According to the Wall Street Journal, the number of federal agents armed with guns, ammu nition and military-style equip ment, authorized to make arrests and trained in military tactics has nearly tripled over the past sev eraldecades.Therearenow more bureau cratic (non-military) government agents armed with weapons than U.S. Marines. As Adam Andrzejewski writes for Forbes, “The Federal Government has become one never-ending gun show.”While Americans have to jump through an increasing number of hoops in order to own a gun, federal agencies have been plac ing orders for hundreds of mil lions of rounds of hollow point bullets and military gear. Among the agencies being supplied with night-vision equipment, body armor, hollow-point bullets, shot guns, drones, assault rifles and LP gas cannons are the Smithsonian, U.S. Mint, Health and Human Services, IRS, FDA, Small Business Administration, Social Security Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Education Department, Energy Department, Bureau of Engraving and Printing and an assortment of public uni versities.Add in the Biden Administration’s plans to grow the nation’s police forces by 100,000 more cops and swell the ranks of the IRS by 87,000 new employees (some of whom will have arrest-and-firearm author ity) and you’ve got a nation in the throesofmartiallaw.Themilitarizationof America’s police forces in recent decades has merely sped up the timeline by which the nation is trans formed into an authoritarian regime.What began with the militari zation of the police in the 1980s during the government’s war on drugs has snowballed into a fullfledged integration of military weaponry, technology and tac tics into police protocol. To our detriment, local police—clad in jackboots, helmets and shields, wielding batons, pepper-spray, stun guns and assault rifles— have increasingly come to resemble occupying forces in our communities.Thisstanding army has been imposed on the American people in clear violation of the spirit—if not the letter of the law—of the Posse Comitatus Act, which restricts the government’s ability to use the U.S. Military as a policeforce.Unfortunately, the increasing militarization of the police, the use of sophisticated weaponry against Americans and the gov ernment’s increasing tendency to employ military personnel domestically have all but eviscer ated historic prohibitions such as thePosseComitatusAct.

The menace of a national police force—a.k.a. a standing army—vested with the power to completely disregard the Constitution, cannot be over stated, nor can its danger be ignored.Historically, the establishment of a national police force accel erates a nation’s transformation into a police state, serving as the fundamental and final building block for every totalitarian regime that has ever wreaked havoc on humanity.Thenagain, for all intents and perhaps, the American police state is already governed by martial law: Battlefield tactics. Militarized police. Riot and cam ouflage gear. Armored vehicles. Mass arrests. Pepper spray. Tear gas. Batons. Strip searches. Drones. Less-than-lethal weap ons unleashed with deadly force. Rubber bullets. Water cannons. Concussion grenades. Intimidation tactics. Brute force. Laws conveniently discarded when it

Years ago, when my children were little, we lived in San Diego, California. My husband was in the Navy and his Duty Stations were there. We lived in San Diegofor20years.Attheendof 20 years of military service, my husband and I had a big decision to make. We discussed our future and decided it was time for him to retire. Our decision was not based on his career but our children’s futures. At the time, we had young daughters and we knew that if we stayed, the likelihood of losing at least one of them to violence was higher than we werewillingtorisk.Wehadathriving San Diego and North San Diego County area business during that time. Many people could not believe that overnight we decided to leave and that within one month, we were gone. Fortunately, our home sold before we even had therealestatesignup.Ithinkbackathow difficult that move was for us. We gave up every ounce of wealth that we had. I know I was. I see that courtesy is, for the most part, passé. That’s a shame. I was raised by a southern mother who taught her children that manners matter. But I have noticed that where the family breaks apart and manners are allowed to slacken, rudeness eventually leads to violence and that violence can and sometimes does,leadtoloss.Itseemsasimplification to say that a loss of manners may lead to an eventual loss of life; however, the loss of manners is a loss of respect and loss of respect absolutely leads to acts of violence. Violence is never the answer; it only leads to heartache, pain and eventual loss.Iam tired of seeing children losing their lives because someone failed to learn respect. The answer is so simple. I plead with each of you to teach your children to respect themselves and others. Start with manners. Manners breed respect. Save your children by arming them with the basics of good behavior;

Catch The Love From Page 1A has been exacerbated over the years because of State Legislation. In years past there was the ability to waive reserves by a vote of the unit owners. This condo was built in 1966. Residents were a mix of full time and part time. They had a resi dent board and owners were pleased with how the board was maintained. The State Department of Business and Professional Regulations had to step in. I can not mention any names at this time due to litigation, but a Representative from DBPR got involved in the recall and I mean involved. The Representative who was also an attorney stepped in and had the condo president sign a Power Of Attorney. Then the attorney had theboardhiretheirspouse.Thereweremultiple bank accounts set up. Assets of the condominium were sold. What was worse was that things were not getting repaired. During one of the past hurricanes the watercooling tower was blown down. There were two hearings. The first time, the attorney was not found at fault by a jury. After that case, the attorney filed a slander suit against the condo. The case was heard and no punitive dam ages were awarded. Currently, the case is being appealed. The attorney for the condo believed that the jury did not understand thecomplexityofcondolaw.Duringallofthistime, the condo ended up in receivership. The court assigned an attorney, CPA and manager of the condo, now they had a real mess to clean up. They even needed to go to court to have what bank accounts they could identify be released. They did not do a forensics audit but from what cluded that for over 10 years lar a month per unit deficit. Without it they could not address the 40 and 50 year inspections. They were so late they were now facing being red tagged due to structural, plumbing and electri cal problems. The catch was that their documents required a 100 percent vote of all residents to pass the assessment. As I said, it’sallinthedocuments.ToBeContinued...

