Entrepreneur Spotlight

Exclusive Interview with

LENIKA SCOTT To many, I’m known as The Millionaire Mom – a visionary with the inspiring story as a stay-athome mom who left Corporate America and eventually reached multimillionaire status after first losing it all. Question One: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do. To many, I’m known as The Millionaire Mom – a visionary with the inspiring story as a stayat-home mom who left Corporate America and eventually reached multimillionaire status after first losing it all. I’m a woman who wears many hats serving as a kingdom-based entrepreneur, author, speaker, spiritual leader, mentor, devoted wife of 25 years, and proud mother of six beautiful

daughters. Though most of my success was birthed within the direct sales and networking marketing industry, I have also been able to witness success in the areas of real estate, business coaching, and social media influencing. I’m the author of Fasting for a Breakthrough, and a top-seller entitled Angelic Allies: God’s Messengers, God’s Warriors, God’s Agents. Behind all of the fancy titles, today I simply stand as a living testimony of the Lord’s grace and guidance. Whether it’s

as a businesswoman, coach, or a spiritual leader, one of my greatest passions is shown in being able to provide inspiration that helps unlock others, birth destiny, and push many to be their best selves!

Question Two: In life, we strive to grow and be successful at what we are trying to achieve. What has this particular journey been like for you? I’d like to say that this journey has surely been challenging yet so rewarding! Though

The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021 7

–they have consistently been my reasons “why”. It is purpose that wakes me up in the morning and gives me the courage to keep growing through life’s most challenging moments. I’ve had to endure the rough seasons throughout my journey believing that the greater the struggle, the greater the reward shall be. I’ve learned that the reward is great when you are able to look back and see the fruit of your labor, all because of the decision that you made to keep striving for success no matter what.

Question Three: What’s the most valuable thing you’ve learned in your life? What was your life like before learning it? What was your life like after learning it?. One thing that has truly changed my life is learning to take up the courage to believe in spite of how your current circumstances may appear. In the moments when your dreams seem unresponsive, or the words spoken over your life seem as though they’re not going to come to pass, or when you have yet to see the promises that you know have been assigned to you, you have to stay focused on the vision! It takes unshakable belief and trust in God along with doing the work that is required on your end in order to see things surely move! Even during the dry seasons when there is no presence of evident blessings, your heart must entrepreneurship is not one for the faint of heart, the reward is so great when you keep striving. Throughout my journey, I have always been led by purpose, keeping my vision at the forefront of my heart. Make no mistakes about it, businesses are hard to build, but they are possible to build! For this reason, keeping your “why” in front of you at all times is so important. I am daily inspired to follow my dreams because of my beautiful daughters

be fully anchored in what was declared and promised to you. It’s all a process and no matter how things look, how you feel, or who says no, you must not lose sight of the vision. Once I learned this valuable principle (among many others), things changed in my life and the blessings, opportunities, advancements, and wealth began to flow! In my season of elevation, I continued to walk in character and integrity and humbled myself even after the position of wealth. Humility was a principle that has kept me rooted and grounded after receiving those promises over my life.

Question Four: What advice would you give to emerging leaders who are looking to go in the same or similar career path? Whether it’s been related to networking marketing, social media influence, or even ministry, I’d like to share some of the most powerful habits and principles that have guided me on my journey to success:

Vision

Vision sets the tone for success. It is about first looking inwardly to discover and define a plan for what you desire. The vision then cultivates the discipline, which fuels the work ethic, which will ultimately yield the results.

Consistency

Being consistent today will affect future results tomorrow. Here’s one of my first quotes I created: “Success doesn’t happen overnight, but success comes from the small things that are consistently done over time”. Being successful requires hard work that cannot be avoided. Consistently implement and execute the work, and you will see the results.

Celebrating Others

The principle of celebrating and honoring others is truly one of

the reasons why I have been blessed to reach my current level of success. During the times when my family and I were experiencing some of our lowest moments, I remained genuinely happy in my heart when seeing others win. Celebrating others is one of the ways in which you can keep an open heaven over your life. Many people often wonder about the small steps that it takes to achieve, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that genuinely celebrating the success of others is one of them!

Truth is, we faced failure in the early years of entrepreneurship and had to watch all that we had built together crumble before our very eyes.

of 8. Our bank account had dried up and the hardship that we faced was unlike any other we had ever experienced. Even so, that low season of humiliating failure caused us to realize that God was testing us, and was the birthing grounds for one of my most powerful quotes to this day: “Focus on the promise and not the pain.” When we focused on the promise instead of the pain, we were able to persevere, declare those promises, and ultimately witness the success unfold. Even when the reality of my circumstances appeared to be hopeless, I envisioned us being in our rightful place of elevation and success. We now use the lessons learned in our personal failures to encourage others to never let their down place define them. Resilience is the essential tool that equips you to bounce back from the things that you perceive as failure. Never allow those challenging moments of uncertainty and failure to derail your focus and cause you to forfeit the hope of your promise!

Question Six: Question Five: In life, we experience ups and downs, but the failures or our downs are what teaches us those important lessons. Can you share a lesson you learned from a time when you were down and experienced failure? When my husband and I share our story of how we went from food stamps to millions, many people often ask in shock, “how in the world did they do it?!”. Truth is, we faced failure in the early years of entrepreneurship and had to watch all that we had built together crumble before our very eyes. We had found ourselves dependent upon the government for food stamps to feed a family

If you could give advice to our readers what advice would give them? In life, you must not be afraid to take calculated risks. The only way to reverse fear is to take action with caution to the risks. Granted, every step of the journey may be unknown, but you will find the beauty in taking action despite the uncertainty. Over the years, I’ve learned that the only way to conquer and drive out fear is to simply step into action. Taking action is what shifts you from the perspective of fear to faith. With faith, you can produce! With faith, things are able to manifest! With faith, there is absolutely nothing that has the power to stop you from operating in your potential! 2.What inspired you to become an author. I was inspired to write my first book to speak to that woman, that man and even that child who is going through life broken, feeling rejected, unlove and the lists goes on. I needed others to read about my traumas of my life story so that they too can overcome the brokenness, rejection, and not feeling love. I wanted the people to be set free from the lies of the enemy as well as from themselves, sharing secrets that I had never told anyone. They will be encouraged to know that they no longer must be in driver seat of trying to do the healing alone and to allow God to be the driver. They can take back control with tapping into their faith and rely on the strength of God and not their own. My first book is “Out of my Pain: The Birth of Joy Uniqueness which was released during the pandemic November 2020 and may be The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021 11

purchased on Amazon or on my website @coachjoyuniqueness. com. I am currently working on a devotion Queen get you some Glamour devotional which will be released this year.

