Memory with a wonderful couple “Having a baby or becoming a mother is the wonderful emotion which is really hard to express in word.” Says Sheela Seharawat. When a baby is born everyone is happy and this happiness is only given by the mother who took the baby for 9 months in her womb so she knows the best how wonderful it is to feel the baby in her hand. “Being a woman is a great thing but becoming a mother is like a reaching a height which you always crave to reach.” Says Sheela Seharawat. You know right from the beginning that mother - child relationship is the strongest one and now you are experiencing it. This relation really makes a great change in a woman, emotionally as well as physically. This relationship is like your own creation and you are the creator and every moment you are helping one creation in growing within you, so I am not going to talk about this much. In our personal and professional life we often meet such persons who really leave an ever lasting impression and memories in the mind. Long back, I met a lady whom I knew before her marriage and she had succeeded in maintaining her zero figure right from the beginning. It was really nice to recall her happy face, her marriage and the day when she conceived. As her months started so her diet increased as well. After all she was to eat for her baby too and she was conscious about her figure so not feeling to eat much. But who doesn’t want a happy healthy baby so eating was a must. Mostly every husband loves his wife but her husband was really sweet. He was to go to office each day and had to deal with everyday challenges but he managed to get time for her and do the shopping. It was decided between them that they both will gain weight. He will eat as much as she will eat.
“Being a woman is a great thing but becoming a mother is like a reaching a height which you always crave to reach.”
By Dietitian Sheela Seharawat Each night her husband was coming home like a Santa Claus and giving her fruits, chocolates and other things. Rich diet including milk was something she had to take now regularly. Both of them were in touch with me and I loved to listen to her tantrums and how beautifully her husband made her eat, drink and feel happy. In her nine months she gained nearly 17 kg and her husband around 9 to 10 kg. She gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby and in those hours she
was the happiest woman. As the baby was in her hand she was satisfied. There was no complaining about her gained weight. When I went to see the blissed family, she said that she could remain plump for him for the life time but now she needed to become slim again. Everyone laughed but soon the luscious cry of the baby took our whole attention. Around six month passed when they came to me saying that she wanted to get back into her shape. Now it was time for both of them to again begin to pay attention to their diet so they lose weight together. Mostly men want wife to be in shape but he was happy the way she looked. But she wanted to be in shape again. She wanted her pre-pregnancy shape back soon. Indeed it is not so easy to get back in shape after pregnancy. Husband was not in a hurry. It was fine for him. He was planning to have one more baby soon and this time a beautiful daughter. He wanted to complete his family with one son and one daughter. He said “daughter is essen-
tial for completing a family.” She was in desperate hurry to get back in shape and start a new routine. She wanted to run long in the morning just to burn fat faster. She was in a mood to stop her milk, fruits and again eat like a bird so she gets slim. Suddenly dropping your food intake is not advisable. Skipping your breakfast or dinner is not fine. You have to lose weight while eating 5-6 times in a day. Losing weight is good. It is good to measure your weight as per your height and gender but give time to yourself after your pregnancy. Your baby still is in need of you. Still you need to carry the routine set by your baby. Still your baby is the top most priority for you. And good thing is that Santa Claus still has to come home with a bag of gifts for the baby and the mother. I agree, this is how love grows, relationship builds and harmony and peace live within a family. Becoming a mother is a challenge. It is like owning a responsibility from the front. You need the cooperation from other family members too. Their happy faces also help you to feel blissed.
When you are eating with contentment, happiness and peace then it is definitely a miracle. It is the nectar that will add more happiness, health and prosperity in your life. Diet is one thing but happiness is that sugar coating which does not just add great bonding into the relationship but it also makes life worth living. Her husband was taking her here to us at diet clinic every now and then and sometime they were taking their baby too. The energy of love is the magic; it can bake and shuffle you with the fine radiant. They were happy. Both of them were trying to lose weight and follow a new weight loss diet plan. It is really fine to remember her and her happy family. Thanks God that He made it possible that some stories end with happy notes. She gained her zero figure, just like she always wanted to be, like a young girl ready to fly with the wind. Time has really flown long but her memory is still fresh in my mind. We are still in touch and she is now mother of two babies and happy with her life.

