Symach directly builds new body shops all around the world, using a new repair process called FixLine which reduces the cost of repair of 2-3 hours and the repair cycle for a key to key time of two days average. The FixLine process works rough with three processes to repair cars by segmenting the size of damage, we use the first process for the repairs of one panel, a second one for the repairs of 2-3 panels and the third one for the repairs with more than 4 panels including non-drivable car. The result is not the result of a single element but is the combination of; a different repair processes, a unique and innovative layout , a different and new technology that permit to work continuously on same cars from beginning to the end and finally an innovative and automated equipment.
