Fast Return Nowadays perhaps it is a motorbike, yet, back then it was a swift horse. Throughout the generations, there have always been those that did not fit in the box or more specifically fell between the gaps. Shlomo was one of them. He was on the fast track heading towards a deep abyss. The memory of last night remained a little irritating prick and Shlomo decided to do as his parents instructed, just one last time. Sitting erect on his swift white horse, its long mane rushing in the wind, Shlomo

whirred up the street and came to a sudden halt outside the Grand Synagogue. He tied his horse to a post and swaggered into the Shul just a little late for his appointment with the Rebbe, Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi. “Hello, Rabbi” Shlomo accepted the Rabbi’s hand in greeting. He then leaned back in the chair the Rebbe had indicated to. “What a beautiful horse you have out there,” the Rebbe commented leisurely. “Yes Rabbi,” Shlomo lifted his chin. “The

best one on the market” “Fast?” Asked the Rebbe with an intent expression on his face. “Oh, Rabbi, extremely fast.” Shlomo beamed. The Rebbe shakes his head. “Too fast is not always good.” Shlomo leaned forward, “Why not? Fast is awesome! I can beat those Cossacks any day.”
Shlomo squirmed and craned his neck to the window. “But then,” the Rebbe conceded, “if he can run away so fast. We can assume that he will run back home extremely fast too.” Shlomo relaxed and smiled, “yes, that is right!” The Rebbe smiled too. He then leaned forward and lovingly clasped Shlomo’s hands into his own warm ones and gazed with his kind eyes.
The Rebbe still shakes his head. “What if a “So what about you?” The Rebbe says. fast horse gets loose? If a slow horse runs away, you can give chase and catch him.” Don’t burn your money! The Rebbe said ponderously. “However, we can settle all your debt if your fast horse is gone, he is gone.” up to 10¢ on the dollar Shlomo asserted, “My horse would never run away. He knows I am the boss.” “What if he does? What if he figures he just wants to be free? What if he does not want a boss?” The Rebbe questioned.

5 Foods for Natural Detox
It’s easy to be skeptical of the word, detox. Why? Well, for starters, the sheer amount of products on the market claiming to miraculously detox your body doesn’t exactly do the term justice. However, the truth of the matter is this: your body actually detoxifies every single day. Your body’s primary detoxifying organ, the liver, works around the clock to keep your system clean. It uses compounds from the foods you eat to turn toxins into less harmful substances that can be safely excreted. These days, as a result of poor diets and environmental pollutants, many of us could benefit from a little help with this detoxification process. Fortunately, one way to easily accomplish this is by eating nutritious foods. So, if you’re serious about detoxifying, make sure to include these foods into your diet regularly. Artichokes Artichokes are more than just a gourmet food. They actually contain compounds which are known to help stimulate bile flow. Bile is a substance produced by your liver. It removes toxins and delivers them to your colon for removal. Bile also stimulates peristalsis, which is the movement of your gut. This is important because a sluggish intestine can accumulate harmful toxins. Onions What perfect irony! The smell that turns so many people off from onions is actually what gives them their detoxifying power. Onions contain sulfur compounds called allyl sulfides. These help your liver undergo Phase I reactions,2 the first step in your liver’s detoxification of fat soluble toxins.
are modified for excretion in the liver. Chlorella Chlorella are a type of fresh water green algae. In certain cultures, they are an extremely valuable food source. Rat studies show chlorella supports the removal of dioxin,a food toxin linked to cancer. Chlorella’s detoxifying effects might have to do with its chlorophyll content, the pigment responsible for its green color. Flaxseeds We can’t underestimate the value of fiber in the detoxification process, and flaxseeds are a great source of it. Just two tablespoons provide 6 grams,8 which is about 20% of your daily needs. Flaxseeds contain both soluble and insoluble fiber, which support regularity and toxin removal. In particular, soluble fiber attaches to bile and helps its elimination. Remember, bile is one of the main ways your body gets rid of toxins. Flaxseeds also protect against toxic estrogens. Their lignans decrease blood levels of 17-beta estradiol and estrone9 — two estrogens implicated in hormonerelated cancers. The Bottom Line The first step in ANY detox program should be to enhance your own “built-in” detox system — your liver. For this reason, including foods in your diet that support your liver’s detoxifying abilities just makes a lot of sense.
Beets Betalains are red and yellow pigments found in beets. They help your liver go through Phase II reactions,3 which is a process in which toxins

Yes for a while, Union Square was sitting in a pool of kiwi-strawberry flavored fluid. Snapple had intended to erect a 25-foot tall, 17.5 ton treat of frozen Snapple Juice, but in their excitement they perhaps forgot that ice has a tendency to melt in 80 degrees temperature. The flood sent pedestrians scurrying for higher ground and resulted in firefighters closing off several streets. Snapple had been trying to promote a new line of frozen treats by setting the record, but called off the plan before it was fully upright by a construction crane. Snapple official Lauren Radcliffe said the company was unlikely to make a second attempt to break the record, set by a 21-foot ice pop in Holland in 1997. The giant ice pop was supposed to have been able to withstand the heat for some time, and organizers weren’t sure why it didn’t. It had been made in Edison, N.J., and hauled to New York by freezer truck.

In the average adult, the skin covers 12-20 square feet and accounts for 12% of body weight.
Snapple wanted to make the world’s largest popsicle. Instead they flooded Union Square with 1.75 tons of melting ice!
