has been doing all types of cleaning and water damage restoration for more than a decade
Patient Helen Dopp, left and Dr. Stanley Braverman after her procedure this summer in Hallandale Beach.
No more glasses after 50 years! Every homeowner has a cleaning job that needs attention. Let it go and it becomes a mess. Think of anything that needs cleaning, Dr. Dry is the company to call because they have that can-do attitude. The company specializes in cleaning carpets, tile and grout, marble polishing, pressure cleaning, canvas awnings and cleaning air ducts. They also do up-
holstery cleaning and drapes. Have your floor tile and grout cleaned to look sparkling new again. Tile cleaning is done, section by section, as an exact science and there will be no mess in the home. The company can remove painted tile glaze and return the tiles to their original state. Most residents get lots of foot traffic and resealing the tile floor makes sense
because in the future it will be easier to clean. Ask for the Five Year Protection Warranty. Do your bathroom tiles have mildew buildup and you would be embarrassed for your guests? Let Dr. Dry really clean and safely scrub those tiles and make them look new again. It's a messy job, so let the profession-

Helen Dopp has always been someone who has faced things head on; so when she was told that she had cataracts in both eyes, there was never a hesitation. Unlike many of us who suffer from problems with our eyes from our youth, this Dallas, Tx. area resident started to wear glasses in her 20s - instead of having to battle those awkward years in grade school and high school. But things would soon catch up. As a mother who worked much of her adult life, this is a 74-year-old who has never slowed down. She still
works, remains active socially and is indeed someone who has made the most of her time on this earth. Because she loves doing and hanging out with friends back in Texas, the time had come this past year to start looking for someone to get her back to seeing the way she had in the past. “I remember nobody would drive with me anymore,” Dopp laughed. “Really, the fact that my eyesight was getting worse, I was not seeing the best. That was a concern.”

Voters locally and nationally speak loud and clear Josh Levy (Hollywood) and Tamara James (Dania Beach) win mayoral seats - while controversial Hallandale Beach Vice Mayor Bill Julian is ousted by political newcomer By Larry Blustein sfsuntimes@aol.com If you have been close to the race for president the past 17 months, you knew this could happen all along. With so much negativity surrounding both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, and the fact that so many Americans were tired of the “same old Washington” - the upset win by Trump in the early hours of Wednesday morning may have took some by surprise, but for those who have been in the

middle of this heated campaign - since Trump and Clinton were officially named by their respective parties - to run for the most powerful office in the world - this was not unexpected.
“I am stunned not by the fact that Trump won, but I am so upset for this country being so split,” Richard Martinez of Hollywood said. “I am afraid that we will not come together as one, and the
rest of the world will sense that. This is what worries me those most.” But as much as we knew about that race which would affect many

One of the major issues for voters to tackle in this election cycle was medical marijuana. Narrowly losing a few years ago, proponents vowed to make it happen this time around, and they were right - passing 80 percent.
