Message From Your...

President

“Hello my Key-otes!” “I hope that you are all having a great Summer! Please don’t forget that on Google Classroom we have an updated Service Center, where you can get a head start on the 50 service hours required this year! I can’t wait to hear all about how your Summer went when we get back, and always stay safe and continue to grow into the amazing leaders you are! See you all soon <3” Biting With Service and Howling With Spirit,

Daniella Sayson

Message From Your...

Editor

“Hi, Key-otes!” “I hope everyone has been enjoying themselves as we enter the second month of summer break! I am currently with my family in Orlando, where I have visited Disney World, Sea World, and the beach. As you are submitting your summer service hours, please consider writing a couple of sentences on the form describing your experience while volunteering. You will earn an extra 0.5 hours toward your hour count, and have the chance of being featured in the monthly newsletters. I am excited to see the service some of you have been doing this summer, and to see you all at our meetings next month!”

Your Bulletin Editor,

Malorie Schwartz

For the upcoming term my main priority is to make sure our club has inclusiveness and that all members feel included and welcomed. I say this because if everyone feels welcomed and accepted, our club becomes not only just some other club but a family and community.

Daniella Sayson

The main goal I have in mind is to make service opportunities fun and easily accessible so that everyone is safe and enjoying their time giving back to the community simultaneously. I understand that gaining service hours during the school year can be stressful for some people and it can be hard for them to find opportunities on their own.

Daman Sandhu

As the Secretary of my club, my plans for the 2021-2022 Key Club term is to most importantly stay organized, keep track of my Secretary duties, & work collectively with my board to ensure that our club runs smoothly.

Rochelle Barrameda

COVID has definitely put an anchor in the ideas that key club originally had in mind. Therefore, I hope to pursue multiple things such as taking more photos and creating more videos that assist in member recruitment or promoting community service or fundraisers.

Alyana Arciaga

I have a lot of ideas for my key club class of ‘23 that mainly focuses around the hope of getting our general members more comfortable communicating with board members and giving input on certain key club ideas.

Alyssa Miguel

One of my main plans this year is recruitment and to improve overall membership at Key Club. My class of students has the lowest amount of members in Key Club than any other class due to the lack of exposure to clubs for new students during the online year.

Jonathan Lin
