Welcome to HouseHunter, our local property & lifestyle magazine... Welcome to the latest edition of our HouseHunter magazine. You will find a selection of some of the properties available, both for sale and to let, across our network of local offices. We are pleased to announce that after years of searching, we have finally found an office that we can call home. Arguably the greenest office in Cambridge and smart too, the new building boasts PV panels on the roof, electric vehicle power points and a natural ventilation system – so no nasty A/C. It is smart too, with auto dimmable lights with daylight detection and motion sensors. We haven’t travelled far, just across the road to No.51 Hills Road. We are still unpacking so photos will follow, however, feel free to pop in and see us, have a coffee and we can give you a tour. There is no rest for the wicked though, as we will be opening a brand new office in Saffron Walden next month. Headed up by Remi Gannon, who has operated in the property market for the last 10 years, the team will cover both residential sales and lettings. The latest statistics on migration show 12,770 people moved to Cambridge in the last year, enough to fill the Cambridge City Stadium 1.5 times over. The city has a broader appeal than other areas in Cambridgeshire, with a greater proportion coming from outside Cambridgeshire and the Eastern region. 20.8% of those moving to Cambridge came from London.