Protecting Witnesses: Securing
India, with its huge population of 1.21 billion people doesn’t provide for any law which aims at protecting witnesses. While it is widely accepted that witnesses are Eyes and Ears of the whole judicial system, there is no dedicated law under which they could be protected. The importance of protecting witnesses is growing day by day, be it the Jessica lal case or Vyapam Scam or for that matter the curious case of Asarambapu, many witnesses turned back on their statement or they escaped from their moral duty to assist the court or were killed. This explains the whole case of delay in justice too. But why do we need witness protection laws at all? In the case law of R V Sussex Justices, Ex parte McCarthy, it was held that “Not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done”. It is to be Sparsh Upadhyay noted that when Yakubmemon’s last Email ID -13bal055@nirmauni.ac.in minute plea (filed by a group of lawyers) was filed, the court did sit at 4 in the morning and delivered the Judgement within 2 hours by listening to the arguments of both the parties. The court was in fact ensuring that ‘Justice must be seen to be done’. While we witness such an unprecedented move of the Judiciary (an organ of the state), why can’t the legislature (another organ of the state) be more concerned with the protection of the witnesses? And by not implementing a witness protection law, we are not doing justice to the witnesses. The Supreme Court in the case law of Swaran Singh Vs. State of Punjab ex-
Justice
pressed its concern for protection witnesses by stating that the cases, more importantly Criminal ones are based upon evidences and for these evidences to be instrumental, we need witnesses. But these witnesses are harassed a lot, they are abducted, killed, tortured and even if the case ends in doing justice to the victim, the witnesses may not get Justice. The trauma starts from witnessing the incident itself; thereafter this trauma expands in every possible way. Recently, Hon’ble Supreme Court in “Best Bakery Case”, (Zahira Habibulla H. Sheikh and Another Vs. State of Gujarat and Others) criticized the role of state machinery for mishandling the case, from administration body to investigating agency, they lacked in fulfilling their duties in their respective fields. Clearly the apex court was indicating that dues to the failure of state machinery; people may have lost faith in justice delivery system. Apart from that the apex court also directed the trial courts to be concerned about the state of witness hostility and the need pf their protection.
Forced to sell themselves...
New Delhi (SAI): The girls sold in Uttar Pradesh and allied states, are brought to Delhi and are then sent in the business of prostitution. The cases are day by day increasing. Recently girls from Assam and Meghalaya have also been found in Delhi. The child rights department of Manipur has also agreed that these things are happening. The girl of 14 years of age was sold in 1 lakh rupees The girl who hails from Assam who was kidnapped has been rescued. She was kidnapped from her village and taken to Delhi. and then to Haryana. There she was sold to a man of 50 years of age. One NGO, Shaktivahini Sanstha with the help of Police rescued this girl. The case is of 23rd August. Delhi Police told the girl was sold in Hisar for 1 lakh rupees. Kishori didnot even know Hindi language. One person from the sanstha talked to her in Assamese language and got to know that she doesn't want to stay there. She told that she was kidnapped and was promised that a person named Shafikul would marry her but that did not happen. This is the first time when a Sikkim girl has been found on the G B Road. The lady who was taking this girl to Red Light area has also been arrested. This girl from Sikkim, was left alone when
In the current time, the Indian Government is trying to evaluate the American laws and Australian laws pertaining to witness protection wherein people are provided with an entirely new identity with all the authentication process and they can lead a new life easily after that. When the Federal Witness Protection Program was created in the USA, it was done in response to the dangers faced by witnesses who testified against mobs. A roundtable clock protection is provided to all the witnesses through the US Marshall Service in cases of high threatening environment including pretrial conferences, trial testimonies and other court appearances.