3 You are the found of J.O.Y Uniqueness Empowerment Industry can you tell us about this industry? J.O.Y Uniqueness Empowerment Industry is an arising Industry which is begin birth out of a dream/vision that God had given me as a young child which I did not remember until God showed me. I am only allowed to share the outline of the Industry at this time. But GOD…. First let me share the meaning of the word J.O.Y which means Jesus Over You and when God had given me that name in 2019 and at that time, I only thought I was going to be birthing forth a coaching business. I did not have the word Industry yet. I created my logo as Joy Uniqueness Empowerment Coaching. I was ready to start that business but, in my spirit, I felt that it was not time yet to go forth. I went forth anyway, but God said it will not work until I am ready I have more for more you. At that time God was setting the foundation for me because I never imagine begin an entrepreneur or begin in ministry. God was giving me different businesses; ministry ideas and I heard the word Industry. The arising Industry is the work of the Kingdom of God to help the lost, homeless, sick, brokenhearted and those that are overlook. God is using the Industry to encourage the people so they can encourage themselves to make the changes that they need. Jobs are being develop, training, coaching, mentoring, counseling, schools, and more in the Industry. This Industry is transformational because of the one who is developing it. God already has the people assigned for their breakthrough. Revelation 21:

12 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

4. You have experience trauma, pain and setbacks in life can you tell us about that? I have experience so much throughout my life but I do not know who will be reading this, but I feel a press to talk about when I made the choice to have 3 abortions and not understanding at that time what I was really doing. Before I go on understand as you read this, I am not condemning anyone who has or will because I understand and I am only sharing this part of the story because of the press of Holy Spirit and I pray that for the one who is holding any condemnation, I pray they will be set free today. Jeremiah 31: 34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” Now the world teaches you that it is okay to kill a baby for your own personal reasons. Well, I had two reason which I thought they were good reasons at that time. One I do not want to deal with this man for 18 years, (but I slept with him) second one was because the man did not want any more kids. As I look back over these situations. I could have played the blame game of no one told me not to

have sex before marriage or how important it was to have safe sex if I decided to have sex anyway right. I could not blame anyone but myself because of the choices I made. These men did not put a gun to my head to make me sleep with them unprotected I choice too and by doing so I got pregnant. My experience of having these abortions took me to a deep dark place of hiding, and feelings of guilt, shame, embarrassment, resentment and more. I would walk around like I was okay. Then the mask would slowly come over when I was with the father of the man who did not want the baby, I would start arguments and fuss with him about anything. You see I thought I had I buried that abortion and put it in the grave, but I didn’t seal it up, so I did not understand at the time that all I was doing because of that loss. I did not like that person who I was becoming. February 2019 when my two-year-old nephew was murdered. I was anger, mad and did not want to pardon the young man for what he had done. God had brought back to my remembrance of what I had done. Even though I had asked for forgiveness, I never dealt with it. Now that I had to deal with it because God allowed me to see what I had done was called murder as well and I had blood on my hands, many will debate with me on this topic, but murder is murder if there is a heartbeat then what else would you call it when you take a life? But God Psalms 86:5 “You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you.” Now let me tell you that thing hit me not only was I grieving the death of my nephew but also of my own that I had caused. God used this situation so that I could be heal and be free from that loss, guilt and shame. As well to be able to feel both sides of the family’s grief to be able to pardon the young man sin and

to be the voice for my family to help them to see in the eyes and heart of God. Is it easy no but Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. I do not hold on to any rejects or saying I wish I could have done something different in the past because it would only alter where I am and who I am assigned to. That pain and trauma of my life only built and made me. The way I was able to rise above that situation was first by embracing the forgiveness of God

and His love by spending time with God in His word. Forgiving myself. I opened myself up to speak to a counselor so that I could release the deeper emotions. I took the focus off my situation and pour positive energy into others which brings me joy of seeing others smile. Philippians 2:4: Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. The wisdom nuggets I would like to leave. Be Kind, Be Patience, Be Honest, and most important Be TRUE to yourself. Do not

be ashamed of what you been through. There is a purpose behind it. Proverbs 3:7 Do not be wise in your own eyes fear the Lord and shun evil. Now It is Time to Unleash Your Uniqueness and Flourish. Luke 1:45 Great favor is upon you, for you have believed every word spoken to you from the Lord.” Additional Information Joyce K Adams Joyce K Adams www.coachjoyuniqueness.com info@coachjoyuniqueness.com

Jeremiah 33:3 ‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ Do you feel stuck? Do you feel alone? Do you think that you are incapable of that one task that you keep picking up and putting down? I know that many things are going through your mind at this very moment as you are reading these words. I come with Good News, but it is up to YOU to embrace and inhale the outcome.

babies. I finally settled down in a relationship with my good friend. He and I knew each other for a few years, and we decided to become a couple. I began to find myself idolizing him. I would put his needs before God. There was a brokenness that I thought I could fix. I had to sit back and review the other relationships that I had been

If I can be transparent with you, I was that one who felt stuck, and alone. I would pick up and put down that one task that kept pressing on me. Let me take you on a journey. I was a Senior in high school, when I found out that I was pregnant. I ended up dropping out of school before I could finish. A year after I had my son, I signed up for night school to earn my GED, but I could not stay focused I allowed things to go against my mind. I would look at the people in the class and I thought in my mind they were smarter than me. I was focused on what my boyfriend at that time was doing. I allowed low self-esteem and insecurity to arise in my spirit. I ended up dropping out of the night school not just one time, but 3 times. That task stayed in my spirit, but I felt that I could not accomplish it, so I put it at the bottom of the box and tossed it in the attic thinking it would never be found. Years were passing by and I was getting older. I was going out to clubs, drinking, in and out of relationships and having

in as well. I never was that one to be so into a man where I would lose myself within him (soul ties). My friend and I started having problems and we decided to take some time apart, and that broke my heart. Even though we were apart we still communicated a few days out of the week. A few months

