Savoy Cabbage with Rosemary and Nuts

DIRECTIONS

1. Select the SAUTE feature on your Instant Pot and cook garlic until lightly browned.

2. Add butter and olive oil, stir until melted.

3. Place the rosemary and chopped cabbage and pearl into the pot. Add the nuts, salt and black pepper to taste and toss the cabbage until coated.

4. Secure the lid to your Instant Pot and turn the heat to HIGH PRESSURE. When the cooker reaches full pressure, cook for 3 minutes.

5. Use the quick-release method to reduce the pressure. Transfer cabbage to a serving dish and serve hot.

• 1 rosemary sprig leaves finely sliced

• 1 lb Savoy cabbage, finely cut (or shredded)
