Imperial Wreath from £3.99 at Dobbies

Create a one-of-a-kind wreath to hang on your front door to welcome visitors!

It’s a lovely crafty activity to do as a family round the dining table during the Christmas countdown. From a subtle style statement to glittering glamour – the choice is yours. Why not get the kids involved and get them to make their own wreaths to go on their bedroom doors. YOU WILL NEED: - An artificial wreath - Real foliage - Decorations such as pinecones - Floristry wire HOW TO MAKE: 1. Start with a plain wreath, which will give you a blank canvas to work with we have used the Imperial wreath, available in-store and online. 2. Gather some foliage. We’ve used sprigs of Eucalyptus and Bay. Add the real foliage into the wreath taking care to distribute the sprigs evenly around the wreath. 3. To make your wreath stand out you can customise it by adding decorations of your choice. We’ve chosen a pinecone theme using gold glitter, pinecones and the shatterproof green pinecones. 4. To finish, we added two large pinecones in the centre of the wreath. For a more spectacular effect, add ribbons, stars, or lighting.
