DIRECTIONS

1. Select the SAUTE feature on your Instant Pot and cook bacon until lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes.

2. Add butter and stir until melted.

3. Place the chopped cabbage and pearl onions into the pot and pour in water. Add salt and black pepper to taste and toss the cabbage until coated.

4. Secure the lid to your Instant Pot and turn the heat to HIGH PRESSURE. When the cooker reaches full pressure, cook for 3 minutes.

5. Use the quick-release method to reduce the pressure. Transfer cabbage to a serving dish and serve hot.