The Case of Malimath Committee
Another step in this direction was the report of ‘Malimath Committee’ on the issue of witness protection; it was an attempt to bring in changes that are necessary for the protection of witnesses. The committee under the chairman ship of former justice at Karnataka High Court V.S. Malimathhad opined that the major and critical problem is related to the safety of the witnesses and also their family members, the threat to their life is manifold. It has become a common case that prior to their testifying in the court, they are threatened and are also injured. The threating and the potential danger forces them either to change their statements, or manipulate the happening of the case or they do not turn up
4 at all and these all problems lead to the weakening of the whole criminal justice system. When such circumstances appear to the court, it must be the duty of the court to take necessary step to keep the identity of the witnesses, a secret but at the same time also take care of the right of cross examination. The committee also observed that many countries in the world have enacted laws for witnesses’ protection. There is no such law in India. The committee further said that Time has come for a comprehensive law being enacted for protection of the witness and members of his family. The committee noted that “(81) A law should be enacted for giving protection to the witnesses and their family members on the lines of the laws in USA and other countries.” It appears that the time has come when the ‘Malimath Committee’ report must be implemented strictly and also the experience of other countries must also be taken into consideration (for which discussion have been held several times by the central government but nothing has been implemented yet) for the successful implementation of witness protection programme. It is true that the whole justice system is dependent upon knowing the every bit of the case and for that witness play the most crucial role. The author hopes that there will soon be a fully-fledged law, especially dedicated to the cause of the protection of the witnesses.
Now even women can say Talaq Talaq
Bareli (SAI): The right to give divorce is given by Shariyat to men only. Whenever there was an issue as to who could give divorce, it was clarified that only men can give divorce. It is for the first time that new definition has clarified that even women can give Talaq. A fatwa has been issued by Dargah ala Hajrat. Talaq is such an issue, which has created debate since long. And Ulma was criticized as to why only men has been given right to Talaq? This right should have given to women. When Muftis of Dargah Ala Hazrat were asked to reply, this fatwa was issued. They have said that now women can also give divorce. How it would be possible has also been explained which is named as Tasweez-e-
talaq.
What is Tasweez-etalaq?
During the Nikah, the husband if says to her wife that he gives her their Right to give divorce to him. This could be reduced to writing as well. After the Nikah, if husband is not according to her choices or doesn't understand her, or takes alcohol, or is involved in crimes or there is not any harmony in between them, then wife could give divorce.
They gave Fatwa
Dargah Ala Hazrat’s spokesperson Mufti Muhammad noori has said that Tasweez-e-talaq has been mentioned in Shariyat from page 25 till 41. It is clear that women can
give Talaq. Same was reiterated by Mufti Sayyed Kafil Hashmi, who happens to be the chairperson of Darul Ifta Manjare Islam. In America the same question was pointed out Muhammad Masood Ahmad of Manchester had also asked the same question from dargah. Salim noori says that in Europe most of the Muslim Daughter, are married by way of Tasweez-e-talaq, because marriages easily break there.
Deobandi Ulma has not agreed
Jamiya-e-Ulma’s chief Mufti Abu Jafar has said that only recourse to Muslim women is the court of Qazi and apart from this women could not give divorce on their own.

INLD leaders said that the present government has no doubt change the name of Gurgaon but the poor condition has not changed, there is no development in the state.
Recently after the big jam, the chief minister had come to click pictures and did nothing. Congress and BJP have taken Haryana for granted and the promises made are not fulfilled. The previous hooda led congress government benefited the builders and filled their own pockets. Today the people of Gurugram are suffering from the issues of Road, sewage, Education, Health, Police and Law and order. The party leadership said that the sole reason is congress and BJP governments and nobody else. The leadership also said that the identity of Gurugram was of modern city in the world, but now it is only known for big jams. They made fun of government by saying that we should rather put the name of Gurgaon as Jamnagar.

