This week we sold 4,293 head of cattle of all classes in two sales. On Wednesday, March 3rd, we marketed 467 head of Butcher & Feeding cows, Bulls & Heiferettes. The market was steady to $2.00 higher. Thursday, March 4th, was a Special Stocker & Feeder Sale and 3,826 head ran through the ring. The day was steady to $10.00 lower on both steers and heifers compared to a week ago. The lower market is due to higher corn and a declining live and feeding cattle future market. Many feedlots are full with inventory. Demand was moderate on feeders and strong on stockers. MCHALE V6 750 BALER As with all McHale machines, the V6 variable chamber round baler range(belt baler range) has been designed with the demands of today’s farmer and contractor in mind. The McHale V6750 is a semiautomatic variable chamber baler which is fitted with a 15 knife chopper unit and heavyduty rotor.
