Y,INCE SHAVE BAIL? MILLIONS SAY, 2017 “IT’S T FOR OR MISS UNIWORLD Little girl with big dreams living in a small city. 21 year old, Denelle Ince, recently chosen to embark on an exhilarating journey in the Miss UniWorld Pageant. The pageant will be held at Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom in Durban on the 23 September 2017. Being the humanitarian she is, Ince feels that a distinguished title such as Miss UniWorld would give her an enormous platform to be a change in the lives of others, uplifting her Community, City, Province and possibly her Country at large. “I come from a small family, perfectly nurtured by my parents Denzil and Farahna Ince , who have done an astounding job as young parents sacrificing their youth and dreams to grow me into the young lady I am today. Accompanied by my ever so youthful grandmother, Kay Padaychee who is my go to lady and has always encouraged to do and better. My grandmother ignited the flames to my modeling career at age 13. I have not looked back ever since.” She began her educational journey in 1996 at just 11 months old, groomed at a creche known as Paddingtons’. “This premature start played a prominent role in my academic successes thereafter. I attended TPA primary school and matriculated at Heather secondary school in 2013.” Ince is currently striving to shape her future in the world of Education by studying towards a Bachelor of Education Degree through UNISA. “Modelling is my heartfelt passion and I've always endeavoured to use my accolades to show my compassionate soul. My interest and aims in life is to use my achievements to help benefit people in need.”
the World. This platform aids in promoting well-being, boosting confidence, empowering women through empowered women and creating national and international ambassadors. The concept is the brainchild of Mrs. Anusha Bisaal who is also the founder of the Mrs. India South Africa™ pageant and the CEO of The S.H.E Force Foundation.
“My advice to young girls striving to be a model in this proficient industry, is to be no one else but your self. Never choose to conform to the norms of society and allow anyone to talk you out of your dreams. Starting off at such a young age, I was told that I was either too sweet for this tough industry , not fat enough, not tall With all the glitz, glamour and prestige, The enough and basically not good enough. Yet UniWorld Pageants offer women a life experibeing not tall enough I was privileged to walk in ence on an international platform to interact high fashion shows, feature in a national with diverse cultures and network on social and magazine and made it to television. Never ever corporate levels. It is through an event of this give up, when one dream dies, dream another stature women are able to be recognized for their worth, share experiences and benefits values for their betterment. The UniWorld Pageants offer 2 categories namely The Miss UniWorld and Mrs. UniWorld. “The pageant captivated me as it is not your typical beauty pageant looking for picture perfect girls, but it seeks ladies of vision and empowerment and this is someone who I aspire to be.” With unmerited favor, this beauty holds some pretty shiny titles such as Miss Teen 2012, Saree Queen 2012, Charity Queen 2013, Face of SPS 2016, 2nd Princess for Miss India South Africa International 2016 and awards such as Top Model 2013 and Model of the year 2016. “I am truly blessed and I never fail to give God all the glory even whilst strutting down a runway. Ince and her family currently fellowship at Harvest Time Ministries in Pietermaritzburg. Ince told Galaxy News that she is yet to surmise the accomplishments that she has achieved thus far. From being in endless newspapers, to features in the South African award winning Peoples Magazine as well as a few features on SABC 3 and Expresso, she has the potential to be the first Pietermaritzburg lass to be crowned Miss UniWorld South Africa 2017.
“I am so thrilled that I have been chosen as a finalist for Miss Uniworld South Africa 2017.” There will only be 16 finalists throughout South Africa chosen. Applicants are thoroughly screened and meet for a one on one interview with the organisers which determines their fate of being a finalist. The UniWorld Pageants creates a diverse platform to highlight the virtues and femininity of females across
for you all to be apart of my journey.”
