Swift Creek Mill Theatre Group Guidelines
TICKETS AND GROUP RATES: We offer Dinner Plus Theatre and Theatre Only tickets. Tickets are Will Call and are held until your arrival on the day of the performance. The party size must be 15 or more paying customers to qualify for group rates. If the party size falls below 15, standard rates apply. (Please see final count and payment.) CONTRACT and DEPOSIT: You will receive a contract for your trip within one week after making your reservation. The contract should be signed and returned with the stated deposit. Contracts returned without 25% deposit will not be processed. If a reservation is made less than a month prior to the performance, full payment must be made at the time of reservation. FINAL COUNT and PAYMENT: Full payment is due 14 days prior to your scheduled performance date. You may not decrease the number in your party after fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled performance date. Payment may be made by cash, check, charge or money order. CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased. Cancellations due to weather are transferable to another show date based on available seating. GRATUITY: The gratuity is included for service provided by the servers. Theatre plus Dinner prices do not include sodas or cocktails. If there is additional service for drink orders or if you feel you have received excellent service, we ask that you tip accordingly. SEATING: Your group is assigned the best available theatre seating when your deposit is received. Upon your arrival a host will show you to your reserved dining tables, and theatre tickets will be presented to you. Unlike traditional dinner theatre, our unique venue offers meals in a fine dining atmosphere followed by reserved seating in our theatre. SPECIAL NEEDS: Our theatre is located on the second floor of an historic building. Please let our staff know of your needs in advance, as assistance is often available.