14 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

passed; I look up it is August 2015 a Monday morning I received a call that change my life. My friend died from a motorcycle accident. I dropped to the floor, I lost it and a big part of me had died. I could not believe it I had just spoken with him that night, not even an hour before the accident. I was mad at God that man I thought was supposed to be my husband, but God took him completely away from me. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. That scripture was on replay… I did not know how to cope with life without him. I found myself drinking wine and crying daily until I fell asleep literally every day for almost a year straight. It felt as if I hit rock bottom in my spirit. I felt I had suffered in silence. I would cry when I was alone. I would put my mask on quickly when someone would come around. I feel as though my children, sister and mom felt my pain, because they would always check on me and give me hugs. Then one day out of the blue someone invited me to their church and without a doubt I said yes. They picked me up that Sunday for service and as I walked into the sanctuary tears began to roll down my cheeks. I found myself at that church every Sunday for over a year straight at

that altar, tears flowing. I needed GOD.I wanted that pain to stop. I did not want to be stuck anymore. I did not want to feel alone. Suddenly during this difficult period of my life God began to speak to me and tell me that I AM HIS CHOSEN Daughter, I AM HIS Masterpiece, I Am No Alone, I Am Valuable, I Am Worthy, I Am Smart, I Am Beautiful, and the list goes on. It felt like Bartimaeus from the bible in the book of Mark 10:51-52 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him. The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.” “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road. My eyes and ears were now open. God heard my cries, and He began to send people to help me. Before I knew it, it was 2018 and that task of finishing High School came back to my spirit. I was now 44 years old researching on how to get my High School Diploma. God had taken that task which I thought got lost and brought it back to the surface during my healing process. January of 2018 was the 3rd quarter of the school year when I started. In the beginning, I had mixed feelings about going back to school at the age of 44. But I knew that feeling was not going to stop me, so I allowed the feeling of excitement to be the leader and the goal to finish to be the winner to look for. I assumed it would be a challenge, because when I attended High school in my teenage years it was difficult for me. I now understand why it was difficult for me, one – because I did not put any effort into doing the work and two - I certainly didn’t invite the Holy Spirit in to help me. Now I am giving it my all. The last two quarters that I attended before summer break with the help of Holy Spirit, I knocked it out of the box. I was able to complete 4 classes with 3 A’s and 1 B nobody but God. Summer break came and went. It was time to go

back to school. I had 4 classes that I needed to complete. Everything was going well with school and life was good. February 2019 a tragedy hit my family. My nephew at the age of less than 24 months was murdered, and my brother as well as the mother needed me. I missed almost 2 months of school. I would go to class when I could as well as do the assignments online. The teacher that was assigned to me was truly an angel. She made sure that I had everything I needed to graduate. And I know that was all God. He had assigned that woman to me because she retired right after that year. The enemy thought he was going to have me dropout of school a fourth time due to the death of my nephew. Now I need you to lean in. It is almost time for graduation, and I found out that with Adult Education High School that they do not allow you to wear caps and gowns to receive your Diploma. I was a little bothered by that news and I said Lord you know my heart’s desire. Less than a day after hearing that, I received an email, stating that they would be allowing all Adult Education students to wear caps and gowns from that year forward. Glory be to God. This accomplishment meant a lot to me and I wanted the full experience of the graduation. I was the first child to graduate from my parents and I completed that task with honors, not from man but from God. If you do not get anything from what I have written I need you to get this and embrace it. God used what I thought that was going to destroy me to open my eyes and push me into living my best life. Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose. Also, when God has given you an assignment and, in your eyes, you don’t believe or think that you can do it. I need you

to take your hands off it and call on God for help and TRUST HIM with that assignment, even when it does not look like it can be done. There is no assignment too big or too small for God. And when He has given it to you, I am a witness to tell you that it will not return to him void as He said in the book of Isaiah 55:11 “so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it”. How long it takes you to complete the task is up to you. Two things before I close. First: no more allowing yourself to keep you stuck by thinking and saying that you cannot do it. You must change your words to “I can”, and “I will”. No longer will you say” I will try”, because if God told you to do it then that means you CAN DO IT ABSOLUTELY without a doubt. Second thing: the enemy will throw all kinds of hits at you to delay and make you feel that you cannot accomplish what God has called you to. He does not want to see you be GREAT. It is very important that you have a relationship with God, know HIM for yourself. God will teach you how to defeat the enemy. He will show you how to use the power and authority that He has given to you. But the only way you are going to know about that power and authority is by spending time with God in his word. In closing, I do not care how young or old you are, there are some things that you have put down that will come back to the surface. Guess what? That is the assignment that you need to pick back up now! And ask God to give you everything that you need to complete it. You listen for him and He will answer you through His word, a person, a small still voice. Just trust and know that you will get your answer!

FORGIVENESS THROUGH RELEASING THE PAIN by Chuntae Nicole

W

hen I asked God to show me what it looked like to have a prosperous soul, He began to show me…me. He put me in front of the mirror and began the journey of showing me my wounds. The wounds of my soul of which I am well acquainted, of which I am so familiar, the wounds of my soul that had been my incubator of pain, which I now had to face. God knew that these wounded places in me masked the person that He created me to be. So, in His infinite wisdom He showed me how to face the pain with Him, forgive and release the people I held hostage and trust that what He made when He made me was in fact good.