Jammu and Kashmir is slipping from our hands: Lalu Prasad Yadav
Patna (SAI): Lalu Prasad yadav criticized the BJP-PDP government in power in J&K for the disturbed condition in the state. He also said the state is slipping from our hand. He said that he appealed to the people of the state to come in mainstream of country. This appeal was done while addressing the J&K people. He said, J&K is our own part, and the curfew has created ruckus in the valley. He blamed central Government for playing with the aspirations of the people of the valley. He said that this Government has been ‘Jumle wali sarkar’. Lalu also blamed the Modi government for interfering in the Judiciary and that the Chief Justice is saying that the Central Government is not fulfilling its duty. He said that the Central Government is trying to change the basic structure of the Constitution and he said that any such steps will be opposed by his party. On the evening of 19th August, at 1830 hours millions of Indians were glued to their TV screens to witness a historical moment in a global sporting event and surprisingly enough it was not an Indo-Pakistan Cricket match. It was the final of women’s singles Badminton tournament at the Rio Olympics between the Indian PV Sindhu and the Spaniard Carolina Marin. Every single Indian who watched the tournament with eyes wide open and bated breaths cherished just one hope; perhaps Sindhu will bring home the much coveted gold and save India’s grace at Rio Olympics. The final match lasted for 83 minutes dashing their hopes and making it apparent after the first round itself that the Spaniard was way too much strong and agile for the Indian to pin down. Marin’s smashes were like lightning bolts falling all over Sindhu’s court. Marin was faster, stronger and full of unending stamina. Her aggressive play with loud vocal outbursts with each winning point also seemed to add up to weigh down on her opponent’s game. Despite of the fact that Sindhu was much taller and more strongly built than the Spaniard, she appeared to be tired and lacking both the stamina and energy to tower over her opponent especially in the second two rounds. Although Sindhu did give a tough and impressive fight in the first round to climb up the daunting lead of points taken by Carolina and eventually defeat her. However, the following round made it quite simple for a sports enthusiast to guess that it would take some kind of a miracle for Sindhu to defeat Marin. Perhaps she herself realized by the end of the second round that it would be difficult to put down the Spaniard with her absolutely indisputable agility and strength. That’s why she simply gave away the last two points of the game without much struggle making it obvious that she had already lost before losing. Marin’s victory was evident and well deserved. Out of the largest contingent ever of 117 athletes from India in the Rio Olympics (34 sportspersons more than the previous contingent of 83 in 2012 Olympic games) all of us proudly and contentedly celebrated two medals, one Bronze medal won by Sakshi Malik to become the first Indian female wrestler to win an Olympic medal in the 58 Kg category and the Silver medal won by

Strike to cost up to Rs 18,000 crore to economy; exports too get hurt: ASSOCHAM

Indian Indian government government has has never never given given any any significance significance or or support support to to any any other other sport sport in in India India besides besides Cricket. Cricket. PV Sindhu who became the first Indian Badminton payer to win a Silver medal for our Country. But why is it so that Indian athletes lose the will and enthusiasm to win much before the game point? Why is it so that Indian sportspersons lack the strength and stamina to pull it off at the very juncture when it is needed the most?
The reason is simple.
