You Owe it to Yourself to Write Seven Articles Per Day There are a number of reasons why you need to train your brain to continuously pump out content. My favorite advantage is that if I have a pool of content, I can easily flood any relevant site with my content within a matter of weeks and look like the most qualified authority figure on that subject. That sounds scary, but think about it. If you had a reserve of 100 articles and 100 videos in a niche you were an expert in, and a new video site popped up, you could visit that site every day for the next three months and post a new video before you ran out of content. I recently re-visited a discussion board where I have been a member for at least eight years, and found out they added a feature where you can post your own blog on that site. Seeing as it was a high pagerank and high trafficked site, I setup camp and began posting a new article every day... and it only added about two minutes to my daily routine. Besides establishing yourself as an authority, writing seven articles per day every day clears your head. I do not believe in downtime, except when I am approaching a burnout state. I like to work on my internet business before and after working at my day job, even on weekends. Working so often makes me almost completely immersed in the marketplace. Sometimes when I go to bed, I am thinking about internet marketing, copywriting, PHP programming, and some of my other niches. In order to silence the inner voice in my head, I need to brain dump everything that's on my mind, in the form of articles. Writing articles at such an alarming rate will help you overcome competition. Every time you write an article, you can repurpose it as a blog post if you want. You can choose to keep it private and sell it as part of a special report. You can record it into video and make it a DVD. You can add a call to action at the end and use it as a blog post or mailing list promotion leading into an affiliate product. Your competitors who write one article per week at the most, just do not have the same options.

Fastest Possible Way To Write An Article I know that for you, the idea of writing an article sounds like a lot of fun. Wouldn't it be cool if someone could search your name and find tons of things you have written about? Wouldn't it be great if all these articles gave you traffic back to your website? The idea of having articles is great but actually writing them can be difficult. Make it a lot easier on yourself by writing the way you talk, writing as simply as possible and writing as fast as possible. You definitely want to write the same way you talk. I know that back when you were in school you might have gotten extra points for writing in fancy language. But on the Internet, you get points for helping people solve their problems as quickly as possible. When you write the way you talk, the way you type it out is the way your final draft will be. That means you don't have to go back and change sentences around and try to be fancy. You write it once and it's done. You should not just write the way you talk but also write in as simple language as possible. Write in short sentences. Write at a fourth grade reading level and basically get to the point as fast as you can and say as much as you can in as few words as possible. Remember, your article is being read by people looking for easy answers to their problems. If you can train yourself to finish your thoughts quickly, you'll find you will speak in short and easy to understand sentences. That brings me to my final piece of advice to write as fast as you possibly can. Your article should only contain one idea or two. Get the idea down and move on. I used to have five or ten drafts open of unfinished articles at the same time and some of those would sit around for weeks or months. But as soon as I trained myself to start an article and finish it, I found that the article made a lot more sense. I was able to finish everything I started and therefore produce a lot more articles that I had done previously. That's how you're going to get the most out of writing articles and writing them quickly. Write the way you talk, write as simple as possible and finish the article as fast as possible.

Write An Article A Day For The Next 30 Days A common question I get is, "How can I write just one article per day?" Although it doesn't seem very impressive at first, if you can write an article a day for a month, that's 30 articles. That means at least 30 links back to your site and 30 brand new search engine results when somebody looks for your name. If you can write 100 articles in 100 days, that's 100 articles that you wouldn't have had before and guess what, you only set aside a few minutes a day to make those articles. To write an article a day, I want you to cheat, I want you to plan, and I want you to get excited. What do I mean when I say "cheat" when you write articles? I don't mean plagiarize or use article spinners or write low quality articles. I mean write your articles ahead of time. Pre-schedule your articles. That means if you know you're going to write an article a day for the next 30 days, why not start off by writing five articles on the first day? That means for the next five days you don't have to write anything new. That way, you can write when you're in the mood to write and on those off days, you simply let your blog schedule out the post or you let the article site publish an article on that particular day. But guess what, you didn't have to write anything that day. The next thing you should do is group your topics together. I prefer to use mind mapping software which allows me to list my articles, drag and rearrange them and even group them into groups of 10. That way, if an article comes on Monday then Tuesday's article will be very related because I made sure to group my articles on a particular subtopic together. Finally, make sure that you're writing about topics that excite you. I'll give you an example. Let's say you were going to write an article about how to take a Word document and turn it into a PDF report. That doesn't sound like a very exciting subject. You can easily make it exciting by turning it into "Seven Ways To Create A Report," or how about "How To Make A Report In 45 Seconds Or Less." Make it exciting. Get people multiple ways or different steps or a time constraint to make the article more exciting not just for the people reading it but for you when you are writing it.

Is It Worth It To Submit An Article Every Single Day? You've heard that one of the best ways to build up your authority and get exposure on other people's sites is to write and submit articles. When you submit articles to article directories they can be picked up by other article directories, people with newsletters and even add it as guest blog post. But you might be thinking, "Do I really have to write an article everyday and is it worth it to submit an article everyday?" My answer is, "Yes," because article sites are lead generation, you're using leftover contents and this is information you're probably posting to your own site first. You simply cannot expect to write something on your own site and have tons of people flock to your website and read what you have to say. People need to be able to find you somehow. Although it's fine to have the search engines pick you up, I prefer to make my own luck and post my articles on other people's sites. This is called lead generation. Think about this, many of the article directories are ranked much higher on sites like Google than your website is. That means if someone is searching for the keywords in your niche and they're trying to find some information or solution to some problem, they would land on that article site first and then hopefully read your article and click over onto your site. Which would you prefer? If someone went into one of those high traffic sites and read someone else's article or read yours. I would rather they read my article. Also keep in mind that your best content really should be placed on your blog or inside a membership site of yours. I tend to write articles as information that doesn't necessarily fit anywhere else or just gives the basic information that a newcomer would need to know before going to my site. Use your leftover content that either isn't as good or doesn't fit anywhere on other people's sites. Finally, keep in mind that you should always be posting to your own site first. That means that if you only have time to write one article today and you're deciding whether or not to post it on an article site or on your blog, post it on your blog first, make your own site a priority because these other lead generation stuff is just extra.
