DIRECTIONS
1. Begin by preparing your asparagus, by cutting into one-inch pieces 2. Set your instant pot to saute mode and when hot add the butter.
3. When the butter foams add in the onions and cook for 5-7 minutes or until softened.
4. Now add the asparagus and vegetable stock and bring to a boil before cooking on manual mode high pressure for 5 minutes.
5. When your pot beeps allow to natural pressure release for 10 minutes and then blend with a stick blender until you get a smooth soup. 6. Garnish and serve as desired.