We all have heard over the years about forgiveness, and my response to forgiveness, as I am sure yours may have been as well, was based off of whether or not the person deserved it. We analyze and toil over whether the person is remorseful, weighing the circumstances to gain some sense of understanding. Some even try to find a way to empathize or relate to the individual as if to be in that person’s shoes would help. But, forgiveness is not a feeling, it’s a decision. It is a deliberate act of releasing the person that

16 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

hurt or offended you regardless if the person ever deserves it or apologizes. My relationship with forgiveness used to be based off how I felt until God began to show me the benefit of releasing the pain. You see we hold on to the pain, because it is what we are use to. We hold on to the pain because we often have not received our due justice. Many of us never get those apologies and some of us don’t get the acknowledgement that what we’ve endured ever happened in the first place. So, there I was face to face with years of sexual abuse, abandonment by my father, and emotionally disconnected from my family. Not knowing how to

cope with the feelings of family members waking me up in the middle of the night and undressing me and touching me however they saw fit, not knowing how to cope with an absent father who partied more than he remembered that he had a home, I learned to survive. I survived by going so deep within myself that although my abusers were physically touching me, they couldn’t touch me mentally. I went into this shell and it became a way of life. And as grew older I attracted men that I would cling to hoping they would see my worth and love me but to no avail, they walked away too…just like my dad. So, still in that shell, that fortress that

I built to keep me safe, I lived. All the while perusing through life, I laughed a little, danced a little, but only a little because the space inside the prison walls that I created were only so little. But, one day I dared to ask God that question, I dared to dream of what my life would look like to have a prosperous soul, and God answered me by showing me this scenario: -- The Prisoner and The Warden --God said to me unforgiveness is like being a warden in a prison. He said the warden’s job is to ensure that the prisoners do their time; ultimately pay for the wrong that they’ve done. In order for the warden to ensure the prisoners do their time, somebody has to keep an eye on the prisoners. The warden is not the one who did wrong, but yet the warden is still in prison because he took the job of making sure the prisoners paid for what they did wrong. The idea of a “bad guy” getting off without penalty seems so wrong. God said to me Chuntae, when you take on my role as the judge and decide that you want to make someone pay for what they’ve done to you, then you have sentenced yourself as well. You, like that warden are choosing to spend your days at the prison when you can choose to be anywhere else. By choice the warden made his life about the prisoners, and God is saying that this is what happens when we do not forgive. When we feel like “they” need to pay for what they did, we intrude into the wrong position. It is not our job to take matters into our own hands. It was then that I began to understand that forgiveness was for me! Thinking about forgiveness as if it were a gift to my abuser was the wrong perspective. It was a gift to me! It wasn’t that I was letting the guilty go free, it was the fact that I was letting me “the real prisoner” go free. The pain was not hurting them, it was killing me, it was stealing my life, my joy and my peace and robbing me of my

future, and all this time I had the power to change it. I have to admit I did feel justified as to why I held on to my pain, but what justification did I have to die in it? I made the decision that I did not want another day..another year to go by still angry and bitter growing more and more numb by the moment; barely being present. I decided that I no longer wanted to be preoccupied with nursing the same old pain. I had determined that my freedom and my future was worth more than someone else’s punishment. So, I released the pain and I got my life back! I got my smile back! I got my voice back! Now don’t get me wrong, releasing the pain may feel like you are losing control, like you’ve been defeated, like all of that suffering that you endured was forgotten or erased, but that’s not the truth. God tells his beloved children that vengeance is His, and that He will repay them. Know that God does not sleep and He is the only one true righteous judge, and

My relationship with forgiveness used to be based off how I felt until God began to show me the benefit of releasing the pain. whatsoever a person sows, that is what that person shall reap! But that’s God’s job, not ours! We simply have to trust Him and know that there is nothing that we can ever do to make Him stop loving us. Make the declaration with me to live your next chapter free indeed!

Prophetess Chuntae Nicole's Interview 1. At what point in your life did you decide to start writing and become an author? Tell us about your books.

I started writing at the lowest low of my life, my world was shattered, I had lost everything and I wanted to die! Out of my pain, God told me to spill the pain out on the pages. So, I began to write, and as I wrote, God healed me and birthed my first book, “How I Survived”.

2. You are the Founder and

President of Mary’s Ministry International a women’s ministry used to bring inner healing, support and encouragement to women. Tell us how you got this started and what inspired you to start this? What is Mary’s Ministry International

I launched Mary’s Ministry International November 4, 2020. It’s a women’s ministry that has been in my belly for about 4 years. Mary’s Ministry is a safe and confidential forum for women to share the issues of their heart and receive sound biblical principles, healing insight and deliverance in every area of their life. Oftentimes women carry a lot on their hearts and need someone to talk to but don’t know who. Eventually we talk to someone because our hearts get so heavy that it leaks out, and sometimes to the wrong people 18 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

and in the wrong places. So God told me to create a space where the issues of the woman’s heart can be released and they in return can receive godly strategy and principles and healing from God.

3. You are an advocate of

justice along with being a mother, an inspirational speaker and an entrepreneur. What inspired you to become an advocate of justice? My advocacy for justice is my internal compass to see everyone healed, free and living their lives authentically. There is just something in me that struggles to be silent with matters of inequality or injustice in any magnitude. I wish I could really tell you the origin of this passion, but maybe it’s simply my love for people.

4. You have businesses. What is one thing you wish you would have known when starting any of your businesses? I wish I would have known that there are no perfect business owners, and that business owners are your every day men and women that just put actions to their dreams, just went for it and didn’t give

up. So never think that those who you see out there in the lime light are any more special than me or you! We all are special and we all can be great!

6. What nuggets or advice would you like to give to our readers?

My nugget is something that I heard this past year in sermon: Trust that whatever thing that God put you on this earth to do, you can do it! The mere fact that God is asking it of you is evidence that you can do it!

.Pastor Brian R. Amis, Sr and Prophetess Alicia L. Amis are parents of two biological and four Spiritual children. Pastor Brian is not an affirmed apostle; yet is doing the work of an Apostle. He is a “word buff” because he looks up words and Word in order to get the true meaning of them. Pastor Amis says, “God told me to make Christianity normal again; stop making it seem glamorous or Hollywood!” His is an Army veteran and utilizes his military training; expertise in combat engineering; and military discipline to teach, train and build the people of God

Prophetess Alicia L. Amis is an affirmed prophet; tenacious prayer intercessor and prayer warrior. Prophetess Alicia loves to see the Hand of God in operation especially in the lives of the ones deemed the underdog because of life’s circumstances happening to them. Prophetess Alicia is a survivor of the penal system, after being locked up for three years. She says, “EVERYTHING I have been through/ experienced has a purpose in my life!”

