Theatre Dinner, Comedy hosted at the Shangri La on 30th November. Night and Celebrity Chef events will follow Thank you all for your participation and thereafter. Read through the magazine to support. find out more! The Club’s Annual General Meeting was held on 29 November and we would like to welcome the elected Main Committee for 2019. The team and I look forward to working alongside the Main Committee to bring you a splendid 2019. The Club held its Annual Staff Night on 15 October for the staff to unwind and celebrate their achievements this past year. It was indeed a great night where long service awards were given out in recognition of the efforts and hard work of employees. I would like to thank all Members for their support in allowing us to close the Club for one full day. I would also like to thank all Members for their generous contribution towards the Hong Bao Fund for our Club Staff. Your contributions affirm their hard work throughout the year, and will make Lunar New Year a tad sweeter.

Most of you would probably know the impending, or rather, existing crisis regarding environmental sustainability. In particular, the Club zoomed in on the many harmful effects of single-use plastics. Plastics do not biodegrade, can take up to thousands of years to decompose, and releases toxic chemicals into the environment. Many times, plastic waste end up in the ocean, endangering animals in their own natural habitat. This had to stop, and that’s when the Club made the promise to eradicate all single-use plastics by the end of 2018. We started with the straws, and then the plastic bags and bottled water. Biodegradable cutlery and wares were also introduced, and new initiatives were put in place. This month, I am elated to inform that the Club has eradicated all single-use plastics used in the Club, and we will continue to expand efforts

for the better of our environment. Thank you for your engorgement and support. The Lunar New Year celebrations will start on 5 February this year. Head to the Club to watch the performances, indulge in the special steamboat sets, and toss some prosperity into your New Year with our Yu Sheng. If you’re still hungry thereafter, why not order some Prosperity Roasted Sesame Chicken - it will come packed in our biodegradable containers, or you may opt to bring your own! An evening with

Dr Nigel Starck presenting Singapore after World War II The Presenter Dr Nigel Starck, Honorary Senior Research Fellow, University of South Australia. Author, broadcaster and lecturer for more than 40 years. In that time, he has worked as a newspaper editor, television current affairs producer, and S/E Asia correspondent for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He serves today as an academic consultant to Kaplan Singapore. Testimonials: Singapore experienced profound suffering in World War II: bombing, invasion, occupation, interrogation, mass execution. In the decades immediately after the war, the public mood was directed at forgetting all that pain. Today, though, Singapore is displaying a determination to tell its wartime story – through sophisticated tourism development at sites of historical significance. Prominent among them is The Battlebox at Fort Canning (pictured above), the underground bunker where the Allied commanders on February 15 1942 took the decision to surrender. It flourishes, after a recent makeover, as a prime centre of commemoration. That mood of vigorous remembrance has spread to: •

Developing Bukit Chandu, where the Malay Regiment gallantly resisted the Japanese invaders, as an interpretive centre with audio-visual presentations.

Reopening the old Ford Factory (where the surrender document was signed) as a museum with an exhibition entitled Surviving the Japanese Occupation: War and Its Legacies.

Renovating the Changi Museum, in a project scheduled for reopening in 2020.

This presentation explores those initiatives, with an emphasis on the regeneration of The Battlebox.

SCOTT MITCHELL Scott Mitchell is a proud Permanent Resident of Singapore. Originally from Scotland, he moved to The Lion City long ago (way before MBS existed and even before Clarke Quay had a roof). Father of 4, he shares tales of his family life, foreign adventures and the contrast of daily life in the tropics compared to his childhood in Bonny Scotland.

MATT CHALMERS Matt burst onto the comedy scene fairly recently and has been wowing audiences with his disarming nervous charm ever since. The truth about low carbohydrate diets

I have a keen interest in lifestyle medicine and the ways in which I can use modifications to the diet and exercise habits of my patients instead of medications to improve their health and wellbeing. In my practice people are frequently asking about how they can use diet and nutrition to improve their health and one particular area gaining increasing attention is the low carbohydrate diet. Low carbohydrate diets are not new and take many forms. The idea of reducing carbohydrate intake was first popularised by William Banting, a British undertaker in the 19th century, and then again by the ‘Atkins Diet’ in the 1980s. More recently you may have heard reference to low carb, high fat (LCHF), ketogenic, paleo and caveman/carnivore diets. What are carbohydrates?