Both where he is from and how far he has taken his signature sound is reflected throughout his 10th studio album MACON, GEORGIA. As the expansive release “kicks off his career’s next era” (Tennessean) with 20 new tunes and 10 unheard live tracks showcasing everything he does. Aldean has bolstered 27 Number One Hits, 15 billion streams and has sold more than 20 million albums. Notably, seven of Aldean’s pre vious studio albums have been certified PLATINUM or more and he has the most Top 10 songs on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs Chart, more than any other art ists, since making his chart debutin2005.
Randy Houser Shawn Randolph Houser signed to Universal South Records in 2008, he charted the single “Anything Goes.” It was a Top 20 hit on the Billboard Country Singles Chart and the title track to his debut album of the same name, which also pro duced his first Top 5 Hit, “Boots On.” In 2012, he moved to Broken Bow Records imprint Stoney Creek. He reached Number One with “How Country Feels,” the title track to his third album and with “Runnin’ Outta Moonlight” in 2013. The follow up Singles from the same album were “Goodnight Kiss,” which reached Number One on the Mediabase Country Chart and number two on the Country Airplay Chart and “Like a Cowboy,” which reached Number 3 on the Country Airplay Chart in March 2015 and received a 2015 Country Music Association Awards Song of the Year Nomination. Prior to his success as an Artist, Houser lived as a Songwriter, Co-Writing Singles including: “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” by Trace Adkins, “Back That Thing Up” by Justin Moore and “My Cowboy” by Country Pop Artist, Jessie James. Elle King Tanner Elle Schneider, more popular by her stage name Elle King, is an American Singer, Songwriter and actress. Born in Los Angeles, she is the daughter of popular celebrities London King and Rob Schneider. She grew up in Ohio and was inspired to pursue a career in singing after she heard ‘The Donnas,’ an all-girl pop-punk band. Her inter est in music also led her to learn several musical instruments such as the guitar and the banjo. Her career began with the release of her debut EP ‘The Elle King EP,’ in which she experimented with various styles of music. The EP was well-received and it effec tively launched her career. She eventually released her debut studio album, ‘Love Stuff,’ which reached the 26th position on the US Billboard 200. Her song ‘Ex’s and Oh’s’ was Nominated for two Grammy Awards as well. As an actress, she has acted in a few films such as ‘Wild Cherry,’ where she played a supporting role. She has also appeared in two Documentary films named ‘Legends of La La’ and ‘The Last Playlist,’ Dustin Lynch “Tullahoma is the town that made me the man I am,” says Dustin Lynch. “So, as a Songwriter now, I can’t help but go back and jump in my boots as a kid or a teenager in high school and write from that frame of mind.” Lynch has already scored Seven #1 Singles, Four Top 5 Albums, Eight GOLD and PLATINUM Certifications and a membership in the Historic Grand Ole Opry. But his current Album, TULLAHOMA, marks a true moment of arrival, a leap from rising star to career artist. TULLAHOMA is Lynch’s most personal and ambitious state ment to date, depicting the lives and feelings of small-town America. “There wasn’t an inten tion to write an album inspired by my hometown,” he explains, “but there was an idea to aim at the character of who that small town boy is and to write an album that that guy would like, that he would want to play in his truck and try to impress his girl with. Every single song had to check all those boxes or we just tossed it out. It was a very small bull’seye,butitwasfun.”Sincehisdebutwith his 2012 self-titled, #1 Album, and PLATINUM breakout “Cowboys and Angels,” Lynch has, in the words of Billboard, “steadily built one of the most consistent recording careers in Modern Country Music.” He has toured with the likes of Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Brad Paisley and Thomas Rhett. With over 2.22 BILLION total career streams, Lynch has earned industry recognition with Billboard Music Awards, iHear tRadio Music Awards and CMT MusicAwardsNominations.

Their lyrical wit and hook heavy songwriting has certainly proved a winning method: since breaking onto the music scene in 2014, the band has notched eight Number 1 Singles on Country Radio, surpassed one billion on-demand streams, earned several Platinum and Gold Single certifications and headlined arenas and amphi theaters around the globe. Old Dominion are currently the reign ing CMA and ACM “Group of the Year.” The band recently took home awards for “Song of The Year” for their hit single “One Man Band,” and “Group of the Year” at the 2020 ACM Awards.
