A real solid offering of yearlings, condition was good. Most right off grass and fair weighing condition. Demand was better than expected on some classes. How do you like Voluntary COOL? Canadian feeders & fats coming in, driving market south. Several cattle groups want to add a $1 to the Beef Checkoff. Better rethink this one. We can have referendum to recall the checkoff. Put it back in the hands of local cattle people. No cool-No checkoff. Our best to you, Doug Crouse!
