Welcome to HouseHunter, our local property & lifestyle magazine... Welcome to the March edition of our HouseHunter magazine. So far this year we have seen an unprecedented demand for properties to buy, heightened by the lower volume of properties coming to the market - nearly 12% less properties have come to the market since January compared to the same period last year. This is particularly evident in the city itself, where over 93% of the properties we’ve sold since the 1st of January have been sale agreed at or above their asking price.