. Power of Life Ministries, INC’s conception was in 2014. After a few months in operation, the Lord instructed Pastor Amis to shut it down. Even though we didn’t understand why then, we now understand about the timing of God. Power of Life Ministries is an Apostolic and Prophetic house. We utilize the truth of the Word in order to help the people live saved for real; while dealing with everyday life. The church Scripture is Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you …” Power to live a L.I.F.E of L= love I= importance F= favor and E= empowerment.

Working as a married couple, you have to be able to understand one another’s strengths and weaknesses in order to know when and where to best support each other. There HAS to be a focus and knowing that God is First, and The Word is the final answer no matter what the issue is; or who thinks they’re right or wrong. Competition should not Ever be a factor when the focus is Kingdom. Because

marriage is the Greatest power of agreement in the earth realm, so the enemy is always trying to cause discord within the marriage. There have been times there have been what seems like a power struggle; but once we assessed the situation, we recognized what was really in operation. Before one can be a leader of people there has to be a foundation of established leadership in the home. One

The name of our marriage ministry is MMM – Monumental Marriage Moments “Making Every moment matter!” We use to do a lot of traveling in 2018; we would go “Live” on Facebook and share our traveling chronicles. We shared our marriage with the public. We would talk about various subjects and discuss them from a marital point of view; then make them marriage moments. One day, on the way to the store, we did a FB Live. Our viewers began to ask where we been, and can we come on more often … that is the long and short of it! Monumental Marriage Moments is a Kingdom Marriage private group on Facebook. We are available to facilitate marriage workshops; we do marriage counseling; and we host marriage events/retreats.

One wisdom nugget we would like to share with the reader is … Keep God first; no matter what. Keeping God first helps to keep and/or put things into proper alignment.

Author Spotlight

Dr. Nicckay Natson

Visionary Author of Lifting the Mask Lifting the Mask is a collection of testimonies and stories from women of all walks of life, backgrounds and experiences. Lifting The Mask is about women taking the mask off and becoming their true authentic self. The authors of this book have had a real encounter with the Lord a damascus road experience to help them LIFT the mask and stop hiding behind the make-up, dressing up real nice and telling people that they are blessed when knowing that they have issues. These anointed women of God have come together to help you walk in total deliverance and healing. This book will encourage and inspire you to be true to yourself to take the mask off and walk in your true identity and be the authentic you.

22 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

Co-author Pastor Salena Eason Why did you join the LIFTing the Mask book project movement?

I am a firm believer of Revelation 12:11 which states “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death”, with emphasis on and by the word of their testimony because in many cases hearing how someone else overcame will encourage, motivate, or give direction for someone else to overcome. My passion is helping others so this was a way to assist someone else in lifting their mask.

What is the premise of your story, Believe it or not? The fact I have never spoken to anyone about my truth concerning God & his authenticity. I believe my story would show others that God can make a believer out of you, grab your attention, pull you into his kingdom, and he doesn’t need our help especially when he has a plan for our lives.

What motivated you to write it? My life coach Atenya SpeakLife Dillon, along with my accoutabilty partners Prophetess Shalonda Williams & Apostle Nicckay Natson all have been pushing me behind the scene to release some things and writing was one of those avenues. Then one of my bestfriend’s mother who is like a mother to me, Ms. Brenda Roberts, sent me a message to start writing and that she was not giving me any options (signed Momma Roberts), at that point I was like OK lord I’m going to be obedient.

What do you hope readers will gain from it? My ultimate prayer is for those reading this book to not only find God and or establish a personal relationship with him but to also be able to lift their own mask learning to be authentic and true to themselves and everyone they encounter. For me it was not until my mask was lifted

that I truly understood and experienced THE PEACE THAT SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING AND THAT UNSPEAKABLE JOY DOWN IN MY SOUL. When these words become life in your life you can’t help but want others to experience it for themselves.

judge others. Together we can empower and uplift each other!

Why did you join the LIFTing the Mask book project movement? I joined the LIFTing the Mask book project because I wanted to be a part of an amazing experience. I knew this would be an opportunity to utilize some of my life occurrences to encourage and empower other women of color just like me.

What is the premise of your story, Lifting the Mask? The premise of my story is that you can rise above any storm that occurs in your path with God, faith, courage and perseverance. Use each experience as a steppingstone towards life. Utilize your testimonies to assist and not

24 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

What motivated you to write it? I have a six-year-old daughter and a host of nieces and cousins that I love dearly. We are all women of color living in a difficult world that has never catered to us. It is important that we use our stories to reach others and assist in shedding a positive light on their situations. If I can ease the hurt or pain of one of my fellow queen sisters by simply sharing my life experiences, I am doing what the Lord wants me to do.

What do you hope readers will gain from it? I pray that women experience a sense of empowerment from reading my story. I hope that women learn to grow through every life experience and rise above the storm.

Life is next for me! I plan to keep leaving, learning, growing, mentoring and elevating. There will be more books and writing projects soon. I also plan on continuing to grow my knowledge and experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Co-author Artina White Why did you join the LIFTing the Mask book project movement? The 1st time I spoke to Apostle Nicckay Natson I knew there was a heavy anointing that is on her. When I heard about LIFTing the Mask I felt in my spirit that God have called me to be apart of the book project. The name of the book along caught my attention.

What is the premise of your story?

I thought it was him? I thought it was him! So often, we focus on other people or things thinking that is our problem. When ultimately God could be trying to get our attention and want us to focus on him 100%. What motivated you to write it? I felt like it was time for me to lift my own mask and not be ashamed of my past.

What do you hope readers will gain from it?

To focus on God! God ordains things in our lives and God allow things to happen in our lives. We have to figure out if what we are praying for is ordained by God and is it something that we want.

What’s next for Artina R. White?

