A.R. Rahman takes the stage in Hollywood this month Legendary Indian composer and one of the highest grossing performing artists in the world, A.R. Rahman, takes the stage in Hollywood this month. This is just one stop along his 23-date tour which hits every major market in the U.S. and Canada with most dates selling out including this show which is nearing 80% capacity. “A Night With A.R. Rahman” is a musical journey through the career of an artist hailed as the “Mozart of Madras” and one of the World’s most influential people according to Time Magazine. Having already acquired two Grammy Awards, two Academy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe, four National Film Awards, fifteen Filmfare Awards and thirteen Filmfare Awards this talented artist will delight his fans with songs from his musical career which spans three decades and more than 150 film compositions. “We are very excited to have A.R. The World Health Organization declaration of Monkeypox as a “Public Health Emergency of International Concern” (PHEIC), was made by one man, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who has no medical training, over the objection of the majority of his own expert committee of medical and scientific advisors. Nine of the committee members thought a PHEIC should not be declared and six supported a declaration. “Nine and six is very, very close. Since the role of the committee is to advise, I decided to act as a tie-breaker,” Tedros said in a news conference called to announce the decision.” Perhaps it is the “new math” that leads to the conclusion of a “tie” with a 3-vote majority on one side? And why did Tedros decide to go with the minority opinion rather than the majority?

83 Year Old Entrepreneur: Resident Runs Pet-sitting Business From Her Florida Senior Living Community The 83-year-old started the company in 2014 upon retiring, with the first phone call, the business was off and running When Barbara Fox contemplated retirement, she didn’t envision moving to a Senior Community or enjoying carefree days of card games and bingo. And while she did move to The Palace Suites, an Independent Living Community in Miami, her days are now spent running her own business, “Help is on the Way.” The 83-year-old started the company in 2014 upon retiring from Interval International, a
timeshare exchange company, after 20 years of service. “Since I was 11 years old I’ve worked,” she explained. “I couldn’t imagine not working at something.” Fox envisioned a business that assisted people with their day-to-day needs, whether picking up medication or drug store supplies, to walking and boarding dogs.
