REOPEN PLAN: PHASE 3
These rules are in place for the safety and benefit of all members and staff. Although we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed, we are certainly working to provide you with a safe and healthy environment to help prevent the spread. Ultimately, we encourage you to make your own decisions regarding what activities are safe for you and your family given your age and medical conditions.
What to Expect Upon Arrival
Check-In Station • If you are on campus for tennis, fitness, or swimming, please enter through the pool security gate. Members who are on campus for restaurant dining may enter through the Clubhouse. • All Members will have their temperature taken and logged, along with their destination. Members who have a fever (temperature of 99.5 or higher, per local health officials) will not be allowed to use our facilities. • Please make sure you are washing your hands, using our hand sanitization stations, maintaining a distance of 6 feet or more and practicing proper cough/sneeze hygiene while on campus. • If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please stay home and do not use the Club until it is safe to do so per the CDC guidelines. • No guests, additional family members, or reciprocal guests are allowed at this time. Employees • Face masks are required for all employees. Members are welcome to use face masks while navigating campus, but are not required. Gloves are optional. • All employees will be required to sign an acknowledgment form that they have no symptoms or known exposure. Their temperature will be taken and recorded. • A hand sanitization station will be located at the employee entrance, as well as many locations around campus.

Please continue to adhere to all social distancing protocols. INFORMATION • Singles & doubles are allowed. Lessons will be available each day on all designated lesson courts as standard. • Be respectful of others. Play only in your allotted time. • No demos or ball machine use. Designated/sanitized hoppers will be available during lessons for members to help pick up balls. • Court limits of 4 Members per court remain. No guests are allowed. • 24-hour cancellation policy for lessons remains in effect as standard. • Please bring your own drink bottles, as we are keeping cup usage to a minimum.

No poolside dining service is available at this time.

Family Resort Pool
Hours of Operation | 10:00 am - 9:00 pm, Tuesday-Sunday RESERVATIONS • Reservations are required via the Club Calendar on our website or app. You may make a reservation for one time slot per day, either 10:00 am - 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm, or 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. INFORMATION • To ensure we can accommodate as many families as possible, you may not make more than one reservation in a three-day period. • Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times. • The pool will be closed between all time periods for deep cleaning.

Please wash your hands at the sink next to the coffee machine when entering the Fitness Center. GROUP FITNESS & PILATES • Select group fitness & Pilates Reformer classes will be held. Reservations are required and sign-up is available through the mobile app. • All classes have limited spots available. 5
Additional Information
Areas that will remain closed include: Library, Wine Room, Kids Club, Hideout, Nursery, Playground, the Briar Lawn, the Veranda and the End Zone. All of these protocols are subject to change or adjustment. This is a “new normal� for all of us; all policies will be under continued review and adjustments will be made where appropriate. Your service experience may be a little different than what we are normally able to provide, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this new territory. As always, the safety of our Members and staff are our highest priority. Your cooperation with these procedures will help us ensure that we are able to proceed with our phased reopening.