Indian government has never given any significance or support to any other sport in India besides Cricket. So for an avid athlete or a boxer or an ace shooter there is nothing much to do but fend for himself or herself. How many kids who are good at Swimming, Football, Badminton, Lawn Tennis or Athletics at the school level get any kind of financial aid like a sports scholarship or professional coaching or sporting facility from the government which happens in other countries? Consequently, a lot of latent talent goes undiscovered or inadequately nurtured to compete at the level of Olympics. Besides, factors like corruption, negligence and mismanagement by sporting bodies, political interference and biased selection process plagues all major Indian sports, including cricket, hockey, weightlifting, and athletics at the global level. An unfortunate incident at the Rio Olympics is the testimony to poor management skills of the Indian Olympics Association’s (IOA) officials. Ace marathon runner, OP Jaisha, fainted at the finishing line of a 42.195 km long marathon which she completed in 2 hours 47 minutes. Jaisha could not be well hydrated
18,000 crore, according to an ASSOCHAM assessment. Lamenting the fact that India can ill-afford strikes and bandhs as it needs to ramp up its GDP growth by boosting manufacturing and other key sectors like services, the chamber said , reports of production halts in public sector and private sector firms along with stoppage of transport services would damage the pace of growth. “Trade, transport and hotels form a major part of the country’s Gross Domestic Product . The other major component to the GDP and GVA is the entire package of financial services includ-
or fueled during her run because of the dearth of essentials at the Indian desks marked with the flag and country’s name which, according to official protocol, were placed at intervals of 2.5 kms like other countries. Only, they did not have any water or glucose biscuits to offer to the runners, Jaisha and Kavita. Such mismanagement hampered Jaisha’s running time by 13 minutes, as against her record of 2 hours 34 minutes at last year’s Beijing Worlds. “While other athletes had the luxury of taking glucose, honey etc there was nothing for us (Jaisha and Kavita) to drink at our stations. Not even water,” Jaisha stated. The athletes are not allowed to take refreshments from other countries’ stations and if they do, it could lead to disqualification. Such episodes are only testimony to Gold medalist Abhinav Bindra’s claims that point towards the Government’s negligence towards the not-so-popular players, “the ones at the grass-root are left to fend for themselves. It’s only after you win, that you get any government attention. This sort of system and planning cannot produce champions.” The lack of basic necessities like proper diet, healthcare & medical facilities, training infrastructure and equipment, professional & experienced coaches and any kind of funding or aid from the government to support and encourage budding and talented sportspersons has always deterred India to shine at global sporting events like Olympics. It is high time the Indian government should wake up now to save its face in the global sports arena which has already been blemished enough during the Rio Olympics 2016.
ing banking. Both these key segments have been crippled by the strike”, ASSOCHAM Secretary General Mr D S Rawat said. He said, the best course for the trade unions should have been to sit across the negotiating table with the government to reach a middle ground. “The industry is not against fair wages and a decent living standard for the workforce. But the demand for minimum wages should be balanced enough not to lead to a high cost economy”. The strike, the chamber said, would also leave a crippling impact on the domestic as also export despatches. “For one, in
several facilities the manufacturing has been affected. Secondly, in the absence of financial and banking transaction, the entire supply chain gets affected. Then, with transport getting hit, the shipment for exports also gets hit”. While the strike had a limited impact in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, the problem is that the entire trade chain gets hit with disruption in either of the centres. “Once the Goods and Services Tax is implemented, the inter-dependence among different manufacturing and trading centres would even go up”, ASSOCHAM added.

The Return of Theatre Devyani & Shilpa
“Theatre, for many, may be an obsolete form of fine art which is gradually being dragged towards the edge of extinction on the stage of entertainment. But can this really be true?”
What comes to your mind instantly, when the word “theatre” is mentioned? Most of you will probably visualize a stage on which a couple of actors are performing, a play perhaps. Some of you may also picture a few spotlights, a huge overhanging curtain and an auditorium full of audience. That’s what theatre means to a layman. But theatre in its entirety means much more than that. Theatre involves various artistes such as actors, comedians, musicians, singers, dancers etc. performing in coordination to present a theatrical performance based on fictitious or real life events, stories or any other creative form on a stage before a live audience. A theatrical can vary based on different forms of acts or presentations involving