So should everyone be reducing their carbohydrate intake?

To make things simple, I like to break dietary carbohydrates down into three broad groups: 1. Green carbs: naturally occurring sugars and starches in fruits and vegetables. 2. Beige carbs: Grain-based carbohydrates such as bread, rice, pasta, noodles, cereals and oats. 3. White carbs: refined sugars added to sweets, cakes and confectionary as well as many processed foods/soft drinks. What all carbohydrates have in common is that they are broken down by our bodies into glucose which is used for energy or stored for future energy needs. The reason I think it’s useful to divide carbohydrates in this way is that green carbohydrates (which contain fewer sugars and more fibre) are broken down more slowly and incompletely by the body causing a smaller rise in blood glucose levels. They also tend to contain other useful nutrients not found in beige or white carbohydrates.

Maybe, but I try to tailor my recommendations to patients individually. The imperative for someone with type 2 diabetes or metabolic syndrome to reduce their intake is stronger than for a person without these conditions. There are various tests we can do to establish a person’s risk, from blood tests and heart scans, to continuous glucose monitoring with skin sensors to work out which carbs in particular do not work for you.

Do we need carbohydrates? This is a matter of some debate. The short answer is yes, carbohydrates can be a useful source of energy and I do not generally recommend zero carbohydrate diets to my patients. What is also true, however, is that many people are consuming more carbohydrates than their bodies need and I believe that for many years dietary guidelines in most countries have overstated the proportion of our intake which should come from these foods.

What are the consequences of carbohydrate excess? Obesity is the most significant physical health problem facing us in the 21st century. It already affects 4 in 10 adults in the USA. The underlying health implications of obesity are many but the most important ones in relation to carbohydrate intake are type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. There appears to be a correlation with the increase in these conditions over the past 50 years and increasing carbohydrate intake across society. Eating carbohydrates raises our blood glucose level and so the body releases insulin in response. Over time we can become resistant to insulin resulting in weight gain and some of the issues listed above.

What should I eat instead? The other macronutrients found in the human diet are fat and protein. Fat has long been demonized as unhealthy but it is actually filling and provides our bodies with a useful source of energy. Protein is found mainly in animal products: meat, fish and dairy. I recommend a diet similar to a typical Mediterranean diet based around whole, rather than processed foods and rich in fats (fish, olive oil, avocado, meat) and vegetables. I do not recommend low-fat dairy products or advise patients to avoid butter unless they want to. In terms of carbohydrate intake, I prefer this to be from vegetables and high fibre whole grains rather than refined or sugary foods. In some patients I use intermittent fasting techniques to boost the effects of carbohydrate reduction.

Achieving your lifestyle goals Dietary intake needs to be tailored to your individual needs and preferences and takes into account other factors like exercise levels, family history and other medical conditions you may have. The most important factor of all is that any dietary changes need to be sustainable for you in the long term. There is no point struggling to adhere to a diet that you don’t enjoy as this will never last!

Four takeaways from the UK Inheritance Tax Review By Huw Wedlock, The Fry Group

While it’s something we prefer not to dwell on, UK Inheritance Tax (IHT) is often seen as too complex and unfair, adding an unnecessary burden in the wake of bereavement. The Office of Tax Simplification (OTS) recently released its first findings on a public consultation about IHT. Here are four important OTS findings. 1. In 2015/16 just under half of the 588,000 bereavements in the UK were subject to an IHT return, but only 24,500 paid any IHT— a small proportion of taxpayers for the number of returns made, which suggests a waste of HMRC administrative time. In addition, the unnecessary cost to the estate of appointing a lawyer to do this is a potential burden, which could be reduced by a more filtered approach to submitting forms. 2. Executors must pay IHT within six months of the end of the month of death; the return is due to HMRC on a 12-month deadline. But executors cannot easily liquidate assets in such a short time to pay the estimated tax. This is a cash flow problem for executors who must borrow money at cost to pay IHT which is often refunded. A Grant on Credit allows a form of promissory note by the personal representatives to pay the IHT when assets are liquidated, but it would be far simpler to extend the payment limit by six months or offer a more flexible charge facility against the estate’s assets.

