This information is available online, in the Mainstage playbill and by request. The Admissions Policies are subject to change without notice. Tickets may be purchased at the door if available. Mainstage Refund Policy: Individuals – Refunds for Mainstage tickets are available up to 48 hours prior to the performance. Rain checks are offered for individuals up to 24 hours prior and are redeemable for 2 years. Groups – Group refunds are not available. Youth Series Refund Policy: Refunds are available for up to four (4) people 48 hours prior to the performance. Seating: Mainstage productions are reserved seating. Advance reservations are recommended for Theatre Only and required for Buffet and Theatre. The buffet is offered in the main-‐‑level Mill Room and may be offered in the lower-‐‑level Granite Room, followed by the performance in the second-‐‑floor theatre. SWIFT CREEK MILL THEATRE ADMISSIONS POLICIES and wheelchair seating are available for main level dining and second-‐‑floor theatre performances. Granite Room dining requires the use of stairs. Dining room assignments are made prior to the show date; please let our staff know your needs – physical, dietary, or other – in advance so that we may assist you. Dining: Reservations are required for dining. Swift Creek Mill features dining in a refined, historic atmosphere. Our famous Virginia-‐‑style Buffet is offered prior to Mainstage performances. Doors open for dining two hours before curtain. Meal price includes coffee, tea or water, appetizer, main course buffet, and dessert. Sodas and bar drinks are not included. Tax is applied to meal and a la carte items in accordance with state and local law. Our waitstaff works hard to provide exceptional service. Gratuity is appreciated. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates may be purchased in any amount and are redeemable for two years. Promotional gift certificates or passes expire according to the expiration date listed. Promotional gift certificates or passes may not be combined with other discounts, passes, promotions, or coupons, and they have no cash value. Discounts: Senior, Military & Student discounts -‐‑ 10% off the normal ticket price for any Mainstage performance. Rush -‐‑ $20 theatre only tickets, based on availability 30 minutes prior to any show. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, passes, promotions, or coupons, and they have no cash value. Groups -‐‑ Mainstage: Groups of 15 or more people qualify for special rates for Mainstage performances. SWIFT CREEK MILL THEATRE ADMISSIONS POLICIES Restrictions: The operation of cameras, video cassette recorders and other recording devices is strictly prohibited during all performances at Swift Creek Mill Theatre. Theatrical Design: The Mill has a reputation for offering high quality theatre. Some Mainstage productions may include the use of strong language, special or strobe lighting, non-‐‑harmful fog machines, and/or other devices and techniques. Notice is given prior to these performances. Please feel free to inquire about the content and nature of a production prior to the show. Smoking Policy: Swift Creek Mill Theatre maintains smoke-‐‑free buildings. The dining rooms are subject to the same Virginia smoking laws for restaurants. Occasionally, smoking by actors may be appropriate for the accurate portrayal of individual characters or the truthful telling of the story and is not intended to be construed as approval or glorification of the behavior of smoking. Inclement Weather: In the event a show is canceled due to inclement weather, a rain check, refund or alternate performance date will be offered at the discretion of Management. Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Security Policy: Your payment and personal information are safe.