a fine art such as Ballet, Circus, Dance, Magic Show, Opera, Puppetry, Ventriloquism etc. A performance can be classified into various sub-types such as drama, comedy, tragedy, musical etc. Research based on historical evidences established that theatre originated around 6th century BC in Greece. It was called Théatron, a Greek word which means ‘a place for viewing’. But, if we go back in time, archeological findings show primitive men wearing animal costumes or masks, which quite possibly mean that they portrayed those animals at social rituals or religious ceremonies. People from ancient tribes often sang and danced to celebrate a big hunt or to please their deities. Their performances could be a reenactment of
their hunting travails wherein those dressed as animals acted as prey whereas others from the tribe played the part of hunters. Similar to present day theatre where performances reflect societal issues, their performances were also a reflection of their life’s tribulations and that could be called the birth of Theatre Art in its true sense. Theatre, for many, may be an obsolete form of art which is gradually being dragged towards the edge of extinction on the stage of entertainment. But can this really be true? We cannot ignore the fact that brilliant Indian actors such as Naseeruddin Shah, Anupam Kher, Om Puri, Irfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Kapur and many others were eminent theatre personalities before
they made it big in the Hindi film industry and became household names. It appears as if technological advancements in creative art and entertainment have been pushing theatre towards oblivion. However, that is not the case. No matter how much technology influences or enhances the experience of entertainment yet it cannot eliminate theatre. In fact, Theatre has not remained impervious to technology. It is utilizing technology to undergo a makeover. Let us take for instance, a technologically advanced form of theatre under our very own nose in Gurgaon: Kingdom of Dreams. Kingdom of Dreams is a contemporary form of theatre, which uses technology to not only support and better the performances of the artistes but also presents an impressive and extravagant theatrical experience. An innovative combination of 3D image projection, audio-visual effects, lighting techniques and hi-tech equipment involving hydraulics for lifting artistes and heavy equipment up in the air portrays a magical world, leaving the viewers spellbound. Technology in this case is not a threat but a promoter of Theatre art. But that also doesn’t mean that theatre depends upon technology to sustain or
Dheeraj Kale
thrive. In fact, traditional theatre art is gaining popularity now-a-days. It has a select audience, which may be limited in number but with an intellectual and contemplative frame of mind. There is no denying the fact that cinema today has a wider and diverse target audience. The experience of watching a movie on a multiplex is one of the most sought after entertainment options for the urban crowd. But if theatre is given equal emphasis in terms of facilities and platforms, it could certainly be at par with cinema. Kamani auditorium, Siri Fort auditorium, FICCI auditorium, Aga Khan Hall, Shri Ram Centre, India Habitat Centre etc. are amongst some of the most popular auditoriums in the capital which host plays and other theatre performances regularly. The Epicentre hall in Gurgaon is a recent addition, which has been successfully hosting a variety of plays, dramas and comedy shows drawing hordes of theatre lovers from Delhi and NCR. Theatre has come of age. It is in its transitional phase and it is evolving and grooming itself. The day is not far when besides the intellectual lot, the man on the street will also understand and appreciate this fine art in its most natural & powerful form that is Theatre.

“Every woman reacts to pregnancy differently as their body is different.” Says Dietitian Sheela Seharawat. It is really not possible to suggest a diet that can fit all. Your pre and post pregnancy weight plays a very vital role in understanding your body and its daily needs. Whether one was slim and during the time of pregnancy put on a lot of weight or she was overweight and gained further weight or she was underweight - all this really matters. But it is very important to put off weight very gradually. Having too much weight is not a healthy sign. Most women read in magazines that film star was pregnant and very soon she lost her weight and fit back into her old jean. It is not so simple nor do I ever recommend to anyone to show such hurry. You have put on weight in nine months and now you are feeding your baby who is fully dependent on your milk so it is very important to show patience for the first three months at least and then slowly start your weight loss diet plan and be sure that you will lose your weight as per the guidance of your dietitian and diet plan. Give it some time - at least the same amount of time to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight. It is very important to cut the bad fats from your diet. The best fats are mono- and poly unsaturated fats, which are found in canola oil, olive
By Dietitian Sheela Seharawat oil, avocado, olives, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish like salmon. There are fats and oils that you need to avoid such as saturated and trans fats, which are dangerous as it can lead to heart disease and perhaps diabetes, and it can be transferred to breast milk, too. Saturated fats are found in meats and dairy products, trans fats are also typically found in many fried foods, snack foods, and baked goods. As you may have also heard about or remember the pesticides present in our day to day foods so it is very important to get yourself away from those contaminated foods as it can directly affect your breasts milk and health of the baby.