3. The definition of an ‘excepted estate’ is complex and often misunderstood. There are questions in the short return form which, if answered in a certain way, result in the long form having to be completed instead. Not all tax advisers know which form to complete, according to the findings. This confusion adds to time wasted and increased costs. The system needs to be clearer so the correct form is chosen from the outset, saving time and cost. 4. Some banks have a set maximum they will distribute without the need for probate, but others do not. Barclays and Santander will distribute up to 50,000 without probate but the Government’s NS&I has a 5,000 limit. Other banks review each case individually. Few estates fall below this 5,000 limit, which we expect to increase to 50,000 in line with new probate fee changes currently under review, which should bring a set figure below which banks can distribute assets without probate, creating consistency across the board. Nearly 70% of OTS responders report spending more than 20 hours completing estate administration and 12.5% spent over 100 hours. It is clear that this review is overdue. While it should ensure a simplified process, it is unlikely to be removed entirely because IHT brings the government over 5 billion a year. For advice on IHT planning and to discuss your individual circumstances please contact us.

For this issue of Member in the Spotlight, we are pleased to feature

Antony &

is w e L h a r a S

and their two lovely children - Charlie and Mia. Antony joined the Club in September last year. He is Director of Research at blockchain company R3. Find out more about Antony, and his obsession with blockchains in this interview.

What made you join the Club, and how are your experiences thus far? A few people I know from my professional life – you know, the good ones who you want to hang out with, even after work – mentioned that they used the British Club and that it was great for families. So my wife, Sarah and I decided to do the Club tour with our two young children, Charlie, 4, and Mia, 2. We had been looking for something more consistent to do with our weekends, as previously we have been going to various indoor playgrounds. However, the food is usually lacking and it is hard for the kids (and parents) to build relationships with other customers there. Ok, I’ll admit it: the supervised playroom for toddlers in the Club was a HUGE draw. The ability to leave the kids for an hour while we ate/swam/napped/worked in the library was probably what caused us to sign up for membership immediately. Sarah runs a boutique marketing business which means that she sometimes has to work for a few hours on weekends.

Tell us all – what is blockchain? Uh oh, the definition differs depending on who you are talking to and how pedantic you want to be! My current working description is: Blockchain is a word used to describe a bundle of technologies that allows digital assets to be created and 18 |

THE BRITISH CLUB

passed from party to party, with guarantees that the assets are authentic and haven’t been copied or counterfeited, all without needing to trust a specific third party to open and maintain accounts for customers. At R3, a banking consortium-turned software company where I work, we have built an open source blockchain platform called Corda that the financial services sector, among other industries, seems to like to use. It’s early days yet, but I imagine that in the future, any digital asset, whether it’s a financial security like a share, or a simple invoice, that needs to move between organisations will be recorded on blockchain databases. Email for human communication, blockchains for digital assets.

What made you decide to leave a nice stable job in a big bank for the risky wild west of bitcoin? My mother is Indonesian Chinese; she was proud of me with my role as a technology project manager at an investment bank Credit Suisse. “A Swiss bank”, she would say, “Very secure, very stable. Good brand”. Unfortunately, and I have to be careful here as my ex-boss is a Member of the Club (Hi, Ian!) and will probably read this, things in banking aren’t as stable as my mother thinks – entire departments can be folded, and you can easily lose your job no matter how well you think you are performing. So the stability argument doesn’t work in my mind. I started following Bitcoin in early 2013 and in November I took half a day off work to attend a Bitcoin conference in the Fullerton Hotel. I was blown away by the enthusiasm of the speakers and participants. They were so interesting and had so many ideas on how Bitcoin was going to revolutionise finance. That evening, I went for some drinks with someone who had just raised some venture capital funding for his Bitcoin exchange start-up. After a couple of hours of chatting, he offered me a job. I accepted. (I first called Sarah to check with her, and thankfully she was supportive!)

What advice do you have for those looking to dabble in crypto currency? I have worked full time in the cryptocurrency / blockchain industry for the past 5 years (which is like 25 years in any other industry). I don’t advise on buying and selling cryptocurrencies; the market is very volatile and fickle. I guess if I had to give advice, it would be to learn as much as you can (but be careful, it’s an addictive rabbit-hole), and of course don’t gamble more than you can afford to lose. For the undeterred, coincidentally I have just published a book for those who want to learn more. The Basics of Bitcoins and Blockchains takes readers step by step through the history of money, our current payment systems (how do banks pay each other and why do international payments take so long?), just enough cryptography, then Bitcoin, Ethereum, smart contracts, initial coin offerings (ICOs), and finally business or enterprise blockchains. The Basics is available on Amazon on Kindle and as a hardback, and I recently saw it in real life in a Relay bookstore at the Hong Kong Airport!

