COYOTE CHRONICLES | JUNE 2022

Hey Coyotes! I hope you have all been relaxing & enjoying your summer break this far! As this summer leaves more room for free time, I would definitely recommend to engage in service over the summer. It will be less of a stressor when hours are due this coming school year. Therefore, be on the lookout for community service opportunities. We encourage you all to be involved in-person when giving back to our community; for the real experience! All in all, remember that this year we will be transitioning back to our 50 hour requirement, so be ready & get a head start while you can! Other than that, enjoy the rest of your summer key-otes :D

Hi Key-otes! I hope everyone has been having a wonderful summer break so far! It is highly recommended that you take advantage of this break and get your service hours in early, especially when we are returning to the 50 hour requirement, rather than 40, this term. This will save you the stress during the upcoming school year from balancing schoolwork and key club. We are planning on having summer service opportunities, so be on the lookout for them! Anyways, I hope you all enjoy the rest of your break. Stay safe coyotes!

…………………………………………. “These are pictures of my vacation in Lake Tahoe this summer! During my vacation, we stayed at an Airbnb with a nice view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. We did many fun activities such as kayaking, ziplining, shopping, and sightseeing. Overall, it was a fun trip and a very relaxing place that I suggest everyone should visit one time!”

“This photo is me on my New Orleans vacation. We were at an art museum in the French Quarter and it was really interesting seeing decades of history in this place.”

…………………………………………. “This was from the June DCM with our three other divisions. Overall it was a really fun experience! We played a lot of water games like water gun trivia, then ended in a water balloon fight. We also got to know our new division board, and it made me really proud to see so many of our school's students gain new positions. We were also really proud to see our VP of Fundraising get officer of the month!”

……………………… “My twin cousins, Aidan and Sydney, graduated this year. I still have three years of high school left, but I can’t believe that my cousins have already graduated. I am so proud of them and I wish them the best of luck in the future.”
