JD CYMRU PREMIER CHAMPIONS 2019/20 | NATHANIEL MG CUP CHAMPIONS 2019/20 The match day operations plan for the Deeside Stadium has been revised to take into consideration the impact of Covid-19 and the additional control measures that need to be in place to manage the health, safety and well-being of all staff, players, coaches, broadcasters, media and contractors. Roles & Responsibilities The following roles have been appointed to ensure the safety of Connah’s Quay Nomads FC’s home matches during the COVID-19 RTP phase. The Club’s COVID-19 Medical Officer has been appointed to: • Lead on ensuring any suspected or confirmed Covid-19 cases are managed in line with the sports Covid-19 case management protocols and current government guidance. • Have medical oversight of the return to training of any athletes with suspected or confirmed cases of Covid-19. • Support the Covid-19 Officer with any medical aspects of the risk assessments and mitigation process. A ‘Stadium Zoning Plan’ of the Deeside Stadium defining all areas/zones, routes, access and egress points has been produced. This clearly sets out the Red, Amber and Green Zones as follows.

Stadium Zoning Plan Red Zone: The critical area of the stadium for monitoring and enforcing compliance with hygiene, cleanliness and social distancing obligations. Match day personnel are strictly limited. The following areas are located within the red zone: • Entrance 2 – Away Team and match officials’ entrance via rear glass doors • Home team entrance via yellow gate (entry 3 on SZM) • Car park post temperature check • Celstryn bar • Dressing rooms (Home, Away & Officials) • Medical Room • Matchday Operations Office • Tunnel area • Left hand side of the Main stand (when viewed from the pitch) • Pitch and all areas inside the running track Amber Zone: Covers all areas of the stadium interior with the exception of the Red zone. Requires rigorous management of entry and exit points, movement and clear signage throughout. • Entrance 1 on SZM • Right hand side of the Main Stand (when viewed from the pitch) • Running track (except in front of red zone where players enter pitch) • Toilets and the area in front • Turnstiles • Pitch side interview areas Green Zone: The area outside the stadium where access control points are located and vehicle parking. • • •

Screening & Accreditation All relevant parties will be asked to provide a list of accredited staff, who require access to the stadium, 48 hours prior to the game. This will include the home team, away team, Football Association of Wales and Rondo media. This list can be updated at any time prior to kick off. Any individuals turning up at the stadium without prior warning being given to the home club, from the relevant party, will be refused entry. All stadium entrants will be temperature tested on arrival (by an Infrared temperature recording device) which will be conducted at the designated temperature check point. The required temperature for admittance to the stadium is 37.7°c or below. If the temperature is 37.8°c they will not be permitted access and will be asked to return home and seek medical advice. All temperatures will be checked and the name and contact details for everyone will be recorded and kept securely on file for 21 days in line with the UK Government’s current track and trace guidelines. The process for entrance will be as follows: • The entrance point will be manned by a member of Club staff. They are responsible for checking the temperature and to ensure satisfactory completion of a COVID-19 questionnaire of all visitors and staff. • Each person entering the Amber Zone must also complete a COVID-19 health questionnaire. • Should a person display an elevated temperature reading then that person will be refused entry and sent home. Social distancing should be maintained at each testing point. A robust accreditation process is in place that ensures only staff relevant to the match day operation gain access to the stadium and the different zones/areas within. The member of Club Staff who is manning the temperature check point will guide all individuals to the relevant area of the stadium.

JD CYMRU PREMIER CHAMPIONS 2019/20 | NATHANIEL MG CUP CHAMPIONS 2019/20 Red Zone In line with the JD Cymru Premier and FAW’s RTP protocol, to be admitted to the red zone on matchday, all players, coaches and club staff members must be registered on Benchmark 54 and have successfully completed the COVID-19 questionnaire and conducted a temperature test for 14 days up to, and including, the matchday. Amber Zone Any club official, from either club, who is not completing a medical questionnaire on Benchmark 54 will be temperature tested and directed into the amber zone. All broadcasting and media personnel will be granted access to the amber zone only. 4. Stewarding Please note our matchday specific stewarding plan that is available from the club upon request. Please contact the COVID-19 Stadium Operations Officer for this information. 5. Stadium Cleaning All full and complete deep cleaning of the Deeside Stadium on matchday will be completed 3 hours prior to kick-off. 6. Matchday Arrivals Home Team and Away Team coaching staff and club officials who will have access to the red zone are to arrive no earlier than 120 minutes prior to kick off. Home Team players are to arrive no earlier than 75 minutes prior to kick off. All players and coaching staff must report to the temperature testing station located at the entrance to the red zone when arriving from the Kelsterton Road entrance to the Coleg Cambria site. They will then park within the red-zone car park as illustrated on the map. Away Team players are to arrive no earlier than 90 minutes prior to kick off. All players and coaching staff must report to the temperature testing station located at the entrance to the red zone when arriving from the Kelsterton Road entrance

Match Officials and FAW Representatives: Match Manager to arrive no earlier than 120 minutes before kick-off. Match Officials to arrive no earlier than 90 minutes prior to kick off. 7. Dressing Rooms The home team will occupy the Celstryn Bar located in the red zone car park. The home players will access the pitch area via ‘Entry 3’ as marked on the Stadium Zoning Map. The Away Team will occupy the usual Home and Away dressing rooms situated within the main stand of the Deeside Stadium. Due to social distancing measures, a maximum of 11 people are permitted per dressing room at any one time. Away club are free to determine which of their personnel are in each dressing room. If the away club has more than 22 players and coaches within their matchday group, the additional staff will need to be outside on the pitch, or within the red zone, to ensure adherence to the COVID-19 RTP guidelines. Match Officials: The Referee, 2x Assistant Referees and the 4th Official will use both the Referees dressing rooms which are located within the Main Stand at the Deeside Stadium. There will be a maximum of 2 officials in each room at each time. This is to ensure adherence to the COVID-19 RTP guidelines. 8. Hospitality There will be no pre-match or half time hospitality. The Nomads will provide pizzas to the away club as per our normal procedure. These will be delivered shortly after the final whistle and left in the main corridor between the home and away dressing rooms for the players and coaching staff of the away team. 9) Broadcasting Rondo Media will be allowed access to the ground as required. Once the stadium cleaning has been completed, and the red zone goes live 3 hours prior to kick-off,

It is expected that all Rondo Media staff will be aware of this and the broadcasters will have carried out their own risk assessments in line with the COVID-19 RTP protocol. Access to and from the ground for broadcasters will be via Entrance 1 as marked on the SZM. Post-match interviews with Managers and Players will be conducted between the red and amber zones in front of the Main Stand. Social distancing must be respected and all Rondo Media and Sgorio staff must remain in the amber zone at all times. 10. Media Access Any media requests must be received by the club in advance of the game. Any media that turn up, unannounced on the day will be refused entry. All members of the media must remain in the amber zone at all times and must take up a seat in the main stand during the match. Post-match interviews will be held pitch side with the barrier between the interviewer and player/manager serving as the separator between the amber and red zones. 11. Photographers Any photographer requests must be received by the club in advance of the game. Any photographers that turn up, unannounced on the day will be refused entry. All photographers must remain within the amber zone at all times with the exception of club benchmarked photographers who will be allowed admission to the red zone. 12. Ball Retrievers There will be 6 ball retrievers in place for the match and they will be equipped with sanitizing wipes to prepare the football once it leaves the pitch. The footballs will be wiped clean and left on a cone for the nearest player to collect as required. In line with the FAW’s RTP protocol, all ball retrievers will be over the age of 18.