Plastic Facts

Implemented a new initiative ‘Bring Your Own Bag’ for take-away at outlets and Windsor Shop and Pro Shop.

November & December Sourced for biodegradable containers for condiments.

Single use plastic items that were replaced: Plastic Cups replaced with BF Bio Paper Cups

Plastic Containers replaced with BF Bio and PLA Containers with Lid

Plastic Bags replaced with BF Bio Compostable Carrier

Plastic Coffee Cups with Lid replaced with BF Bio Ripple Wall Paper Cups

Plastic Straws replaced with Bio Potato Straws

Plastic Smoothie Straws replaced with BF Bio PLA Smoothie Straws

Plastic Stirrers replaced with BF Natural Wood Stirrers

Plastic Cutlery

About 8 million metric tons of plastic are thrown into the ocean annually. There are five massive patches of plastic in the oceans around the world. Every minute, one garbage truck of plastic is dumped into our oceans. By 2050 there will be more plastic in the oceans than there are fish (by weight) Many marine organisms can’t distinguish common plastic items from food. Animals who eat plastic often starve, because they can’t digest the plastic and it fills their stomachs, preventing them from eating real food.

Meet

Gnanam

the Maintenance Officer at The British Club We are kicking the year off with the feature of Gnanam, our Maintenance Officer at the Club. Gnanam received his 25-year long service award just last year, and is amongst the pioneer batch of employees at the Club. Gnanam’s journey unofficially started in 1991, when he was referred in by a property agent. When he first joined, he was placed on a contract, and was then confirmed as a permanent staff in March 1993. Before joining the Club, Gnanam worked in the engineering department in a similar industry. Throughout the years, he has seen many positive changes at the Club. He has also worked with several Presidents (11, I believe!), and 9 General Managers! Fond memories of the Club include several royal visits of Prince Edward and Prince Andrew. Many times, the maintenance team work behind the scenes, away from the eyes of the public. Some may not know the importance of the team, and how they allow the smooth running of all events at the Club. Think sound systems, flooring, electrical systems, air conditioning - the list simply goes on and on. Join us as we find out more about Gnanam and the team, the unsung heroes at the Club.

1)

Being one of the Club’s longest running employee, tell us what keeps you going.

5)

Tell us some of the lesser known areas the Maintenance team maintains.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to work in a pleasant environment, backed with fantastic management practices. Recognition from the Club also helps to keep me going.

Every day, there’s something new to fix. The other day, we had to cut down some trees due to emergencies. I wonder what’s in store for us tomorrow.

2)

Tell us your typical day at work.

6)

Where can we always find you at the Club?

Busy. The maintenance team assist with each and every event at the Club, and there’s much going on every day. The team is also required to upkeep the Club’s facilities.

I’m always running around to assist with the events, so I’m never at a fixed location.

7)

Nicest thing a Member has said or done to you?

3)

Tell us a food item that you hate.

I much prefer to have vegetables and try to avoid red meats.

In general, I’ve received a lot of positive feedback from Members. Simple “thank you” gestures and kind words also help validate me this past 26 years.

8)

What is your favorite local dish?

4)

How many Club presidents have you worked with?

Anything heathy and vegetarian.

Had to think hard… I’ve probably worked with 11 Presidents!

THE BRITISH CLUB

• STAFF IN THE SPOTLIGHT •

...Simple “thank you” gestures and kind words also help validate me this past 26 years.. 9)

What is the hardest thing you had to fix at the Club?

Burst pipes, especially the ones underground, are the hardest to fix.

10) What breaks down the most?

Without a doubt, the air conditioners.

11) What is your favourite memory at the Club?

I have too many. Notably, my favourites were the different Club visits of Prince Edward, and Prince Andrew.

12) When was the first time you fixed something in your life?

That’s too long ago! Back then when I was young, I fixed the lighting system at home, without having any electrical knowledge.

13) What are 3 necessary tools every household should have?

