Welcome to the September edition of our HouseHunter magazine. You will find a selection of some of the properties available, both for sale and to let, across our network of local offices.

We are pleased to be supporting the Histon Beer Festival, taking place on the 1st to the 6th of September.

Saturday is set to be the highlight of the festival, with the area being transformed into a German Bierkeller, with a selection of traditional German food and entertainment - definitely worth a visit!

There has been a 30% increase in the number of properties sold in Ely so far this year compared with the same period a year ago.

Cambridge saw an increase of 12% for the same period.

Ely has seen a 30% increase in the number of properties sold compared to Cambridge which saw an increase of 12%. January to May 2014 compared with January to May 2013.

The East of England saw a 0.7% increase in asking prices in July this year, one of only three of the ten regions of England and Wales to see an increase.
