Welcome to Josephine’s bar. This barmenu offers a wide range of cocktails, but never hesitate to ask for your personal favourite. You never know, it might be available! One of my passions is creating classic cocktails, like the Dry Martini. At Josephine’s we like to get creative and give these classics a twist... As a result we are proud to serve our very own “Josephine’s Perfumed Martinis”, made of Vermouth and Grey goose, infused with gentle ingredients and lots of love... As a finish these Martinis are sprayed with our homemade signature perfumes. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information or advise in search of your perfect drink for this particular moment. The Bombay Sapphire History Bombay Sapphire Gin is based on an original recipe created in Cheshire, in the NorthWest of England in 1761. That recipe listed 8 botanicals. Bombay Sapphire was created in 1987. It is inspired on the Star of Bombay, a star shaped sapphire from 182,5 carat that was found in Sri Lanka. The portrait of Queen Victoria on the blue bottle symbolises the British heritage of gin and its popularity during the reign of the British Raj.