A screwdriver, plier and hammer.

Get to know

When were you living in Singapore and why did you leave to go back to the UK? I lived in Singapore for 8 years returning to London nearly 3 years ago as my husband’s job got transferred to London. We lived in Malcolm Road where I held my Open Studios and art events from the Black and White House at the end of the road; a beautiful property that was our home and also my gallery. I had my studio in the garden in a separate building looking out onto the rambutan trees. It was a magical creative art hub and my largest paintings were created there.

How long does it take you to finish an art piece? The large canvases take several months as I work in mixed media combining printmaking & painting techniques which is a dedication of studio hours. I tend to work on several canvases at once but generally the time span is 6 weeks to 8 months depending on the piece.

What inspires you? Travelling around Asia and Singapore’s own iconic architecture form my largest collection of paintings and limited edition 28 |

prints. I am now also painting ‘London Landmarks’ and have created Kew Gardens, The Liberty London Building and Chelsea Bridge. One of my Singaporean clients who has collected many of my Shophouse Prints has asked me to paint Greenwich so this will be the next one in the London series.

Are buildings your favourite subject to paint? Who are your clients? Painting architecture has become what I am known for although I do love painting botanicals & other subjects. My Singapore Landmarks hang in The French Embassy in Singapore as well as other ambassadorial homes. The expat community of Singapore is where the demand for my colourful prints started. I had so many calls after my exhibition at The Fullerton Hotel asking where my prints could be purchased that I launched my collection that same year.

Where do your Art orders go each month? Literally all over the world, this month I am sending prints to Singapore, Australia, London and San Francisco. I am also sending a new painting to Portugal. I have a page on my site ‘Art in Place’ where you can see my art in many of my clients’ homes. It’s very lovely when they send me pictures of this.

Do you visit Singapore regularly? I will be visiting during 2019 to meet any clients who are interested in commissioning an original painting and I visit if I am exhibiting in an art show. Many Singaporean expats have visited my studio in England when they come back to London as I am only half an hour from Gatwick airport in Tadworth Surrey.

Where in Singapore can we get our hands on one of your pieces? Sophie Day looks after my print sales and customer appointments in Singapore so for clients who want to look at the Singapore Landmarks Collection in person, Sophie holds the samples and some stock for fast turnaround delivery orders. Sophie is based in Holland Village and can be contacted at +65 9387 2844 or sophie@clarehaxby.com Members can also view my limited Edition Prints on my online shop and receive free delivery anywhere in the world! All orders are delivered by tracked courier. See all my collections at www.clarehaxby.com

British Club Member Exclusive Receive a complimentary A4-sized print of the piece, Gingerlily, on beautiful German Hahnemuhle paper along with any regular Print order from Clare Haxby’s Collection of Limited Edition Prints placed in the months of January and February 2019. Members can place their order via Sophie Day in Singapore (sophie@ clarehaxby.com or +65 9387 2844) or if you would like to see the samples in person and talk to Sophie or place your order via the website www.clarehaxby.com. Originating from Italy, the De luliis family has made the Hunter region their home since 1960. After a long, successful career in the Hunter mining industry, Joss and Anna De luliis were inspired to follow their family passion for wine and chose a property in the Lovedale Road region of the Lower Hunter Valley, converting a grazing property into a 20HA vineyard with the first vines planted in 1990. For the first decade, they provided fruit for some of Hunter Valley’s biggest names. It wasn't until their son Michael, finished his postgraduate studies in Oenology at the world renowned Roseworthy campus (Adelaide University) in 1999 with remarkable results, that the dynamic of the business changed from grape growing to wine production. A new state of the art winery and a modern airy cellar door was built, designed by architect, Lionel Glendenning, and completed just in time for vintage 2001. Michael was awarded the prestigious 2015 of Hunter Valley, Winemaker of the Year award and continues to add awards to his ever-expanding trophy cabinet. Today, de iuliis wines are known for their trademark Hunter regionality and commitment to showcasing the very best Hunter Valley has to offer. The Australian Wine Companion by James Halliday has been rating de iuliis Wines a 5-star winery since 2010. The family’s vision is to continue producing wines of excellence and outstanding quality from individual paddocks; wines of distinction which they are proud to have their name on. We are happy to have Phil Henwood and Cindy Henwood with us to share some fantastic selections. Aperitif

A special mention goes to young Elena and Tamryn, 15 and 13 years old respectively, proving age is no barrier, performing As there were a total of 11 ladies ‘B’ teams registered to play, beyond their years. It’s so exciting to know that the BC has a the round robin matches consisted of two groups with the new, strong genearation to carry the torch. LOST IN THE COSMOS

By The Boaster

Keith - Master of the Handicap Social Competitions

The inter-club Cosmo league is now almost complete and the British Club has produced a British Club-esque performance with a few moments of brilliance and a few evenings we’d like to forget. Note these are not to be confused with the evenings we can’t remember, which normally happen on tour.

