TPZ Executive Board Winter Retreat

Tau Psi Zeta Chapter held their Executive Board Winter Retreat virtually. The Basileus Executive Assistant and Basilei Council brought us a very informative and fun retreat. This year’s retreat speakers were Soror Renee S. Byrd, who spoke and answered questions about the Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL) program, Soror Leah Bailey Langston who addressed the importance of “Officer’s Professionalism” and our guest speaker, Dr. Danielle R. Green, who spoke about “Sisterly Correction.” Our President, Darcell Norwood-Baugh gifted the Executive Board members with a gift which we were instructed not to open until the day of the retreat. Upon opening our gifts together on camera, we were surprised with a copy of Stacey Abrams New York Times Bestseller book, “Lead From The Outside.” We received a day of valuable knowledge, idea-sharing and best practices and tools from the speakers that can help us to continue to move forward and be the best Zeta that you can be!