I’m currently in the process of opening up a group home for homeless women called “House of Nissi”

Co-author Philiscia Stubbs Why did you join the LIFTing the Mask book project movement? My spiritual mother Nicckay Natson actually pushed me into doing it. She knew my story and she refused to allow me to continue to run and stay hidden in the caves. She believed that I truly had a story to tell, that would help so many. What is the premise of your story Still usable? To show that no matter what I been through, no matter the mistakes I made in life. When I thought I wasn’t enough, God showed me that I was still usable. So I wanted others to know that, no matter what they been through or going through, no matter what they’ve done. That in God’s eyes they’re still usable. I wanted them to know that even when people count them out and as not redeemable, that to God they’re still redeemable. That they’re not too far beyond His reach.

What motivated you to write it? Honestly I fought tooth and nail about my portion in the book. I thought it was a mistake to write it. I tried to get out of it and my spiritual mother said, “NO DAUGHTER, I’M NOT GOING TO LET YOU RUN.” When I would begin to believe the lies of the enemy, that I’m not an author, I’m not smart enough, I’m not good enough, I’m not good with words. She had to remind me of God’s word, that I am good enough. Then the part that really motivated me to the core was, when I begin to write. God gave me a vision of him taking every word that I was writing and lifting my every burden. The burden I carried was getting lighter and lighter, until He literally lifted my mask while writing my portion in the book.

What do you hope readers will gain from it? I hope that reader will gain freedom, from what’s been

holding them bound. Whether it be from going through the same things I been through, or similar things. I pray that God would give them the strength through all of our stories to break those chains that has held them for so long. I pray that it would help them to open up and be naked and unashamed to tell their story, but most of all I pray that it helps them to lift their mask.

Co-author Angela Allen Why did you join the LIFTing the Mask book project movement? I felt that others may benefit from my story of being hurt and overcoming that hurt and crossing over into healing

What is the premise of your story, The Crossover? From hurt to healing What motivated you to write it? To tell my story of being hurt while in the church. Sometimes we say it is church hurt but actually offense that has came and sat up residence in our hearts. Just to let others know that they are not alone in feeling the way they do and as long as we acknowledge the issue we can break free from it.

What do you hope readers will gain from it? A sense that they are not alone, it’s ok to feel the way you do let’s not get stuck there let’s cross over into our healing.

A TIME OF REFRESHING… As spiritual leaders we can easily get to a place where we find ourselves barely breathing because we have neglected making time to spend in God’s presence; whether intentionally or not. Many of us have several responsibilities whether in our homes, ministries or on our jobs to oversee others.

The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021 29

“As the deer pants for the water, so my soul long after you. You alone are my hearts desire and I long to worship you.” Psalm 42:1

P

salm 42:1 is a popular scripture often quoted and/or song and each time it reminds us how desperate we are or should be for the presence of the Almighty God. It describes a deer panting and that word “panting” means taking short breaths, barely breathing. The psalmist shares with us how his soul is desperately longing after The Most High. As spiritual leaders we can easily get to a place where we find ourselves barely breathing because we have neglected making time to spend in God’s presence; whether intentionally or not. Many of us have several responsibilities whether in our homes, ministries or on our jobs to oversee others. Our time, energy and focus is on making sure that those whom we overseeare prepared or equipped to successfully meet their goals. In so doing, we as spiritual leaders are depleted, famished and often times left alone in these conditions, we lethargically continue daily displaying no signs until we collapse. We are driven by compassion and commitment to constantly pourinto others andfail

30 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

to make time for us tobe poured into, which leaves us empty. You can now better understand the psalmist, David statement when he said, “As the deer pants for the water, so my soul long after you.” He became spiritually and physically drained and knewthat alone time in the presence of the Most High God is his hope, his desperate hope for restoration. As Leaders it’s not okay to serve othersfrom the residue or fumes of ourpast because in doing so we jeopardize our integrity and risked displayingbehaviors unappealing that can have a long-term negative consequence.

Leaders, let me encourage you on today to intentionally find time to spend with the Most High. Nothing or no one should matter more than hearing and seeing the Most High; to simply be in His Presence brings fulfillment of joy. It’s ok to shut down temporarily. It’s ok to rest from the busyness, the obligation and commitment of being LEADER; in other words, it’s ok to have a Selah moment. Leaders, the people need you But, we as leaders need The Most High more. Leaders intentionally and on purpose get refreshed in Yahweh! Be Encourage Prophet Dionne

LOVE NEVER FAILS Pastor Craig

Relationships & Love

& Evangelist Tomika Prouty

1

How did you and your husband meet?

Craig and I met while serving in the U.S. Army. After a brief courtship we were inseparable. We married in 2011 in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Bible declares in Proverbs 18:22, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the Lord.” We have a beautiful blended family; Kortneye, Samantha, Rachel and Faith. We thank God for bringing us together as one solid family unit.

2

What are your greatest strengths as a couple in overcoming adversity and negativity?

One of our greatest strengths is the love of God. This love allows us to stand against bias and adversity. Together we pray, fast and

continue to seek God in all that we do. It is His guidance that provides us with a biblical focus allowing us to be spirit led. Being led by the spirit strengthens our bond and prevents the world from changing our lenses of His truth. That allows

us to love our neighbor as the Word of God commands.

3

Have you ever dealt with jealousy?

Yes, I have dealt with jealousy. This particular incident

The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021 37

involved a friend who appeared to be supportive of me and my husband’s courtship. However, as our relationship progressed and the announcement was made that we were to be wed the dynamics of our friendship changed. Her behavior reflected a spirit of jealousy that insinuated I was good enough to date but not to marry; especially a man of another race. As I grew in Christ I began to realize jealousy is a real demon and it needs to be severed at the root. It sows discord in the body of Christ and has destroyed many relationships. Jealousy can ultimately cause pain to those who are on the receiving end. We should never project our insecurities on another person. If you ever find yourself experiencing jealousy, envy or covetousness, pray, fast and seek God for healing and deliverance so that you may move forward with a productive life in Christ.

4

How long have you been married and what is the foundational scripture your marriage is built upon? 38 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

We have been married for nine years. Our foundational Scripture is 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NKJV) and it declares, “Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”

5

What challenges have you faced in regards to acceptance of your relationship before friends, family and daily interactions with others?