The scores never lie

Came to play squash did the American types, All decked out in their Stars and Stripes. Up they journeyed to the hill-top retreat, We planned to show them a sound defeat. To start it all off were James and Showbhik And boy oh boy - some butt did they kick! Next up on court, educator Gary, Alas ‘shock and awe’ he could not parry. Then came David, full of brio, But he couldn’t make it a winning trio. A warrior was needed in this boxy coliseum, Pink headband in place – ‘twas none other than Liam! Although his match to a 4th game went, His skill was not doubted, and his opponent was spent. In his honour Speckled Hen was drunk, As Yankee hearts and hopes were sunk. And so another win for the fine BC, Pray this form continues...for win number 3!

As a result we are in mid-table (ed: rather stretching the definition of “mid” to include one from the bottom?). We do, however, lead the league in poetry – see the masterpiece from our new correspondent, the Sweaty Penman. Our most recent fixture at the time of writing was at the Tanglin Club – a match given an extra edge by the presence of an exBC player in their line-up. Craig Telmer was the one who had to take on the turncoat and despite playing well, he found himself behind 0-1, then 1-2, and then facing match point. Not for nothing, though, he is a legend of BC squash – he saved the point, won the game, and then took the final game in dominant style for a fantastic 3-2 win. Three other more straightforward wins from David (his first Cosmo win!), Andrew (first game back from injury!) and Ben saw us through to a 4-1 triumph on the night. While Cosmo takes up Monday nights, there is plenty happening on the squash courts the rest of the week. On the last Saturday of every month, for example, Keith Carpenter organises a quick-fire handicap tournament, where everyone plays a dozen or more games against the rest of the section, with group leaders moving on to semi-finals and a final. They are always great afternoons and thanks go to Keith for his tireless effort managing them so well. The last two winners have been Ben Kiggell and Ashley Nicholas – well done them!

• SPORTS & FITNESS • CRICKET:

CRICKET SECTION REPORT By Paul McNee It has been another very active few months for the BC Cricket section with the Singapore Vets League in full swing and a number of Social games on the calendar. The results have been a little disappointing, as we failed to repeat our Vets League heroics from 2017, however there has been some great cricket played and the post-game drinks have continued to be enjoyed. The individual highlights were, from a bowling perspective, the hat-trick from our part time bowler/full-time opening batsman, Guarav Lakhanpal (see photo attached) where he managed to absolutely bamboozle three consecutive opposition batsmen with his complete lack of pace. A tactic that is often very successful in cricket social league games. Secondly Simon Jones’s effort to bowl the last over against UWC Teachers and claim 2 wickets to take us to victory when the opposition only needed 7 runs to win, has to be mentioned. Elsewhere, past Captain Todd Buck continued to bat consistently, while current Captain Simon Bignell was again amongst the runs. Individual batting performance were highlighted by the Skinny twins (both who have lost 10-20 kg on diets recently) Alex Howard and the big Kiwi (not so big) Kimble Willis. Alex managed 26 off 10 balls (before throwing his wicket away as he had to play touch rugby) vs Cuscadeans CC while Kimble managed 49 off 20 balls versus the Woodpeckers CC which included taking 34 runs off one Wade Pearce over. Wade got what he deserved, as a BC regular he had been poached by the opposition for the game, I doubt he will make that mistake again. Another notable feature of recent BC Cricket games has been the number of father/son team members we have had play for us. Matt White and his son Gil, Vaughan English and his son Charles, Rohan and Krishnan Persaud and Todd Buck and his sons Monty and Seaton have all played, with in most part, the sons showing the fathers how it’s done (see photos attached). Regards, Paul McNee 2018 Cricket Convener
