New County Program May Help Save Lives after an Accident HOLLYWOOD Broward County has launched a new program that may help save lives in the critical moments after a car accident. The Yellow Dot Motorist Medical Information Program (Yellow Dot Program) is designed to assist Broward County residents and first responders in the event of a medical emergency where the participant's vehicle is involved. "This program will save lives by providing vital information to first responders when accident victims may be unable to communicate for themselves.