My husband and I have been blessed with family and friends who have been very supportive and accepting of our interracial marriage. Initially, when we experienced indirect or blatant racism, bias or prejudice it was a challenge. One of the reasons why it was so challenging to us is because as Soldiers, we had traveled the world and interracial

relationships were common. Many say, “I do not see color”, I believe that is an excuse to shy away from addressing the reality of racism. We do indeed see color. Until we have a candid discussion concerning the reality of racism we will not be able to move beyond the surface.

6

What advice would you give other interracial couples to encourage and strengthen them?

We encourage you to show the love of Christ. Understanding, racism is a spiritual battle, which can only be fought and won through prayer by seeking the Lord and walking in love. Do not allow the world to project stereotypes that separate or subjugate one race over the other. We are all equal in God’s eyes. Mark 10:9 declares, “Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”

I

was awarded an Associate of Arts in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University (September 2007). Pastor Craig and I attend Middle Georgia College of Theology. We are pursuing a Graduate degree. (June 2021). Pastor Craig is a co-author of Unshakable Faith: Twenty Testimonies by Men & Women of Great Faith. However, this is not his first published work. Inspired by the untimely death of his father from cancer, in 2016 he authored Daily Message: Truth Revealed. God later inspired him to share his daily messages with the world. In July 2018, he released the Daily Message Truth Revealed App. I am truly passionate about my relationship with Christ. This passion is why I was inspired to pen my first Memoir, A Soldier’s Story: Strength Despite Adversity (March 2018). I discussed the hard truth about war and how I overcame many obstacles that were meant to destroy me. But God! I co-authored Daughters of Triumph (November 2018) with 20 amazing women. I completed my first book collaboration Unshakable Faith: Twenty Testimonies by Men & Women of Great Faith (April 2020) under my publishing company, House of Stone Publishing. This book contains twenty powerful testimonies by men and women

who overcame unforgettable trials and tribulations by activating their faith. It was written to inspire, encourage and motivate you to walk in greater faith and obedience, receiving all that God has for you. I also co-authored Urgency: Releasing Right Now Prayers (December 2020) with 37 amazing men and women. I co-produced (visionary) Sisters of War: The Reunion (2017) which captured three veterans combat experience to Iraq/Afghanistan. Glory to God! To be continued…

PSALMIST PANDRA STOKES After visiting her Primary care physician in 2015 Psalmist Pandra Stokes received some terrible news that they had discovered a tumor in her colon and after further test was done, she was told that the tumor was there for two years and it was cancerous. The news were devastating but even in that she was able to give thanks to the Lord for holding the tumor in place and not allowing it to spread for those years. Psalmist Pandra underwent three surgeries while also receiving chemotherapy which caused her to become very frail. Psalmist Pandra had gotten so weak that she could not hardly walk and many days she did not think she was going to make it; it was until, her baby daughter began to put on worship and let it play through the house that Psalmist Pandra cried out to the Lord and begin to gather strength day by day;Psalmist Pandra, pushed herself to be in the House of the Lord and would even sing on the PraiseTeam sitting in her chair because she was too weak to stand up. It was through this horrific experience that the Lord changed Minister Pandra’s name to Psalmist Pandra Stokes aka Proven as it was through her obedience to the Lord and her lifestyle of worship that got her back on her feet and CANCER-FREE!!! As a result of her testimony; Psalmist Pandra Stokes released a CD in 2020 titled “Tested, Tried and Proven” that is available on all major digital music stores which includes the song “Lifter of my Head” and this song is her personal testimony about How God brought her through this difficult time in her life.

FAITH& FITNESSTY &KAYDAVIS

T

y’s Fitness LLC is own by Ty and Kaylia Davis who are two people that have created a totally inspiring fitness program that uses motivation, spiritual awareness, nutrition education to get people up and moving. Ty is a former Army Ranger who learned very early the importance of self discipline

and how to apply it in order to achieve your goals, couple this with his background in Kinesiology he has develop various fitness programs over the years that yields tremendous results. Kaylia is his wife, and her fitness journey begin when at the age of 40 she was diagnosed with hypertension and high cholesterol. This husband and wife duo are in their 50’s, but after they meet in 2016 they soon created a program that would give rise to healthy living through both the physical aspect of fitness activities and the spiritual awareness of caring for one’s self through biblical teachings. Their “Faith and Fitness” program uses a Zoom platform in order to get folks engage in functional fitness.

Question 1-Tell us a little bit about yourselves and what you do?

We had done many other programs in the past, but we keep seeing something missing. I (Ty) was committed to enriching people lives through the education of healthier living, but when I meet Kaylia I soon realize as I was training her that she lent clarity

In time it will hinder your growth spiritually and physically.

Question 3- What future plans do you have for your business?

Their “Faith and Fitness” program uses a Zoom platform in order to get folks engage in functional fitness. to something that was missing. Each time I would train Kaylia she would play gospel music for her sessions. In the past I had allow clients to chose their own music list when training. But with Kaylia, not only did she play the music, we would have discussions about how the music would relate to scriptures in the bible. Even though I was the trainer who could encourage and motivate the client to achieve their fitness goals, I also found myself searching inward for understanding through the word, which was truly ignited by the gospel songs Kaylia would play during her sessions. I (Kaylia) was battling to get my weight under control for health reason. I had previously been married for 20 yrs. and born 6 kids from that union, but when my oldest child was 17yrs. old I found myself going through a divorce. This being on the heel that 2 yrs. prior my kids witness a horrific plane accident in our neighborhood that left them scared from losing a close friend. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was depressed, and I found myself clutching to my bible and asking for guidance. When I started training with Ty I was weighing in at nearly 200lbs at 5’3”, blood pressure was 160/90 on medication and my cholesterol levels was extremely to high. Looking back on 44 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

everything, I would venture to now say that meeting Ty was meant to be Gods will. Even though he was encouraging me to make healthier food choices and commit to those 5am workout sessions, I also was giving him those precious jewels that only scriptures from the bible can deliver. Each time we workout we would talk about the word, and how it heals one soul. Well, after 14 months of the program I lost 54lbs of fat, and came off of my blood pressure medication. It was at this point Ty and I seen that such a program was greatly needed in the community.

