CONGRATULATIONS
TO OUR INTERNS FOR COMPLETING EXTENSIVE TRAINING THIS SUMMER! The Turks and Caicos Collection Internship Program is a work integrated learning program where students undertake placements within organizations various departments such as accounts, the front desk, or food and beverage. This internship provided students from Clement Howell High School the opportunity to directly apply theoretical learning in a practical, and real-world, environment. We are honored to have had such exceptional talent as a part of our team this summer! Pictured from left to right: Antonia Saint Preux, Rashema Campbell, and Darinique Coakley.
“First and foremost, I would like to extend a sincere thanks to the management and staff at the Alexandra Resort for a wonderful and educated experience this summer. I found every department to be informative, hardworking and friendly. My favorite department was the front desk. If the restaurant workers are the superheroes then the agents at the desk are the kings and queens of the resort, keeping everything running smoothly in their kingdom. I certainly hope to be able to come back and work as a fulltime employee at the Alexandra Resort. Thank you for everything.” - Antonia Saint Preux
“For the past couple of weeks being an intern at Blue Have Resort I learned on the job experience that has taught me all that I need to know. I am prepared for other jobs in the future in the hotel industry. I worked in different departments around the resort such as accounting, front desk, and food and beverage. Throughout this whole experience I could say the food and beverage department was the one I fell in love with. I hope to come back and be a member of the Blue Haven Resort!” - Darinique Coakley
