The Hollywood Florida Scholarship Foundation receives an impressive donation

Shekar Reddy of Perfect Liquor and Wine presented the Hollywood Florida Scholarship Foundation a check of $10,000 from his foundation, Gummakonda Reddy Foundation. ALL of the proceeds are going to scholarships for Hollywood high school Students that have qualified to attend a four year college and cannot pay and are having financial issues. Vice Mayor Biederman and commissioners Traci Callari and Dick Blattner were present along with the President of the Hollywood Florida Scholarship Foundation Pat Chukerman and many members of the Foundation Board and Chamber ambassadors.

Hollywood cuts the Ribbon Can kissing lead to an infectious disease? on newest Dog Park HOLLYWOOD - Residents and their 4legged friends were on hand to celebrate the grand opening of the City’s newest dog park, Hollywoof Dog Park, at Stan Goldman Memorial Park. Owners and their pooches visited with vendors to fetch some free K-9 treats before the Junkanoo band kicked off the official celebration. As soon as Hollywood's elected officials cut the ribbon, the dogs were off for some tail waggin’ fun. Pups of all sizes cooled their paws in wading pools, jumped on and through the exercise equipment, and enjoyed stretching their legs as they ran leashfree.