Question 2-What’s the most valuable thing you’ve learned in your life?

We together have learned that each of us have free will, and with that free will we can make choices. Each choice calls for accountability which can sometimes be good or bad. Example would be that you can wake up and decide to eat a proper breakfast and say your prayers. Just as we exercise our bodies to stay in physical shape, God also gave each of use the same measure of faith, which must be exercise as well on a spiritual level. If you aren’t taking the time to exercise your faith, this too will cause you to faulter as if eating high sugar foods in the morning.

We are pushing to get our Faith and Fitness program to every able body possible. At a time when so many people are suffering from the economic impact cause by Covid-19, we are seeing the rise in depression. We want to be a part of the healing that is needed from this devastation of the pandemic. We will only achieve this by being out in the forefront and promoting spiritual awareness and physical fitness through our program.

Question 4- In life, what lesson have you experienced that increased your faith and caused you to incorporate faith into your fitness workouts and routines?

We both have been tested by a loving God, and through each test we take away a lesson. Each time we are working out, we feel the burning sensation of the workout, which in turn means the muscle is going through the process of breaking down and rebuilding. The rebuilding process takes approximately 48 hours to heal, but for those few seconds while you are training, you want it to be over, but you stay on course because you know the payoff will be well worth it at the end. Faith in the word is no different…you will be challenge each and every day, but if you study your bible and practice the teachings you will be rewarded equally.

Question 5- If you could give advice to our readers what advice would you give them?

Each day you wake up don’t let it be a waste, you should strive for excellence in everything you do. Remember, the body is a temple, and its your duty to care for that temple.

THE

SPIRIT OF LEVIATHAN THE KING OF PRIDE

Written by: Dr. Nicckay Natson ~ Kingdom Snipers Global

T

here are many families, churches, communities and people affected by the Leviathan spirit. Pride will strip you and rob you of everything and leave you with nothing. Pride has you puffed up. It makes you feel as if your better and your more than what you actually are. Pride makes you look like a fool and you don’t even know it. This spirit destroys friendships, relationships, careers, marriages and life long covenants because this spirit causes you not to be committed and you break promises. This spirit makes you think your right when your wrong. It’s embedded at the heart and the root of the spirit of religion and tradition. God said in His Word he even hates a proud look. So we must not look like pride, or smell like pride either. Sin has a hellish scent. It makes our flesh smell like it’s rottening because we carry the smell of death. The wages of sin is death. When you harbor this spirit you look like your mature you have it all together and know what your doing but that is so far from the truth. This spirit makes you delusional you think people are

jealous of you because it has you thinking your better or equal to Generals when your just learning really who you are rather that’s spiritual or natural. They have false humility. People with this spirit want serve they think they can do it by themselves. If they do it comes with alterior motives. They are easily offended and don’t like correction. They’re spirit does not yield they are unsubmitted and think they know everything. If you harbor this spirit you need to repent and ask God to forgive you, go back to the people that you wronged and ask for forgiveness, rededicate your life back to God recommit. Give God a real yes go through the process of inner healing and deliverance. Walk in humility and love. God loves you with an ever lasting love and will forgive you if you ask him to.

humbling yourself under the mighty hand of God. This is a strong stubborn spirit. You have to completely depend on God for total transformation and deliverance. Those that are arrogant and prideful feels as if they don›t have to depend on God and that makes it difficult for them to be delivered from the spirit of pride. The spirit of pride is a very destructive spirit, if pride can cause an angel to fall and a 1/3 of heavens angels to fall with him, how much more do you think it would destroy you if we don’t submit yourselves unto the Lord.

This is how God describes Leviathan to Job: Job 41:1-10, 13-34 “And Leviathan, Can you catch him with a fishhook or hold his tongue down with a rope? Can you put a ring in his nose or pierce his jaw with a barb? Will he entreat you at length? Will he speak with you softly? Will he agree with you to be your slave forever? Will you play with him as you would with a bird or keep him on a string to amuse your little girls? Will a group of fishermen turn him into a banquet? Will they divide him among the merchants? Can you fill his skin with darts or his head with fish-spears? If you lay your hand on him, you won’t forget the fight, and you’ll never do it again! “Look, any hope [of capturing him] is futile -one would fall prostrate at the very sight of him. No one is fierce enough to rouse him,… Who can strip off his [scaly] garment? Who can enter his jaws? Who can pry open the doors of his face, so close to his terrible teeth? “His pride is his rows of scales, tightly sealed together – one is so close to the next that no air can come between them; they are stuck one to another, interlocked and impervious. “When he sneezes, light flashes out; his eyes are like the shimmer of dawn. From his mouth go fiery torches, and sparks come flying out. His nostrils belch steam like a caldron boiling on the fire. His 46 The Love Nest Magazine Spring 2021

breath sets coals ablaze; flames pour from his mouth. “Strength resides in his neck, and dismay dances ahead of him [as he goes]. The layers of his flesh stick together; they are firm on him, immovable. His heart is as hard as a stone, yes, hard as a lower millstone. When he rears himself up, the gods are afraid, beside themselves in despair. “If a sword touches him, it won’t stick; neither will a spear, or a dart, or a lance. He regards iron as straw and bronze as rotten wood. An arrow can’t make him flee; for him, slingstones are so much chaff. Clubs count as hay, and he laughs at a quivering javelin. His belly is as sharp as fragments of pottery, so he moves across the mud like a threshing-sledge. “He

makes the depths seethe like a pot, he makes the sea [boil] like a perfume kettle. He leaves a shining wake behind him, making the deep seem to have white hair. “On earth there is nothing like him, a creature without fear. He looks straight at all high things. He is king over all proud beasts.” Psalm 10:4 “Every scheme of the wicked in his arrogance [says], “There is no God, [so] it won’t be held against me.” Isaiah 27:1 “In that day the LORD will take His terrible, swift sword and punish Leviathan, the swiftly moving serpent, the coiling, writhing serpent, the dragon of the sea.”
