I hope your first week of school went nice &smoothly. As we roll into this new school year, Iwould like to reiterate how important self careand mental health is! School can be becomeone of the biggest stressors, but there are somany ways you can cope with that. The threereminders I tell myself every school year are: allowyourself to have a balance of social life & schoollife, avoid procrastination as muchas possible by staying organized, & reachingout for help when in need whether that’s witha teacher, a parent or a closefriend.There is a human behinda student; your mental health isalways more important than anassignment. Other than that, Iwould like to announceexciting events to look forwardto such as our very firstmeeting, Regional TrainingConference & Fall RallySouth! There are endlessopportunities on the way &I can’t wait to unravelthem with you all! Hey Coyotes!
