he Special Investigation and Prosecution Team (SIPT) corruption trial, now into its fourth year, has been described as a disaster, an ordeal, a punishment and a monumental waster of TCI taxpayers’ money. That assessment came from British Queen’s Counsel Mr. Jerome Lynch, who spearheaded an application by defence lawyers that the trial should be stopped by the trial judge Honorable Mr. Justice Paul Harrison (who is also jury) because it has become unmanageable. Lynch said the only mechanism for doing so is to determine that to proceed would be an abuse of process of the court denying the defendants their right to a fair trial and abrogating their constitutional rights of a fair trial within a reasonable time. He emphasised that the application was not based on the passage of time alone, but it is a factor. He cited a 1992 case in from L-R: HR Support, Anissa Bootle, Flow Country Manager, Delleriece Hall pictured with 2018/19 Winners, Tamika Handfield, Martha Rigby, Dr. Hubert which Lord Justice Mann said that Fulford, Glenda Lightbourne and Valerie Cox a year-long Old Bailey trial - the second-longest criminal case in ull service communications and Flow customers paying their bills on washer), Dr. Hugh Fulford (winner of English legal history - was an ordeal entertainment provider, Flow TCI, time and in full in the months of the stainless steel refrigerator), Glenda has announced the lucky winners November and December entered Lightbourne (winner of the stainless for the jury and a daily ‘punishment’ in its highly anticipated Zero Your for a chance to win 1 of 5 household steel dryer), and Valerie Cox (winner for the accused. of the ROKU Smart TV).