Give time to your Weight loss after
pregnancy
There are some foods that take time to digest so they too must be avoided as they can lead to indigestion or constipation in the baby. Shreya Raina says: “I went in a family way just after one year of my marriage and as
my trimester started that news came to my husband too and then his all attention was on my rich diet. You know, from the beginning I was a little plump. So for marriage I had worked out and I had the diet plan experience so I had a fear that I would gain again a lot of weight if I eat. But if your refrigerator is full of foods and everyone is asking you to eat then it is natural to gain weight. In 9 months I put on nearly 16 -17 kg. Our daughter was born healthy and we were happy but my happiness didn’t last long as my husband started nagging me to lose weight, to put off all the extra weight around my belly. I can say now that a husband will agree to make his wife chubby so as to have a healthy baby. At that time he will never think about her figure but as all this is done he wants his wife to be back at her prepregnancy weight.” “Indeed it is the struggle between many of the couples after the pregnancy. But it is very important to live stress free. Many women face the stress for their right figure. No diet plan will help you until you stop and come out of your stress and live a healthy life. It is very important to live without your stress as stress hormone helps to make you fat.” Says dietitian Sheela Seharawat. It is very important to follow your diet plan and eat a variety of food to maintain your energy level. It is also seen that many women lose weight very naturally as they are eating only when they are hungry. It is also important not to dip below your 1800 calories intake per day while you are breasts feeding. Sangeeta Sen says: “The idea to have a baby is good only if you have someone to look after you at home, otherwise it is not easy. I am a working woman and it is not easy to manage everything. When you know a baby is growing in you and you need to take care of yourself more and at the same time you have office work load plus your kitchen and home then all seems as a nightmare. During my pregnancy all my food tasted the same. My doctor had asked me to stay home rather than go to work where there is too much stress, as it was a little risky for me. I needed injections of some vitamins and iron or something like that. I needed to eat all the time as I felt I was hungry and if food doesn’t come soon I could go mad in anger. Indeed I had become bulky and
soon after the delivery I was looking for a diet plan. It took me nearly one and a half years to get back in my shape.” “It is very important to note that you need to return back to your normal routine life when you are starting your diet plan.” Says dietitian Sheela Seherawat. A walk in the evening or in the morning can help you a lot. You can take your baby in a stroller and can walk a little; let’s say about 15 to 20 minutes. It can help you to strengthen your muscles and help you with sleep issue, in depression and also in maintaining stress level. When you have a baby then you have to wake up and sleep with your baby’s sleep and it is very natural that you are not getting the proper eight hour sleep and in that case again it is not easy to lose weight. When you are tired or facing sleep deprivation then the levels of your body stress hormones like cortisol that gives weight gain raise so it is very important to sleep well. It is also very important to take help from your dietitian as your body and through you your baby needs nutrition. Your body requires fats, proteins, carbohydrate and other essential nutrients. Meat, Fish, eggs, beans, milk, milk products, grains, seeds, nuts, are rich source of protein. Breads, cereal grains, pasta, rice, fruit, starchy vegetables, milk, sugar etc. are the rich source of carbohydrates that give the energy needed by the brain, nervous system and red blood cells. If you are really looking for a weight loss then get in touch with your dietitian as they can design an eating plan that will let you lose weight safely and effectively.
Pregnancy

At the second trimester mother needs more from over eating. Pregnancy is very natural and normal process its shape. of the mother. As the mother gives the birth to her baby she automatically losses the weight of the baby, the placenta and the amniotic fluids. Soon after that the extra blood and fluids needed to sustain the pregnancy are gradually reabsorbed or excreted from the mother's body. The uterus returns to its size within six weeks. The fat stored during pregnancy, however, does not automatically disappear. “There are many women who are very unrealistic about their figure. Yes, there are some women for whom it might be hard to get back to their pre-pregnancy weight or shape. Their pregnancy gives long lasting changes in their body. They may remain a little heavier but none should spoil the happiness of having a baby for this. It is much bigger reward than your pre-pregnancy weight or shape.” Says Sheela Seherawat. Such women often take wrong decision in choosing weight loss diet plan and end up in any crash diet or fat diet plan. It gives results but affects their health and they again gain that lost weight as they start taking the normal diet. And another bad thing is that they may be losing their muscles instead of the fat. Choosing a right diet plan is not tough but you have to know your body and have to accept the natural process.
